I said it quietly to Jayden.
There was no way I could give him my Wings Krona out in the open like this. That kind of thing required the right timing, the right place, and above all, no witnesses.

Jayden smiled at me.

Cleenah still didn't agree with my decision.
'Relax, Cleenah. I still have two escapes thanks to the lifestone I got in the Enigma Dungeon.'
That was true.
The lifestone I had received as a reward for getting a title was still with me. It would let me escape to a safe place twice if things got truly bad. Obviously, it wasn't as efficient as Wings Krona, and the natural question was why I wouldn't just give that to Jayden instead.
Simple.
It had to be the Wings Krona.
