Chapter 922 - [922] : Finding the Transmigrators

"Open the mysterious package," Shin said to the System.

A chime echoed in his mind. [Mysterious package opened. Commencing report.]

[The Reincarnator team consists of five members.]

[Sakamoto Kenji, Male, Comprehensive System. Overall Combat Assessment: Average.]

[Kisaragi Rei, Female, Vampire Specialist. Overall Combat Assessment: Stronger.]

[Domon Kyouji, Male, Martial Arts Specialist. Overall Combat Assessment: Extremely Strong.]

[Ishigami Mamoru, Male, Defense Specialist. Overall Combat Assessment: Weaker.]

[Yoshida Haru, Male, Support. Overall Combat Assessment: Weak.]

[System assessments are based on the Master's own strength.]

[Average: Master can resolve the situation quickly.]

[Stronger: Master will find it difficult to resolve easily.]

[Extremely Strong: May cause significant harm to Master.]

[Please be cautious, Master. Do not engage them in prolonged combat. The team's combined combat power far exceeds the Master's.]

Hearing this, Shin felt a surge of dissatisfaction. They might be Reincarnators, but based on the System's descriptions, they didn't seem overwhelmingly powerful. They sounded like rookies.

A martial arts specialist, for instance, was unlikely to pose a serious threat to him. Even in a high-powered world like Dragon Ball, there were few who could truly harm him. While a martial artist might be able to match or even surpass him in a head-on fight, his ninjutsu was on another level—unpredictable and nearly impossible to defend against.

How could this Reincarnator team possibly harm him?

In his eyes, the real threat wasn't the martial artist. It was the first one, the one with the "Comprehensive System." No one knew what that meant. He might have soul attacks or some strange curses up his sleeve.

But the information provided by the System was far too brief. He couldn't even begin to analyze their fighting styles, let alone figure out what they looked like. Was he really supposed to go looking for trouble with nothing but a few names? That was just asking to get beaten.

In truth, Shin desperately wanted to talk to other transmigrators. In this world, he was a stranger in a strange land. Even with Kushina and the others by his side, they didn't know about his past life. These Reincarnators were, in essence, his people. The Lord God sent them on their endless cycles, while the System sent him on his. He didn't care much about the distinction.

For all he knew, his System was just another form of a Lord God, exploiting his labor.

That's what Shin thought. But for now, finding these transmigrators and learning more about them was incredibly difficult. He considered asking Trunks, Bulma, or even Vegeta for help, using the information he had. But it was too little to go on. Even if they were standing right in front of him, Shin wasn't sure he could recognize them.

This System was also quite interesting. It had provided him with information about the Reincarnators but had shown no attitude, nor had it given him any mission.

If his System and the Lord God were allies, it should have given him a mission to cooperate. If they were rivals, it should have ordered him to kill or obstruct the Reincarnators. But it had done neither. It had expressed no attitude at all.

This left Shin in an awkward position.

The System had given him this information, but without any clear direction. Was it waiting to see how he would react before making its next move? But that didn't seem right. The System didn't seem to have that level of advanced intelligence. If it did, it would have shown it long ago.

But if it wasn't a test, then what was the meaning of this?

These thoughts gave Shin a headache. He wasn't good at this kind of strategic thinking, but he was forced to do it. It all directly concerned him, his very survival. One wrong decision could lead to a point of no return.

But no matter what, finding these transmigrators seemed like the right move. The question was, should he do it openly, or use underground forces to search in secret?

After some thought, Shin decided to go to Bulma.

Though she was just a scientist, not a leader, her family's deep roots and vast resources meant she might have encountered similar situations before and would have her own insights.

So, Shin went to visit Bulma alone.

Bulma was still basking in the joy of Super Perfect Cell's demise, not even focused on her research. Even with the time machine smashed to pieces by Cell, she hadn't bothered with it. She had tried to fix it before, but to no avail, and it had cost a fortune. More importantly, it had cost her a great deal of mental energy.

Now that things had stabilized, it was time to steal a moment of peace and enjoy life.

When Shin arrived, Bulma was in her courtyard, having afternoon tea.

Though afternoon tea wasn't a traditional Japanese custom, as a descendant of a long-standing noble family, Bulma was quite fond of it. She saw it as a way to relax in the afternoon. After so many years of martial arts training, their need for an afternoon nap was very low; they didn't need to rely on it to supplement their sleep.

So they had a lot of free time in the afternoon, allowing Bulma to enjoy a leisurely, unstructured tea for two hours, or even longer.
