c123: Super Saiyan VS Majin Buu
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Mountains split apart as Majin Buu unleashed his devastating power. Each blast ripped through the landscape like carpet bombing, turning ridges into smoldering craters. His laughter echoed across the skies, manic and cruel, as if destruction itself amused him.
Hidden in the shadows of a shattered rock crevice, Piccolo and Gotenks peered out, their eyes wide as they watched the pink monster's rampage.
"Damn it…!" Piccolo's fists clenched. "That monster's power… it's terrifying. Even stronger than before." His voice trembled with rare despair.
Even after the desperate gambit inside the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, even after Goten and Trunks fused into the boastful Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks, Majin Buu had survived. His resilience, regeneration, and endless ki made him nearly unbeatable.
With Goku and Gohan gone, and Vegeta sacrificed, Earth had no savior left. Only Gotenks remained but even he had failed.
"Uncle Piccolo, let me at him again!" Gotenks jumped to his feet, fists trembling with defiance. His pride couldn't accept hiding like a coward.
Piccolo's stern voice cut him down. "No! Even at your strongest, you couldn't defeat him. Recklessness will only get you killed. We need strategy, not suicide."
But the fused warrior was never one for patience.
"Don't underestimate me!!" Gotenks roared, golden light bursting around him. His hair shot down his back in long, flowing strands Super Saiyan 3 once more.
Piccolo slapped his forehead. "These brats…!"
"Yesss! I'm overflowing with power again!" Gotenks grinned wide, flexing.
But a shadow fell over them.
"Hehehe…" A sinister giggle crept into their ears.
They turned and froze. Majin Buu's head peeked through the stone crevice, grinning with malice.
"B-Buu?!" Piccolo's face drained of color.
"Perfect timing! I'll finish you this time!" Gotenks pointed fiercely.
Buu only laughed, mocking him.
"HYAAAH!!!" Gotenks charged, exploding outward with force that obliterated their hiding place.
In an instant, the two clashed in midair, moving so fast their afterimages blurred the sky. Gotenks attacked recklessly punches, kicks, ki blasts but Majin Buu dodged lazily, as if swatting flies.
"Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack!" Gotenks shouted, summoning a barrage of ghostly clones. They exploded on impact BOOM! A gaping hole tore through Buu's chest.
"Yes! Nailed it!!"
But their triumph lasted only seconds. With a sickening squelch, Buu's flesh bubbled and reformed. His body stitched itself back together as though nothing had happened.
"Tch! Not again!!" Gotenks snarled, rushing him.
This time, Buu didn't dodge. He caught Gotenks' fist mid-punch.
"What?!"
With a wicked smile, Buu smashed his other fist into Gotenks' face. Bang! Bang! Bang! Fist after fist pummeled him, sending shockwaves across the battlefield.
"Arghhh!!" Gotenks cried, blood spraying as he was beaten mercilessly.
"Damn it!" Piccolo's eyes widened. He had known this outcome, but it still crushed him to watch.
Finally, Buu grabbed Gotenks by the leg and swung him like a ragdoll, slamming him through boulders before tossing him aside. Rocks collapsed over the battered fusion.
"..." Piccolo's jaw tightened. It's hopeless…
From the rubble, Gotenks staggered up, gasping, his pride stinging more than his body. "No… no way…! I'm Super Saiyan 3! Why… why can't I beat him?!"
Majin Buu floated down, his eyes gleaming with malice. He lifted a finger at the battered fusion. "Come again."
"You… you're mocking me?!" Gotenks roared, unleashing every drop of his ki as he charged.
But before he could reach Buu a new figure appeared, blocking his path.
"Wh-what?!" Gotenks skidded to a halt.
Piccolo blinked. "Who… who is that?"
The figure stood tall, tail swaying, golden aura flickering faintly. It was Luya.
On Kaiōshin's world, Goku's eyes widened as he sensed it. "Wh-what's this ki?! It's incredible!"
Even the Old Kai was surprised. "Interesting… someone new has entered the battlefield."
Gohan paused his training, nervous. "What should I do…?"
"Sit down and keep going! Don't waste this chance!" the Old Kai barked.
Back on Earth, Majin Buu tilted his head at the stranger.
Luya grinned at Gotenks. "Yo, Gotenks."
"Huh? You know me?!" Gotenks blinked.
Luya didn't answer, only narrowing his eyes at Buu. He remembered how the true Buu saga ended Goku's Spirit Bomb with everyone's energy. But as an outsider, he couldn't rely on trust or spirit energy from Earth. This time, he'd have to fight Buu head-on.
"Leave him to me," Luya said casually.
"No way! He's mine!!" Gotenks protested, his pride burning.
But at that moment, his aura flickered and the fusion unraveled. In a puff of smoke, Trunks and Goten fell apart, panting.
"Crap! The time's up!" Trunks groaned.
"Buu!!!" the pink monster lunged at the helpless kids.
"Look out!" Piccolo yelled.
But Luya was faster. In a flash, he appeared before them and kicked Buu square in the face, sending the monster crashing into a mountain.
"Big brother… who is he?" Goten whispered.
"Doesn't matter he just saved us," Trunks muttered, pulling him toward Piccolo.
Buu rose slowly, his rubbery flesh still rippling from the blow. His smile was gone, replaced by a furious snarl.
Luya landed in front of him, smirking. "What's wrong? Where's that creepy laugh? Show me."
"ROAR!!!"
Buu's body stretched grotesquely, lunging like elastic toward Luya. But Luya vanished, reappearing above, hurling an energy cannon down. Boom! Buu's body exploded, his lower half shredded.
But from the smoke, bits of flesh crawled back together. A small chunk even tried to sneak away, unseen.
Buu reformed, angrier than before, and charged.
The two collided, fists and energy crashing in a dazzling storm of sparks.
"Unbelievable…" Piccolo gasped. "He's… holding his own against Majin Buu?!"
Trunks clenched his fists. "Good! If he buys us time, next time Gotenks fuses, we'll finish him!"
Piccolo groaned. This child… still so naive…
The battle raged across the sky, shockwaves flattening mountains. Luya's strikes were brutal one punch caved in Buu's face, another sent him flying but Buu's regeneration kept him in the fight.
At one point, Buu ensnared Luya with rubbery arms, squeezing tight, and fired a massive ki blast point-blank. The explosion sent Luya crashing into the ground, the earth shattering around him.
"Hehehe!!" Buu laughed, thinking it was over.
But then
"AAAAAAHHHHH!!!"
From the crater, a golden storm erupted. Lightning danced violently. The sky itself split apart under the pressure of his aura.
Luya stood, his roar shaking the heavens his Super Saiyan transformation igniting with terrifying force.
The true battle against Majin Buu had begun.
