Thawck! Thawck! Boom!
The blades came at me one by one, hitting exactly where the All-seeing eye predicted. This was a nightmare of a fight, I was lucky enough to dodge the attacks that was aiming for my vital organs.
Keeuk! Haa…
Sure I was lucky, but not lucky enough to dodge all of the sharp metallic blades. I wiped the blood I've coughed up from the injuries, struggling to stand straight due the blood I've lost.
The kid was too strong and I had no plans prepared for fighting him. I pulled out the blades one by one, trying to not damage any blood vessels or nerves. This isn't good, I'm falling right into his palm.
I had no idea how much time had passed on the outside nor do I know how time dilutes in here either. Only if I had some help here…
As I was getting distracted by the pain that's starting to kick in as well as my thoughts, a voice woke me up.
"Too much for you already?"
Riyu laughed, looking at me menacingly. The kid was a psychopath... I grinded my teeth, glaring at him. With such an overpowered skill, I'm sure it's taking up quite a lot of energy as well, right?
If I can't fight him, I'll just have to distract him until his mana runs out. I looked down at my blood stained bag, taking out the potion I've been saving, chugging it all down. There goes the last potion… I'm sure it was worth it, if I've fought in the state I was a few seconds ago, I'd be dead.
I looked up at Riyu who's floating in the air, waiting to see what I'd do next. I doubt he looked at me like how other people looks at each other. I'm certain, he sees me as just another toy to play with.
I looked at him and smirked. I leaped into the hair, my hand holding the sword. I slashed with all my might.
Riyu looked at my pathetic move, he chuckled.
"You think that was enough to kill me?"
He stopped for a bit before continuing his ridiculous sentence. I looked at him who was summoning weapons.
"I expected more from you, Gyungho."
I smirked, he was right, I knew that a slash like that would be futile, a waste of energy. I stood there as his weapons glow a glorious yellow, about to charge at me.
"I wasn't aiming at you."
Riyu looked at me dumbfounded then his face turned pale. I looked as the bookshelf behind him started to collapse.
"You…"
It was a dumb move, if the space is damaged, I'll also get wounded by the attacks that it recieved. I looked down st my chest that had a deep wound, blood pouring from it.
I clenched my fist, I started limping towards a bookshelf, using it as temporary shelter until I come up with another plan.
"Damn rodent."
As I got behind a bookshelf, Riyu successfully got out of the one that fell onto him. The man got up into the air, looking around for me.
"Come out, wherever you are."
I looked down at my bag, there was an empty glass potion, the one I drank out from. I took the empty glass potion, throwing it at the back of his head when he wasn't looking and started running away from the position I was in, hiding behind another tall bookshelf.
"You're getting weaker and weaker by the seconds you little rodent."
I can hear as he summons his weapons. His skills were exactly like Aiko's, just way stronger, for sure. I let out a silent sigh, I had no idea how many hits I can take until I'm actually dead
"I'm tired of your little dirty tricks now."
Swiish! Pow! Pow! Pow!
Sweats dripped down my forehead as I see the other bookshelf went crashing down, books falling all over on the ground. I covered my mouth, letting out a painful groan as the wounds started to reflect on me.
As I was catching my breath after the attack, calming down, a sharp sound came from behind. I can hear and feel the bookshelf getting destroyed, the sound of crumbling papers, books falling down and broken shelves…
As the shelf I was hiding behind came crashing down, I could feel a sharp pain coming from my chest. He was destroying all the shelves here so I won't have a place to hide.
Uurgh!
His sharp blade came at me once again. I swiftly pulled out my sword, closing my eyes. I took a deep breath, shielding myself with the blade in my hand.
"Damn it..!"
I can hear the sword coming closer and closer by the second. I had nowhere else to hide, my body was severely injured already.
Cliing! Clank! Swiish….
As the swords collided, Riyu's voice spoke up from nearby. His tone sounds sad and disappointed.
"I expected you to be stronger than this, Gyungho."
I looked down at the sword I was holding, my hands shaking, I failed to shield myself. The blade that he threw at me was now in the middle of my chest. I'm fucked, the blade definitely pierced my heart. I can feel myself getting weaker as the second went by.
The kid started speaking again.
"I'm disappointed, oh well, they say enjoy it while it last, am I right?"
I glared at Riyu who's face was now rather disappointed by the outcome of the battle. As my hands weakened, the sword I was holding fell down onto the ground.
Thump!
I laid down in my own pool of blood, next to the blade that I failed to use correctly, I looked as Riyu came down to take a look at my dying body. I came this far just to die like this? I could feel the warm blood soaking my hair.
"Goodbye, Gyungho.
「Master of puppets deactivated.」
As the effects of the space Riyu created wears off, the extreme pain shot through my body, I grinded my teeth. Seems like his trick was what kept the pain less severe.
I've lived for this long, worked my butt off to survive in the current world and the old one just for it to end like this. Maybe I was fated by death from the start, it's pathetic knowing I tried fighting back even when the end was already determined.
I looked at Riyu's figure slowly walking away, he's probably going back to the main game and cause chaos again.
I scoffed, maybe this was the price I deserved. I lied there, my body getting more numb by the seconds.
As I closed my eyes hesitantly, not sure if accepting the fate I've recieved was the correct choice, a notification popped up in my head.
Ding!
[SYSTEM: 「???」 does not accept your death.]
What is this now? I'm bleeding out, my life is coming to its end. Who are they anyways? It doesn't matter if they don't accept my death, it's already over for me.
I laid there in silent, waiting for what will happen next. As my vision fades into darkness, a figure appeared infront of me.
I wanted to run towards them to see who it was but I felt as if my feet were glued onto the ground.
An elegant figure began walking closer to me. She was a woman with long blonde hair and green eyes. She didn't looked too human.
As she looks at me, her friendly expression changed. The woman looked worried, eyeing me up and down before talking.
「You're not supposed to be here.」
Her tone was soft… who is this woman? As I opened my mouth, trying to form words, the woman continued with her speech and smiled.
「Your time is not up yet, go back and save them.」
Save them? I looked as she placed a piece of blue shiny crystal down into my palm, her face smiling. I looked down, inspected the crystal. As I was staring deep into the crystal, a soft whisper caught my attention.
「Don't die this time, it's his will. We'll meet again.」
As I looked up, expecting the woman infront of me, all that awaited me was a different scenery.
I looked around, trying to find the woman. I then began to walk, this time my feet could actually move, my body feels lighter here as well.
Around me was a blank space with nothing but the color white, infront of me was a door. I looked at it curiously before walking towards it and opened the handle.

