After thinking about this matter a little, Weiss came up with an idea. If there was a risk that this man might feel safe after getting away from her, then Weiss just needed to make sure this man could not feel safe even when he was away from her.
As for how she was going to do this, she was going to use poison. Weiss was planning to give Ganz a slow acting poison that she had created and the antidote for it was only known to her.
By using this plan, Weiss would lessen the chance of this man betraying her by a large degree. He also would need to make sure that Weiss was safe all the time as if she died, he would also follow her soon afterwards because of the poison.
After coming up with this plan, Weiss made the man to faint again. She needed to discuss a few things with Karl before starting the plan and she also needed to take this man to somewhere else. She could not just keep him in this back alley.
So she started to carry the man again and used the Fleet Footed Steps to bring him towards the inn where she was staying.
Obviously Weiss was not going to bring him to her room as that would look extremely suspicious. Instead she was planning to bring him to their carriage secretly and hide him there for the time being.
Fortunately, this man was not given a strict time limit to complete his mission of capturing Weiss. As he was a trusted member of the Shadeshifters company, the leaders were confident that Ganz would make the right decisions regarding when it was the best time to capture the little girl.
For this reason, even if he did not reply back for a few hours for so, no one would find it suspicious. This was a good stroke of luck for Weiss.
...
There was a young man staying inside the large stable to guard it where the horse and the carriage both were kept. So Weiss first needed to bring that young man out.
She was able to easily do that by secretly making some of the horses to become agitated. Noticing this the young man immediately went out to bring some food to calm them down.
Weiss took those opportunity to quickly sneak inside the stable and hide Ganz inside her carriage. She also gave him some medicine to make sure he would not be able to come back to his senses anytime soon. After that she quickly left the stable and waited for Karl to return in her room.
...
As Karl was only doing some preliminary investigations on the first day, it did not take much time for him to return. But even in this short period of time, he had managed to get some very useful results. So he was looking forward to getting some praise from his mistress.
As he went to knock on Weiss's room door, the door opened even before he could knock. As Weiss had noticed his presence immediately as soon as he had returned, she had taken the initiative to open the door.
After Karl entered the room, Weiss gave him a brief description about what she had done and about what was going to do next. Karl was dumbfounded after hearing all that.
In the short period of time when he was out, his mistress had managed to not only catch a high ranking member of one of the strongest dark organisation of this city, she was even making plans to destroy this organisation too.
Karl had been feeling quite proud of himself as during his outing, he had managed to get some thugs under his control who were willing to work for him for a little bit of money and had given him a decent amount of information about the various dark organisations present in this city.
But what he had done was nothing if compared to what Weiss had managed to do. This once again made Karl to believe that his decision of becoming Weiss's subordinate was the best decision that he had ever made in his life.
Next he started to discuss their next steps with her. After about half an hour, this discussion was done. Now Karl and Weiss both needed to take the next steps of the plan.
For this first, they needed to use the current best card that they had in their hands, which was Ganz. So Weiss sent Karl to retrieve him from the carriage.
The retrieval process did not take too much time and Karl used a large bag to cover Ganz completely when bringing him to Weiss's room.Karl was cautious about this and acted naturally, so no one suspected him of anything.
Then Karl woke Ganz up and after seeing another knight before him, he almost fainted again.
It was Weiss who had asked Karl to show off his knight's aura to Ganz. If he knew that Weiss's side also had two knights then his chance ot betraying them would decrease even more.
Then Weiss made him to drink the slow acting poison and told him about it's effect. She also gave him hope that if he worked diligently for her, she would give him the antidote in the future.
Ganz was not really a loyalist who would be willing to give away his life for his organisation, so he easily agreed to whatever demand Weiss made.
By obeying her, he would still have a slight chance of staying alive. But if he went against them, then he would definitely die. With only these two choices before him, he could do nothing but to accept his fate.

In a warehouse located in a high security district in the city of Tigatha, a fancily dressed man was seen. After entering the warehouse which was mostly empty except for having a few wooden boxes, he had a conversation with one of the guards present there.
After getting some kind of order from the man, the guard quickly went outside and the man named Femion came before the piles of boxes. He moved one of the boxes away and immediately a hidden door leading to the underground was revealed.
Femion entered the door and ordered another guards to cover the exit. Then as he went down the stairs, the sound of people crying, shouting and groaning came to his ears.
This underground place was the biggest secret of the Shadeshifters and also the place where all their slaves were kept. Even though slaves were actually legal in many nations, unfortunately that was not the case for the Brightshine kingdom.
That was why Femion was unable to do his profitable slave business out in the open and needed a hidden a place like this.
As the stairs ended, the sight of several jail like rooms came to his view. This was the place where slaves were kept.
As Femion was walking through this area, he took a look at the slaves kept inside the jail like rooms. All of their eyes were filled with despair and this scene gave him a lot of joy and a sense of fulfillment.
All the people who were kept in these outer jails were men. They were the cheapest kind of slaves out there and were mostly bought by nobles who were in the middle of a war and needed meat shields or cannon fodders.
After leaving the outer area, Femion reached the inner one. This place was somewhat clean compared to the outer area but a musty smell was still present here.
The inner area was for the regular female slaves. They were quite valuable and many nobles and marchants paid good money to buy them.
So they were also given a slightly better treatment in compared to the male slaves because it was important to make them look good in order to get a higher price for these ladies.
But one thing was common between the outer and the inner slaves. Both of them had eyes filled with despair.
This was again very satisfying for Femion to see and he was pleased with himself. But then he suddenly saw a lady trying to resist while a member of his organisation was trying to have his way with her.
Seeing this, Femion's expression became displeased and he immediately walked toward the jail room where this was happening.
