In a remote, uninhabited forest, all traces of birds and beasts had vanished.

Insects were buried deep in the earth, and the silence was so profound it was as if nothing living remained.

The cause of this phenomenon was none other than two seemingly ordinary humans.

They had engaged in a massive battle here, each punch and kick filled with astonishing power.

Everywhere they went, trees were toppled and the ground was pockmarked with craters, leaving the forest a scarred and broken landscape.

Just moments ago, an attack on the level of a natural disaster had carved a thousand-meter-long trench through the area, as if giving the forest a buzz cut, making the scene even more horrifying to look at.

At the end of the trench, Goku's clothes were somewhat tattered, but his body was almost completely free of wounds.

He lowered the arms he had used to block the Daytime Tiger and said to himself with a smile, "Ha! That was a really incredible attack. If I hadn't raised my ki at the last second, I would've actually gotten hurt."

He had been suppressing his own ki to a level comparable to Might Guy's.

Still, he hadn't expected the Daytime Tiger to contain a level of power that far exceeded that, nearly causing him serious injury.

"But it looks like he's out of stamina."

He could sense that after unleashing the Daytime Tiger, Might Guy's ki had plummeted, quickly falling to a level even lower than before their fight had begun.

"Looks like this battle can't continue. In that case, I'll use this attack as a return gift."

Throughout their fight, he hadn't used any of his own special moves, sticking to ordinary punches and kicks.

Might Guy, on the other hand, had used many techniques, among which the Morning Peacock and the Daytime Tiger had interested and impressed him the most.

The Daytime Tiger, in particular, reminded him of a move he had created long ago. It was one of his few purely physical attack techniques and shared a similar principle.

Therefore, he decided to use this technique before the curtain fell on their stage, to let Guy experience it up close as a sign of his acknowledgement and respect.

At this thought, he clenched his right fist and thrust it forward!

ROAR!!!

A golden dragon, dozens of meters long, roared as it burst forth from his fist and charged forward with an indomitable aura.

At the other end of the trench.

Might Guy, having deactivated the Eight Gates, was kneeling on the ground, sweat pouring from his body like a waterfall.

"Hah! Hah! Hah!"

"I guess I still can't control the Daytime Tiger very well."

That had been the first time he had ever used the technique. Although he had conceptualised it before, he had never been able to truly use it as he couldn't yet open the Seventh Gate.

After his body had reached a state where he could open the Seventh Gate, he hadn't had a chance to test the move, making that last attack his true first time.

But because of that, he hadn't been able to gauge its power and energy consumption properly.

The moment he had unleashed it, it had been at its maximum power and maximum cost.

This, combined with the immense stamina drain of the Seventh Gate itself, meant that he had inevitably collapsed after using the move.

"I wonder how Goku is after taking that hit. Even if it couldn't defeat him, it should have at least injured him, right?"

He managed a weary smile, trying to get a clear look at Goku at the other end of the trench, but his vision was blurry.

After exchanging dozens of blows with Goku in his Seventh Gate state to no avail, he realised that he was very likely not Goku's match.

In his Seventh Gate state, his stamina was draining rapidly, while Goku, in contrast, showed no signs of extreme exhaustion. It was clear who was stronger.

That was why he had unleashed the Daytime Tiger, hoping to turn the tables with that single blow. If even the Daytime Tiger couldn't stop Goku, then it meant he had well and truly lost.

Just as he was staring intently at the other end of the trench, he suddenly saw a golden creature take flight and rush straight towards him.

"What is that?!" His eyes widened as he stared at the approaching form. "Is that a dragon? It has no chakra fluctuations... Is it a pure taijutsu move, just like my Daytime Tiger?"

As the golden dragon drew closer, he could finally see its form clearly and confirmed that it contained no chakra energy whatsoever.

"As expected of the opponent who could defeat me! To think he could develop such a taijutsu!"

Upon seeing this technique, he knew that he had been utterly defeated. But he felt no despair; instead, he was thrilled.

This was the first time he had ever seen someone develop a technique so similar to his Daytime Tiger, and it gave him a feeling of deja vu.

However, in his excitement, he had forgotten his own predicament.

By the time the golden dragon was only a few dozen meters away, he finally snapped back to reality.

"Oh no, how am I going to dodge this? My body won't move!"

He struggled to stand, but his legs had no strength. He could only watch as the golden dragon grew closer and closer.

"Is Konoha's Blue Beast of Prey going to die here today?" he thought with a wry smile, surprisingly little fear on his face.

Just as he was preparing to face the blow, the golden dragon shot past him, crashing directly into the cliff face behind him.

BOOM!!!

An earth-shattering explosion rang out, and the entire cliff was completely obliterated.

The ground shook violently, and countless boulders began to tumble down from above. Several of them were about to crash down on his head.

At that critical moment, Goku suddenly appeared in front of him, scooped him up with one arm, and flew to a safe location.

RUMBLE...

The boulders continued to fall, and it was a long time before the area finally fell silent.

By then, if anyone familiar with the area were to come here, they would find that the landscape had been rendered completely unrecognisable.

The cliff that had once stood there was gone, replaced by a hemispherical crater, hundreds of meters in diameter, as if a meteorite had fallen from the heavens.

Watching this scene, Might Guy was deeply moved. He then turned to Goku and said with great solemnity, "Goku, I have lost this duel. But when I become stronger, I will challenge you again!"

Although he had lost this time, he was the indomitable Blue Beast; no setback could ever defeat him.

Instead, it would only make him stronger! Just as when he had first started challenging Kakashi and had lost every time, he had continued to chase after him, and now, his number of wins was equal to his number of losses—a truly astonishing feat!

"Haha, no problem," Goku said with a smile, rubbing his head.

Hearing Guy's declaration, for some reason, he was suddenly reminded of a certain prideful man who often said similar things.

"Let's head back now, then."

"Yeah, I'll have to rely on you. I need to sleep for a bit." No sooner had Guy replied than his head drooped, and he fell into a deep slumber.

The battle had consumed all of his energy; it was only his sheer willpower that had kept him conscious until now.

With the dust settled, his mind relaxed, and his body's self-preservation instincts kicked in, causing him to pass out.

Seeing him fall unconscious, Goku was not surprised. He raised two fingers to his forehead. "Kakashi's ki is... ah, got it!"

In the next instant, both of them vanished from the spot, leaving behind only a scene of devastation waiting to be discovered.

Inside Kakashi's house.

Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Rock Lee were waiting with bored expressions.

"Kakashi-sensei, how long do you think Goku-sensei and thick-eyebrows-sensei are going to fight?"

Naruto asked, propping his chin up with his hand as he looked at Kakashi, who was engrossed in his copy of "Icha Icha Paradise."

"Ah, I don't know," Kakashi replied distractedly, his attention still on his book.

Except for Rock Lee, they all knew that Goku possessed a technique called Instant Transmission, which allowed him to instantly teleport to the vicinity of anyone whose ki he could sense.

That was why they had all gathered here, waiting for Goku and Guy to finish their fight and teleport back.

Just as they were silently counting the seconds, two figures suddenly appeared in the middle of the room.

"Yo, we're back!"
