- Hi and welcome to the second team tournament, screamed Kertdux. He had a white shirt with a lightning bolt in front, white leader pants and gloves. Over everything, he wore a coat. "Last time it was Team Accelerator's team that won. Will they be able to win today too?" Kertdux looked around and said "So let's start this."
- Yes sir, the judge said.
- So it's time for the first battle to start and it's gonna be Team Accelerator against team Takahashi, the judge said. "On the right side we have team Accelerator which consist of Accelerator, Kichi Kondo, Akane Kimura and Hayami Nishimura." Accelerator has short moppy white hair and red eyes. He wore a black t-shirt with white stripes and grey jeans. His body was basically just skin and bones. On his left side stood Kichi Kondo, who had neatly combed dark brown hair and brown eyes. He wore a beige t-shirt over white a long sleeved shirt and blue jeans. On Accelerator's right side stood Akane Kimura, who had long maroon hair tied in two low ponytails and red eyes. She wore a dark blue blazer draped over her shoulders like a cape and a dark blue pleated skirt. She had bandages wrapped around her chest. Behind Accelerator was Hayami Nishimura. She had soft dark brown hair and dark green eyes. She had a brown coat with a belt and a light brown skirt.
- And on the left side we have team Takahashi, which consists of Arakan Takahashi, Karol Kabakov, Chin Smith and Hoshi Kobayashi, said the judge as Takahashi's team walked out. Takahashi has black messy hair, orange eyes and is really muscular. He wore a white tank top with a black jacket draped over him like a cape and grey shorts. On his right side stood Karol Kabakov, who had spiky dark blond hair, orange eyes and also was really muscular. He wore a short orange t-shirt that showed his stomach and black shorts. Over his shoulders, forearms and legs, he had armor. On Takahashi's left side stood Chin Smith, who had black hair styled in twin braided buns with micro-bangs. She has yellow eyes and freckles. She had a teal tank top and black pants with gold details. On her left arm she had a gold bracelet. Behind Takahashi stood Hoshi Kobayashi who had long black hair, brown eyes and glasses. She wore a white shortarmed shirt with slate grey shortarmed blazer and a brown shirt that reached halfway to her thighs. It was the school uniform from Taki Magic Academy. The judge looked at both teams and said "Start!"
- This is going to be easy, said Accelerator and walked forward.
- Multi Lightning, said Kobayashi and shot multiple lightning bolts at Accelerator.
- Air Shield, said Accelerator and blocked the lightning bolts. "That's not going to work."
- Speed Boost, said Takahashi and appeared behind Accelerator and tried to punch him but Accelerator ducked, turned around and put his hand on Takahashi's chest.
- Air Tornado, said Accelerator and shot a tornado that threw Takahashi into the wall which made him unconscious.
- Arakan Takahashi is out, the judge said. After she said that, Kabakov was behind Accelerator.
- Wolf Claw, said Kabakov and his right hand turned into a wolf's paw. Accelerator turned half way towards Kabakov.
- Air Shield, said Accelerator and blocked Kabakov's attack. Accelerator looked bored. He looked at Kabakov and asked "Is that all you can do?"
- Light Knives, Smith said and threw three knives at Accelerator.
- Air Tornado, Accelerator said and shot a tornado at Kobakov which pushed him back several meters and then he blocked the knives with the same tornado.
- Air Blast, said Accelerator and made a ball with a bunch of air and shot it towards Smith.
- Lightning Shock, said Kobayashi and shot a big lightning bolt at the air ball which destroyed it.
- Air Boost, said Accelerator and pushed himself with a bunch of air and flew behind Kobayashi. He put his hand on her back.
- Air Blast, said Accelerator and shot a ball of air on Kobayashi's back which made her go unconscious.
- Hoshi Kobayashi is out, the judge said.
- You have done a good job so far, said Accelerator with a grin and looking at Kabakov.
- Blinding Lights, said Smith and shot a bunch of light at Accelerator.
- Speed Boost, Kabakov said and ran towards Accelerator.
- Wolf Claw, said Kabakov and his right arm turned into a wolf's paw.
- Come on, you really think that will work? asked Accelerator mockingly whilst looking at Kabakov..
- Lower Air Strike, said Accelerator, causing a mass of wind and sand beneath Kabakov to fly up at him and stop him.
- Air Blast, said Accelerator and gathered a mass of wind into a ball at his hand.
- Air Boost, said Accelerator, propelling himself towards Kabakov with a blast of wind. When he got up to Kabakov, he blasted the wind ball into Kabakov's chest which made both of them fly towards opposite directions.
- Karol Kabakov is out, the judge said. Accelerator looked at Smith and asked "Are you ready to give up?" Smith took a few steps back.
- Okay, I will take that as a no.
- Air Tornado, said Accelerator and pushed himself forward with a blast of wind.
- Air Tornado, said Accelerator whilst flying towards Smith, he gathered a lot of wind in his hand.
- Blinding Lights, said Smith blinding him before he could use his air tornado. Smith ran under Accelerator.
- Light Knives, she said and threw four knives made of light towards Accelerator.
- Air Shield, said Accelerator and turned around blocking all the knives. Smith was behind him after he blocked her knives. She tried to cut him with another knife.
- Lower Air Strike, said Accelerator and a mass of wind and sand beneath Smith flew up and threw her into the air.
- Higher Air Strike, said Accelerator and a powerful gust of wind threw her to the ground.
- Chin Smith is out, said the judge. I looked at Kamijo and asked "Isn't this a team tournament?"
- Not if you are Accelerator, he answered whilst drinking mango juice.
- Team Accelerator won the first round, the judge said. I wonder if they won the previous tournament that easily.
- We will take a 5 minute break, said the judge.
- So we have 5 minutes left before our fight, said Kamijo.
- Yeah, it seems like it, I said.
- So you three take care of Kuni Sato and Ayaka Mikami, Kamijo said.
- Wait, are you going to 1V3 them? asked Saito.
- Yeah I am, you don't think I can beat them? asked Kamijo.
- NO, if it was any other A-Class magician then I think you absolutely would beat them but there's a reason why he is called The Prince Of Fire. He's the only one outside the S-Class that has a nickname that have prince or princess in it and that's because he is on the same level as them, said Saito. In Magic City having prince or princess in your nickname means that the people of Magic City see you as one of the strongest. Only four magicians in Magic City have prince or princess in their nickname and that is Akuji Kage "The Prince Of Darkness," Nari Misaka "The Thunder Princess," Yuki Misaka "The Frozen Prince" and the last one is of course Ryuji Tabemono "The Prince Of Fire."
- Ai, trust me, he can beat them, said Nari.
- I'm okay with it, I said.
- Wait, what? Saito said shocked and then she said defeat "Okay."
- But, what if they try to avoid you and try to fight one of us three? I asked.
- Oh, don't worry about that, said Kamijo and showed a confident smile. Okay, what is he planning and does he ever not smile? I thought.
