"Pl–please calm down, Sir." The receptionist trembled, trying to quench his anger. "My colleagues might have made an error somewhere… I'll see what I can find out from the higher ups–"
"No, It's fine." Alessandro said, handing the mouse back to her. He gave a sheepish smile. "I just remembered it wasn't this hospital she was admitted to."
The receptionist blinked at him, dumbfounded. "Pardon?"
Alessandro chuckled deeply. "I must be going senile the older I get. I have a mild case of amnesia, you see."
"I… I see…" The lady agreed, unsure of how to react to his bizarre attitude.
'Is he mad?'
Alessandro nodded at her slightly. "I apologize for the commotion and taking up your time. I will be leaving now."
With that, he turned his back and walked toward the exit. The receptionist let out a relieved sigh the moment he walked out of the door. "He's definitely the one who needs to be on admission…"
She mumbled under her breath.
