Chapter 150 - “Anyway, teleport me down first!”

Damn it—this scene doesn't look like Loki trying to endanger Earth at all.It looks more like these people are hunting Loki!

"Anyway, teleport me down first!"

"Mm!"

...

At this moment, Earth's forces were already rushing toward Country D.

Black Widow was piloting a Quinjet with Captain Rogers aboard, and at their current speed, they should have been the fastest to arrive.

However, as they approached Country D, they discovered another aircraft ahead of them—one that looked even more advanced than their Quinjet.

"Could that be Loki's aircraft?" Rogers asked curiously.

Black Widow thought differently. She immediately hailed the other party.

After all, there was an entire group backing her now.

No choice—having strong backing gives confidence.

Soon, a response came through.

"X-Police?" Black Widow frowned slightly. As a high-ranking S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, she was very familiar with an organization like the X-Police. "I didn't expect that, when we were short on manpower, the X-Police would also step in. Fortunately… very fortunately."

However, aboard the X-Police aircraft, the vigilantes did not share the same thoughts.

Facing several mutants with superpowers, let alone the two people in the Quinjet—even Loki himself didn't seem like such a big deal.

A god?

Scott smiled darkly. He wondered if Loki could withstand laser beams.

Beast Hank fiddled with his fingernails. He had heard of the evil god Loki and was curious whether he could take him on one-on-one.

Storm and Phoenix exchanged smiles.

Who was the "god" of this land?

Society!

Dark forces!

The two fighter aircraft locked onto Loki's coordinates, cutting long streaks across the night sky as they sped forward.

At the same time, above them, space itself seemed to distort slightly. Looking closely, one could vaguely make out the outline of a flying saucer.

Yes—though it wasn't actually a flying saucer.

It was a Wakandan stealth ship.

Aboard the vessel, T'Challa wore his Panther suit, with his helmet tucked under his arm, his expression calm and confident.

Beside him stood the bald female general Okoye—a living meme.

Compared to simple confidence, her expression carried outright disdain for the so-called evil god Loki.

The Wakandans believed in the Panther God.

As for other gods?

That was a matter of faith.

"Wow, brother, you're about to fight a god. Are you nervous?" a virtual projection asked beside them.

Although Shuri couldn't personally take part in the battle, she could still support them with her advanced technology.

Hearing this, T'Challa smiled and replied in his characteristic African tone:

"What god? According to Xu Dan, he's just an alien. What kind of god is that?"

"Wakanda forever!"

X! X!

On the ground below, torrents surged.

Under the cover of night, the figures beneath were hard to make out, but one thing was certain—their destination was also Loki.

Mutants were not exclusive to the United States.

They existed across the world.

Europe naturally had mutants as well.

And Magneto's influence among mutants was absolute—he was a hegemon.

If Magneto wanted to mobilize mutants in Country D, it would take only a single sentence.

Once these mutants unleashed their abilities, they were like a swarm of mythical vampires from legend.

They converged into a great torrent on the ground, following the coordinates provided by Magneto and Professor X.

On ordinary days, how would mutants dare to charge so boldly through the streets?

They would be greeted with a storm of bullets.

But today, with the approval and encouragement of two authoritative figures—Magneto and Professor X—they were filled with adrenaline.

They sprinted through the streets without restraint.

It wasn't just the thrill of capturing Loki.

It was the thrill of finally being able to act openly in the streets.

How many mutants had dreamed of such a scene?

Probably all of them.

————————

The evil god Loki had no idea what terrible sin he had committed to provoke so many people.

At this point, with all these forces converging, even if each person merely stuck out a finger, they could poke him to death.

However, revealing his location was part of the plan of this cunning god.

Loki knew that constructing a large-scale teleportation array required time.

It wasn't that he had nowhere to hide.

He was simply too lazy to wait.

Waiting was boring.

He wanted to play with these lowly humans.

So he swaggered into the mansion, attacking openly.

Then, amid the terrified screams of those insignificant humans, he slowly revealed his divine incarnation.

Yes!

What a flamboyant, heroic pose!

He stood alone—no, he was a god—forcing a crowd of inferior beings to flee in panic.

The satisfaction was immense.

Watching these humble humans scramble in fear was truly delightful.

"On your knees!" he shouted at them.

To emphasize his majesty, he raised the scepter and fired a blast at a nearby location.

The energy of an Infinity Stone was no joke.

A casual burst instantly pulverized a stone statue not far away.

"Boom!"

Everyone screamed in terror, clutching their heads and squatting down.

Kneel?

That wouldn't do.

He wanted them kneeling.

"On your knees!" Loki roared again.

Yet the spines of these humans seemed tougher than expected.

Not a single person knelt.

How humiliating!

Was Loki's presence not intimidating enough?

Or was the power of the scepter insufficient?

If they wouldn't kneel, so be it.

From the crowd, an old man slowly stood up.

Damn it—these people's bones really were made of stone!

"Very good."

Loki ground his teeth in a smile, intending to kill the chicken to scare the monkeys.

As long as he killed this old man, surely the others would be afraid.

But just as he was about to strike—

A shield suddenly flew toward him!

It was Rogers, arriving in a rush, who had hurled his shield to interrupt Loki's spellcasting.

"Hiss…"

These humble humans truly were stubborn to the core.

Then Loki saw the human who had attacked him.

That man was actually wearing a costume.

Ridiculous.

Were humans all such laughable creatures?

Loki charged toward him.

He intended to crush this fledgling warrior first—then force everyone else to kneel.

Captain America Rogers' combat ability needed no explanation.

He immediately gained the upper hand, hammering Loki with three powerful punches and beating him into misery.

However, Loki was, after all, a descendant of the Frost Giants.

His physical strength was formidable.

After reacting, he counterattacked as a mage, slamming Rogers to the ground.

Pressing the scepter against him, Loki roared furiously:

"On your knees!!"
