Rin got into the water and caught Magikarp in her arms. Though he struggled and splashed around, she held him firmly and stroked his head.
'Come to think of it, I don't have Pokemon food. So what should I feed him?'
"You want to eat Planktons?"
She put his mouth towards the Planktons, and he started eating.
"Sensei, can you bring a fish bowl?"
"Alright."
Minato disappeared. And in a minute, appeared with a big fish tank that will be able to handle Magikarp.
"What kind of water should we fill the tank with?"
Afterall, many fished live in different types of waters.
Thankfully, Magikarp is known to survive in all kinds of water bodies, no matter how harsh the condition is.
"Let's just fill this water."
Minato nodded and opened the fish tank, filling it with water.
And then, Rin put Magikarp into the tank.
"Minato-sensei, how do I form summoning contract with it?"
"Wouldn't it be useless in battle? When you have enough chakra, I was thinking of giving you and Obito Toad summoning."
Afterall, Kakashi already has the dog summoning.
"Eh? Can't I just keep both? I feel like someone will try to steal my pet."
That 'someone' will obviously be Danzo and Orochimaru.
Even though they might find Magikarp useless, they will definitely want to dissect it because it has different biology than the other fish in ninja world.
He doesn't have Chakra or Nature energy like normal animals and normal summons. The Pokemon energy might be quite different.
And when it evolves into Gyarados?
They will try to get their hands on him after seeing such a drastic change, experiment on him, and in the end kill him.
Gyarados will be a great summon. She can't really tell how powerful he will be, but it should atleast be more powerful than summons like Manda, right?
Afterall, he has Hyper Beam and such.
And if she can properly train him, he will probably even able to fly!
Minato considered it.
Just now, when he went back to the village to buy the fish tank, Third Hokage informed him that it just appeared from the clouds, and dropped through the Village's direction barrier.
Minato considered the possibility that the egg containing the strange fish might be from the space.
Afterall, even Tsuchikage and the Land of Sky which attacked in Second Ninja War, can't fly above clouds.
It can't be the doing of a hostile ninja village. Afterall, if they had such ability, they would have rained down kunais instead of an egg.
Since the fish doesn't seem to be dangerous, and the strange things that happened that can be only due to something beyond his current understanding, he decided that Rin should keep it.
He will be able to keep a close eye on it that way too.
"Alright. Do these handsigns, and then press on the fish."
Minato showed her the handsigns slowly, and Rin followed him.
And then, she pressed her hand on Magikarp.
The summoning was done!
Then Minato explained more about summoning.
"Normally, there are summoning contracts. Most summons are bound to their home, so you need to sign contracts with blood to get them for helping you, and they return if they are injured or you don't have enough chakra left.
But normal animal summons who aren't smart can just be called with a simple summoning. The handsigns are the same, and you just don't have to use blood.
But the downside is that they can't return to their 'home' when they get injured. So once they are called, they will remain there."
"Hmm!"
Rin nodded.
So summoning will take some chakra. She would have liked if he came with a Pokeball, but the Pokeball itself will be too ridiculous for ninja world that everyone will be after it.
Imagine if they could replicate it and catch tailed beasts or humans in it?
Well, she has Peter Intellect now, so she will try to make something like a Pokeball for him after the war and Obito's death.
There is fuinjutsu in her world, afterall. Making a Pokeball should be possible. But after the war, when she has much less attention on her.
"Alright, let's go to Hokage-sama."
Rin nodded, Minato put his hand on her shoulder, and they teleported in the Hokage Office.
"Rin—"
Obito tried to get close to her, and Rin was disgusted, so she kicked his leg.
She looked at the audience then.
Minato, Kakashi, Obito, Kushina, Third Hokage, and...
Danzo.
Danzo scoffed at the fish.
It is unique, so what? It's just a fish.
"So... this is what came out of that egg?"
"Yes. It's my summon now. Isn't it cute?"
Everyone looked at the dumb looking Magikarp. It's large eyes but really small pupils, like a dot.
It didn't look cute in the slightest.
Hiruzen was exhausted, and didn't want to deal with it. Minato can deal with it.
"Minato, you find out everything about it, and have Tsunade prepare a medical report for it when she is free. Then report to me."
"Yes Hokage-sama."
Minato didn't reveal that he couldn't move until the egg had hit Rin's head yet, since Danzo was also here.
Though he doesn't has anything against Danzo, Jiraiya has told him to be cautious around him and never reveal any sensitive information to him.
He will report directly to Third Hokage after he has done his investigation.
"Alright, everyone can go home."
So, everyone went home.

For the next few days, Rin spent most of her time feeding Magikarp, and familiarising him with herself so that he doesn't attack her when he evolves.
Right now, she was sparring with Kakashi, meanwhile, Obito was sitting next to Magikarp in its fish tank.
He was jealous of the fish who is taking all her attention.
While she wasn't looking, Obito poked Magikarp.
"What is so special about you?"
Magikarp was angry by the poking.
"Pfft!"
And Obito found his angry face funny.
So, the poking intensified.
And Magikarp got so angry that he got enveloped in a bright light.
"Stay away from him!"
Rin suddenly came and dropkicked him away.
Minato and Kakashi came around.
"What's happening!?"
The fish tank broke, the light got really big.
And perhaps due to the good amount of high quality meat of Chakra Beasts Rin fed him, the light became even bigger than Manda!
The light vanished, and in the place stood a blue, imposing dragon(though not actually a dragon type).
"GYAAAAAARRRRRRR!"
Gyarados!
He then looked at Obito, and started charging Hyper Beam!
