Naruto and Sasuke walked over to Toneri together.
Toneri's expression was solemn as he looked at Naruto and spoke in a low voice. "Naruto, I just used the Tenseigan to observe the starry sky. Momoshiki and Kinshiki are already very close to us."
Naruto frowned slightly. "How long before they reach Earth?"
Toneri narrowed his eyes, calculating silently for a moment before answering, "At their current speed, about one day."
Naruto took a deep breath and slowly exhaled. That was far faster than he had hoped.
Seeing this, Sasuke turned to Toneri and asked, "Have you found Urashiki? Is he on Earth, or still in space?"
Toneri shook his head. "I couldn't find him in the starry sky, nor on Earth. He should have used Yin–Yang Release to completely conceal himself. Even with the Tenseigan, I can't detect his presence."
Sasuke frowned slightly. Although he understood Naruto's reasoning, he still instinctively preferred to eliminate Urashiki as soon as possible.
However, Naruto's earlier explanation made sense. If Urashiki were killed first, followed by Momoshiki and Kinshiki, the Otsutsuki clan would undoubtedly notice something abnormal and send even more terrifying reinforcements. At that point, whether they could survive would be uncertain.
After a moment of silence, Sasuke looked at Naruto and asked, "Naruto, what's our next move?"

Naruto gestured for Sasuke to follow him and looked around. The lunar palace was vast but empty—there wasn't even a table or chair. Toneri seemed to sense Naruto's thoughts. With a wave of his hand, several puppets emerged from the palace, carrying tables, benches, and a tea set.
Sasuke activated his Mangekyō Sharingan and observed the puppets carefully before saying in surprise, "These puppets aren't controlled by chakra threads."
Naruto sat down, picked up the teapot, and poured tea as he replied, "They're directly controlled by Toneri. As long as he's here, these puppets can continuously receive his chakra and act independently."
As Naruto lifted his teacup, he added casually, "It's similar to Nagato's Six Paths of Pain—same basic principle."
Sasuke nodded and sat down as well.
"Here," Naruto said, pushing a teacup toward him. "Have some tea."
Sasuke took a sip, then gazed at the Earth in the distance. "So we're just sitting here and waiting? That's boring."
Naruto looked up at him. "Then what do you want to do?"
Sasuke was momentarily speechless.
Indeed, staying here was the safest option. If anything happened, Naruto could instantly return using Flying Thunder God. Leaving recklessly would only create unnecessary risks.
After thinking for a moment, Sasuke said, "Naruto, I'll cast a genjutsu on you. Don't resist it. Let's simulate a battle scenario with Momoshiki and Kinshiki in advance."
Naruto studied Sasuke's serious expression and realized he wasn't joking.
"Alright," Naruto said with a nod. "Let's practice."
Looking into Sasuke's Mangekyō Sharingan, Naruto suddenly felt reassured. Sasuke had become far more cautious—almost like Naruto himself when he had just been reborn.
The two entered the genjutsu together and began their combat simulation.
Nearby, Toneri continued monitoring Momoshiki and Kinshiki.
In the distant starry sky, Momoshiki and Kinshiki were rapidly approaching.
"Lord Momoshiki," Kinshiki transmitted through chakra-based communication, "we're almost there."
There was no sound in space; only chakra resonance allowed them to communicate.
Momoshiki replied calmly, "Once we arrive, contact Urashiki first. Have him report to me."
"Yes, Lord Momoshiki," Kinshiki responded.
At that moment, Urashiki was not heading toward Earth as he appeared to be. Instead, he had used Yin–Yang Release to conceal himself behind the moon.
Because of this, Toneri couldn't detect him at all, and neither Naruto nor Sasuke could sense his presence.
Urashiki smiled faintly as he hid in the shadows. He planned to lie in wait and let Momoshiki and Kinshiki fight Naruto first. Once the Nine-Tails was exhausted or defeated, he would strike from the darkness and reap the benefits.
Time passed slowly.
More than twenty hours went by.
Momoshiki and Kinshiki had entered the solar system, and the Earth was clearly visible in the distance.
"Lord Momoshiki," Kinshiki said, "that planet is full of vitality. The energy radiating from it is incredible."
Momoshiki glanced toward the blazing sun, narrowed his eyes slightly, and nodded. "Indeed. But compared to that energy, the chakra produced by life itself is what we truly desire."
Kinshiki nodded in agreement.
The Otsutsuki clan traveled endlessly across worlds, planting God Trees, harvesting Chakra Fruits, devouring them again and again in pursuit of ascension—until they became what they called gods.
Momoshiki looked at the Earth and smiled faintly. "While traveling through space, I could already feel someone watching us. Now that we're close, that feeling is even stronger. Interesting. I'll go take a look."
As he spoke, Momoshiki and Kinshiki used their space-time abilities, forcibly shortening the distance. Their speed increased dramatically.
Toneri's expression changed instantly. He turned toward Naruto and Sasuke and shouted, "Naruto! Sasuke! They're coming!"

They were already close to the moon.

"Naruto! Sasuke!" Toneri rushed to their side.
