# BEN 10: ULTIMATE ALIEN
## "Second Round"
### A Fan-Made Episode Script — Written in the style of Dwayne McDuffie
---
**COLD OPEN**
**EXT. BELLWOOD — MIDTOWN — DAY**
*Clear sky. Light traffic. A food truck selling breakfast burritos to a line of office workers.*
*BEN TENNYSON is third in line. Earbuds in. Hands in pockets. Completely at peace with the world for exactly four more seconds.*
*The Null Void portal tears open in the middle of the intersection like the universe clearing its throat.*
*No warning. No build-up. Just a jagged, crackling rip in the air — violet at the edges, black at the center — and then KOLAR steps through it.*
*Blue skin. Four arms hanging loose at his sides, each one wrapped in dark metal bracers at the wrists, each one built like a demolition tool attached to a shoulder. Long black hair. Red eyes that don't catch the light so much as eat it. A mouth set in a flat line that isn't anger — it's decision.*
*The portal snaps shut behind him.*
*The line scatters. The food truck peels out. The burritos, sadly, go with it.*
*Kolar looks down the now-empty street.*
*Finds Ben.*
**KOLAR**
*(voice like gravel dragged across steel)*
Tennyson.
*Ben pulls out one earbud.*
**BEN**
*(looking at the empty spot where the food truck was)*
I was next in line.
**KOLAR**
*(already walking toward him)*
I know.
**BEN**
*(pause)*
...Was that a joke?
*Kolar doesn't answer. He doesn't need to.*
---
**ACT ONE**
*Ben slaps the Ultimatrix without breaking eye contact.*
**[TRANSFORMATION SEQUENCE]**
*Green flash — white-out — and FOUR ARMS lands in a wide stance where Ben was. Red skin, four arms, the whole package. He cracks all four knuckles at once — a sound like a small car accident.*
**BEN (AS FOUR ARMS)**
*(grinning)*
Last time I saw you, I put you back in the Null Void. What'd you do, swim back?
**KOLAR**
*(still walking, same pace, same expression)*
Walked.
*Four Arms' grin fades slightly.*
**FOUR ARMS**
*(quiet)*
Okay. That's actually kind of scary.
*He charges.*
---
*The collision is loud enough to crack windows on both sides of the street.*
*Four Arms leads with his upper two fists in a double haymaker — Kolar catches both of them on his lower two arms, redirects the force sideways, and drives his upper right fist into Four Arms' ribs in the same motion.*
*One hit. Clean.*
*Four Arms slides six feet sideways across the asphalt.*
**FOUR ARMS**
*(catching himself, impressed despite everything)*
Okay. You got better.
**KOLAR**
*(rolling his upper shoulders)*
You had the same four years I did. You just spent yours differently.
*He swings again — low right, high left, a combination that would make sense on a two-armed fighter and makes devastating sense with four.*
*Four Arms weaves the high left, takes the low right on his forearm, counters fast — two fists driving upward into Kolar's chin in a rising uppercut.*
*Kolar's head snaps back.*
*His feet don't move.*
**FOUR ARMS**
*(pushing)*
There — come on—
*He follows immediately — inside range now, short punches, trying to stay in the pocket where Kolar can't generate full swing power.*
*For four seconds, it works.*
*Then Kolar's lower two arms wrap around Four Arms' waist and LIFT.*
---
*He's off the ground.*
*In the air.*
*Being held by someone who doesn't look like he's working at all.*
**FOUR ARMS**
*(thrashing)*
Okay — bad spot — getting out of this—
*Kolar drives him straight down into the street.*
*The road splits. Both directions.*
*Car alarms go off on the next block from the shockwave alone.*
---
*Four Arms climbs out of the crater he just made, slowly, two arms pushing, two arms pulling, every single one shaking.*
*He spits.*
*Looks at Kolar standing above him.*
**FOUR ARMS**
*(breathing hard)*
You're stronger. You're faster. You're better in the clinch. What do you want, a trophy?
**KOLAR**
*(looking down at him, not triumphant — just certain)*
I want this finished.
*He reaches down.*
*Four Arms grabs his arm with all four hands and uses Kolar's own downward momentum to roll sideways, dragging him off balance — a desperate scramble more than a technique — and breaks free long enough to get back to his feet.*
*Standing. Barely.*
---
**ACT TWO**
*Distance between them now. Both breathing. Well — Four Arms breathing. Kolar looks like he went for a light jog.*
**FOUR ARMS**
*(running the math out loud, can't help it)*
Inside game — you win.
*(beat)*
Grappling — you win.
*(beat)*
Strength — even at best, probably you.
*(beat)*
I'm faster. Marginally.
**KOLAR**
*(flat)*
Marginally isn't enough.
**FOUR ARMS**
*(grim)*
...Yeah. I know.
*He tries it anyway — pure speed, not strength, darting sideways and hitting the flanks, making Kolar rotate, trying to generate a tempo that four arms can't track as cleanly as two.*
*It almost works.*
*One exchange — Three rapid hits land. Kolar flinches on the third one.*
*Then Kolar stops rotating and just... expands his guard. All four arms out, a wall rather than a fighter. Patient. Waiting.*
**KOLAR**
*(almost quietly)*
You cannot keep that pace forever.
