Rin Nohara who had stayed at the back finally moved, her body being quickly enveloped by a red bubbly chakra cloak as her movement speed increased dozens of times. In less than a second her leg snapped forward towards the part where the enemies body had yet to turn into smoke.
*Boom*
Rather than sounding like a kick hitting a body, it sounded more like an explosion had detonated at the spot as the masked man's body was thrown like a rag down tens of meters away, breaking tree after tree.
The konoha ninja didnt wait for a single moment as they all quickly flashed hand signs.
Obito and Fugaku aswell as Jiraya formed a line as they all took a large breath.
"Fire style: Great Fire Ball Jutsu"
"Fire style: Swilging Fire Jutsu"
At the same time, the remaining three didn't wait either as they formed handsigns.
"Wind style: Great Breakthrough"
The six jutsu seamlessly connected with one another and formed a huge wave of slalding fire that rushed towards the location where the masked man had been shot towards by Rin's kick.
*Booom*
Tens of tree's instantly got incinerated or cut down by the winds or fire, the entire landscape changed in the span of a single second however their target had escaped.
Appearing behind the group stealthily, the man instantly reformed into human form before sending a kunai straight through Nohara Rin's body before turning around and weaving through her and appearing behind Kakashi and launching a high kick straight under his chin and launching him into the air, that wasn't all however as the man turned into fog and launched himself above Kakashi Hatake and then dropped another kick and slammed him straight back to the ground.
"Kakashi! Rin!" Obito screamed as his eyes quickly swerved and he used the body flicker to appear next to his friends.
"I'm fine." Rin replied as she quickly grabbed the kunai that had been stuck in her body and removed it, her body instantly starting to regenerate at high speeds.
"Truly… jinchuriki are annoying to fight, especially one as special as you are." Madara said as he formed his body further away.
"You slimy bastard…" Obito said as he glared however he didn't move from his location to attack once more.
"At this point, Kazuo will be able to escape." Jiraya muttered distastefully as he gazed at the enemy who they couldn't move past.
"I guess, I cannot keep saving this." Fugaku said suddenly as his three tomoe sharingan locked onto the masked man.
At that moment, the tomoe in his sharingan started spinning at blurring speeds before the black started melting and covergin upon one another, forming a completely different pattern from the regular sharingan.
"Mangekyou Sharingan." Fukagu muttered, his words causing a shock to go through both the leaf shinobi aswell as the masked man.
"Clan head has the…" Obito mumbled completely confused as he gazed at his patriarch.
Hiashi meanwhile had his mood already dampen even further. The hyuga were in a constant fight with the Uchiha, if not physically then politically, with Fugaku now having a mangekyou sharingan aswell as Obito Uchiha, the difference between the clans would only grow further apart, not to mention the fact that in a single night nine of the Hyuga main clan elders had been killed and now the killer was about to escape scot free.
"I see, so you were hiding your cards aswell, Fugaku uchiha." Madara spoke as he tilted his head slightly to the left.
At this moment however, Fugaku's left eye started bleeding.
Instantly on alert, Madara tried to turn his body into fog and escape, an unknown mangekyou ability being used was dangerous, however he couldn't even fully turn into fog when half his body erupted into pitch black flames.
"Amaterasu" Fugaku said as his eye kept bleeding however he didn't stop the technique, he had to make sure that both the enemy and their body was erased, this was an unknown Uchiha outside of the clan with a mangekyou.
Releasing a grunt of pain, the masked man didnt hesitate any longer as his body further split into two lines of fog, one of them disconnecting from his body before reforming into a body part, it was his left arm that was now completely on fire from the amaterasu whilst the other part was still fine.
'It seem's this is as much time as I can create, you should have been able to escape by now Kazuo.' The man thought as he instantly turned into fog and his body rushed into the ground through the small particles of the earth and disappeared quickly dowards.
"He's gone. Get going towards Kazuo." Obito said as he quickly turned towards the direction that Kazuo had left in however Jiraya simply placed a hand on his shoulder and shook his head.
"No, by this point with Kazuo's speed, he should be deep in the rain country, we can't follow him without alerting the rain village or it could cause a major political scandal. We cannot continue this search as of now." Jiraya replied with a sigh.
"Then… is he?" Rin asked softly her voice low.
"That's right. Kazuo Hyuga, Jonin of the leaf village has officially deserted and from now on will be considered a rogue ninja. Most likely an S-rank." Jiraya said as he motioned with his hand towards Fugaku at the same time so that Rin would heal him.
She instantly got what he meant and quickly arrived near the Uchiha patriarch and started using the medical palm jutsu.
"This… damned." Hiashi mutterd, clearly angered as he turned around to face the distance where Kazuo had gone, however even he knew that there wasn't much he could do. They had been left in the dust.
"Head back to Konoha as soon as Fugaku is in better condition. We cannot leave the village for long." Jiraya said as he turned around.
