'Could it be someone else he disrespected?'
As the thought crossed his mind he suddenly remembered the duke. Realization dawned on him as his eyes widened with shock and surprise. The prince had somehow heard that he disrespected the duke and now he was going to punish him for it? His heart raced.
It was just looking in his eyes did he really have to be punished for it? That's absurd.
"I just looked into his eyes!! It wasn't even deliberate. How's that disrespect?" Kyle said stepping forward a little, gesturing with his hands.
Alex maintained his cold look and remained indifferent.
