KRASHHHH!!!!
Chaos came as soon as the Scientist reached up above, watching as Fenrir dashed past and started to slash and ram its body into the many doors, going wild in efforts to cause as much damage as possible to the areas. It was no doubt a way to let loose more monsters. At this current rate, he can't keep up properly to handle them all. He may need to use drastic measures regarding his project. "BARKLODEEEE!!!" Dahak screamed, being chased after and having to use the rails to swing around and lose them, only being met with either Applin's hammers or the Chain Breaker reading his moves and curving at the right time to issue his own slash. In every case, he'd always raise his arms up to try and block the attacks, his energy slowly being siphoned off with every hit from the Little Vampire's hammer and watching as Fenrir devours it to prepare a discharge once he got closer.
Barklode would try to help, but the roaring of cogs and steam would signal the monster below coming back up. A massive fist thrown upwards, missing on the entire fight, but would follow it up by lowering such an arm to try and tear down the many floors, using its mass and weight to attempt a collapse onto everyone. The group noticed this quickly and decided to ditch onto the beast, a name inscribed on the top of its head as the machine paused itself, letting it act as a bridge for monsters to come down and parade through whatever was blocking their way.
Rhodes.
"Huh? This one's named..." Applin pondered, quick to notice that her own father, Fenrir, would also be given one beneath his fur, digging through to see the markings on his skin. She'd later on see Miyashi soar up and try to go for a cleave, being met by both men in grabbing at its arms and holding it down, the helm reading out another name: Schrod. She was starting to get confused, moreso when Barklode started to take the blade and pass it to Dahak while he sat on the skeletal body.
"All of them are. Do you not name your own specimens whenever they show signs of progress?" The Scientist asked, his tone annoyed as he'd watch the other soldier rush ahead, aiming for a cleave through Fenrir's body so he can focus on attacking the child. The Chain Breaker would open its mouth and use its fangs to catch and parry the blade, as well as stretching out its hind legs to push her daughter back, yet it wasn't enough. Dahak would shift at the blade and cut down at the beast's jaw, before pulling the sword back and roundhouse kicking it to the side, forcing him to dangle at the machine. He'd watch as Rhodes was quick on pushing Fenrir back up, but paid no mind to it, as he rushed ahead to Applin and take advantage while she was vulnerable. "Oh, right. You're with that dog. Well, to give you a simple lesson, that is what a Monster is at the end of the day. A savage that can't seek rhyme or reason. You already have the Beldam with that puppeteer individual, feasting away at children. You then have the Man in the Mountain, that infernal thing with his calamity inducement must've caused SOME damage. Hell, I'd be willing to extend it to the dragons and vampires. Calibren was a wreck last time I saw, and it was in both efforts that caused it."
Applin wouldn't listen, already casting her hammer to launch herself away, watching Dahak try to leap up and get close, thinking fast on her feet. She'd try to disable the hammer she casted and replace it with a new one, watching as the first dispersed into such energy, before making the second and nearly clocking at the hooded figure's head. Dahak would be forced to parry with the blade, watching as the energy was sent out, any remnants of such magic left behind to the two creatures. Furthermore, his hood and cowl flew off in the impact, revealing his body proper, one of scars across his skin, all in the shape of serpents circling around his shoulders, neck, and jaw. His eyes were blood red, his hair a matte black, flowing in the same direction, as he'd try to open his mouth and take a bite on the hammer. His tongue was forked, with imprints of eyes on its top and bottom, acting as the two snakes. "Do I look like I want to hear it from some smelly, fat guy when I'm fighting for my life here!?" She'd scream as she'd shove the hammer down at his throat, watching it break apart through sheer force, yet such was more than enough to act as her anchor and lunge her body at the opposite end, throwing herself over to Fenrir as she disabled the spell.
"Should've simply let him rip your throat off, in all honesty." Barklode's callous reply made the Vampiress shocked, turning around to see him close in just as much, watching as Rhodes and Fenrir act in order to block on both sides while she gets her focus back.
"Excuse me!?"
"You heard me, spawn. You're waste. Excess. There's about a hundred here and a thousand or so out there, maybe even more. I don't bother counting up such species, and I'm certainly not doing so for the latter."
"So what, you hate Monsters? That's your big deal for having all of this?"
"Oh, no, no, no. Hate's too strong of a word. I simply just don't believe you have a proper consciousness." Applin grew confused, nervous as the lights flare and the sound gets louder, roars made as more monsters descend to the fight, to meet their maker. "I'll make it as blunt as I can reasonably make, just so it gets drilled into your skulls."
"Project Helios may be the King's Wish. To me, however, you are merely weapons for War. You are merely assets to kill every notable figure in this Circle. Nihil, All, The Shadow Mages and the Sons of Man. All of them I want gone for good."
KRACCCCC!!!!
A door was flung quickly to Barklode, dodging in time before it makes a proper collision. "That makes two of us, then..." A voice spoke, a child that Applin would recognize well and prepared her hammer once she and everyone got a good view on him. "...Only difference is, I want you gone first."
Harvard Helsing has regrouped.