*Four Arms slows.*
*He knows it's true.*
*He looks at his hands. All four of them. Red and solid and — not enough.*
---
*Kolar advances again.*
*Measured. Certain.*
*No anger in it. No ego. That's the worst part — there's no bluster to exploit, no ego to bait, no mistake building in the back of an overconfident fighter. Just a Tetramand who went into the worst place in the universe and came out knowing exactly what he was.*
**KOLAR**
*(two steps away)*
The Omnitrix protected you before.
**FOUR ARMS**
*(one step back)*
Ultimatrix.
**KOLAR**
*(one more step)*
It won't protect you now.
*Four Arms looks down at the Ultimatrix symbol on his chest.*
*It's already flickering.*
*Not because it's about to time out.*
*Because Ben already decided.*
**FOUR ARMS**
*(quietly, to himself more than to Kolar)*
Four isn't enough.
*He slaps it.*
---
**[ULTIMATE TRANSFORMATION SEQUENCE]**
*The symbol on his chest SNAPS OPEN.*
*Not a flash — a mechanical deployment, precise, deliberate, the sound of every petal locking into place cutting through the ambient city noise like a starter pistol.*
*Four Arms' already-large frame expands — skin darkening from red to a deep, dense crimson, hide thickening like something hardened over generations of evolutionary pressure rather than added in a lab. His existing four arms bulk up, the bracers replaced by natural, dense plating at the wrists.*
*Then — from both sides, from the ribcage itself — two more arms push out. Not growth. Not stretching. They simply exist now, fully formed, already fisted, dark-plated at the wrists, each one the size of a small engine block.*
*Six arms.*
*His eyes shift from orange to a focused, burning amber.*
*His posture doesn't change. He doesn't raise his fists. He doesn't roar. He doesn't pose.*
*He just stands there.*
*Six-armed.*
*And somehow that's more threatening than anything he could have done.*
**BEN (AS ULTIMATE FOUR ARMS)**
*(voice lower, denser, each word with actual weight behind it)*
Ultimate Four Arms.
*Kolar looks at him.*
*For the first time since he stepped through that portal, something behind those red eyes recalculates.*
**KOLAR**
*(carefully)*
...That is new.
**ULTIMATE FOUR ARMS**
*(simple)*
Yeah.
---
**ACT THREE**
*Kolar attacks first.*
*Same opening — upper right, the one that telegraphs with the shoulder drop, the one that ended the Four Arms fight inside twenty seconds.*
*Ultimate Four Arms' upper left hand catches it.*
*Single hand.*
*Stops it completely.*
*Kolar's eyes flick to the hand holding his.*
**ULTIMATE FOUR ARMS**
*(quiet)*
Right shoulder. Every time.
*His middle right drives straight and low into the gap between Kolar's third and fourth rib — the thin spot in a Tetramand's natural armor, the one you only know about if you've spent enough time being a Tetramand to actually feel it.*
*Kolar exhales hard.*
*Backs up half a step.*
---
*What follows isn't a brawl.*
*A brawl has chaos in it — momentum swinging back and forth, mistakes piling up on both sides, pure competitive entropy.*
*This isn't that.*
*This is arithmetic.*
*Upper left pins Kolar's high guard. Middle right drives under it. Lower left hooks his lead ankle. Middle left traps his counter before it starts. Upper right follows the opening that creates. Lower right answers whatever he tries to do about the first five.*
*Six points of contact, always at least two ahead of whatever Kolar's four arms can manage.*
*Kolar is stronger. Kolar is trained. Kolar walked out of the Null Void on his own two feet through sheer stubbornness alone.*
*None of it is enough.*
*It was never going to be enough.*
*Six beats four.*
*It just does.*
---
*Kolar catches himself against a collapsed storefront wall, breathing audibly for the first time.*
*His lower two arms are locked — not broken, not useless, but controlled, wrist to elbow, by two of Ultimate Four Arms' six.*
*His upper arms are free but can't generate real power from this angle.*
*He knows it.*
**KOLAR**
*(from the wall, voice stripped down to its frame)*
Finish it then.
**ULTIMATE FOUR ARMS**
*(standing in front of him, holding the lock steady)*
...You walked out of the Null Void. On foot. To come here.
*A beat.*
**ULTIMATE FOUR ARMS (CONT'D)**
That's commitment. I'll give you that.
**KOLAR**
*(flat, even now)*
You should have finished me the first time.
**ULTIMATE FOUR ARMS**
*(quiet)*
Probably.
*The Plumber containment vehicles round the corner — two of them, fast, lights going, the team already deploying.*
*Ultimate Four Arms releases the lock.*
*Kolar doesn't move. Not because he can't.*
*Because he's done the math too.*
**ULTIMATE FOUR ARMS**
*(stepping back)*
Don't walk out of the next one.
*Kolar says nothing.*
*The containment team moves in.*
---
**TAG SCENE**
**EXT. BELLWOOD — MIDTOWN — MOMENTS LATER**
*The street is a ruin. Crater in the intersection. Split asphalt for thirty feet in both directions. Every car alarm within a block still going.*
*Ben, back to human, small and dusty and mildly bruised, stands on the sidewalk watching the containment team work.*
*He looks down at the Ultimatrix.*
*Calm. Green. Ordinary.*
*He looks back at the intersection.*
*At the spot where the food truck used to be.*
**BEN**
*(to no one)*
I really wanted that burrito.
*He puts his earbud back in.*
*Walks away.*
**FADE TO BLACK.**
