"Yes. As long as they have the requirements, which are usually capping out all their skills, and having a signature ability that is not part of their skill tree.
Though, sometimes it will let them do it early, simply because the System thinks that they are ready to move on.
However, we don't recommend that, and it's not likely to be an issue for any of the Elders." Dana agreed.
"And how long ago did this happen?"
"Less than a month? Don't worry, it's still a very new thing, there wasn't much time between it happening and the attack, so it's unlikely that they got the word of the rapid progression of our members.
That's not why they attacked us, they just got greedy, and then got schooled."