I looked as my body started to heal itself as an absurd speed. The sword that pierced my heart was broken into pieces and fell down onto the ground.

I look down at my wounds that were quickly closing up, the blade that was between my chest broke and fell down onto the ground.
I stood up wobbly, it feels weird to be alive after I was supposed to die. My hair was still slightly sticky due to laying in my own blood, I felt like a zombie and probably looks like one.
"Aargh!"
A pain shot through my body, it was less painful than the ine I experienced before. I rubbed my eyes, trying to remember what happened.
I swore I have a feeling that something happened, there was no way I could've survived getting my heart pierced. I shook my head, trying to shake off the weird feeling. I looked at my body that was healed completely.
Seeing my current state, I can sense myself somewhat stronger than I was before the blade went through my chest. Maybe it was a slight side effect given by the crystal.
I know the crystal wasn't mine and it definitely didn't come out of nowhere. Maybe one of those anonymous people gave me one…
I thought about it for a bit, even if it was from them, why they would keep me alive? I sat there, trying to think of a reason. If I had to take a guess, I'd say they're doing out of entertainment, probably.
I sighed, looking around Riyu's room. Maybe he would got a change of clothes here… I'll just borrow them if he do.
After a while of searching, it resulted me in a waste of time. I groaned, if I can't find clothes here then maybe the shop would have some…
[SYSTEM: you are now opening 「The Universal store」 !]
I looked at the random weird things, scrolling further down the list to find what I need. I sighed, looking at all these weird mysterious items.
"Dragon tooth, randomise eggs… why are there so many ads anyways?"
I frowned, all of these items sound cool and all but I don't think I'll be needing them here yet, at least. This universal store feels no different from the normal online shopping apps I use.
I sighed, closing the store. Seems like I'll have to walk around with a bloody hole in my shirt. I closed my eyes, walking outside and prepare myself for whatever disaster is waiting outside.
I didn't even know the time dilation, the scenario probably already ended. Though if it did, Riyu and possibly Aiko would be dead.
As I left the space, watching the doir behind me disappears, a notification from the system popped up.
[SYSTEM: Error! You're now entering the zone 「Ganseok station」 ! Actor information not found. . .]
I looked at the message, a bit confused. First, my role as hidden from me, being covered behind an error, now my information is deleted too.
I sighed, I'd guess this issue was caused by my death. I never knew they delete your data after dying…
If I'm not registered then does it mean I won't die if I enter the games? The dokkaebis were in the game, I doubt they're registered either. I took a deep breath, walking through the glowing red border and into the game.

Still the same error screen, seems like I'll never be able to really see my role. I sighed, they've registered me again, maybe it's a good thing. As I enter the border, I could see a familiar face run by.
"Chin-hae…"
I looked at him, dashed forward and ran his way. That battle I had with Riyu was a fail, not only did I lose but I also died, but, luckily, some kind of being gave me a revival crystal and that kept me alive and healed me.
I wonder what the time is now that I left Riyu's space and back into the game. Everything looks the same as when I saw it before entering the room, maybe the troublemaker is still planning something.
As I got closer to the figure, I tapped on his shoulder and started speaking. Something about him feels off but I shrugged it off.
"Hey, Chin-hae, sorry I disappeared, I had some unfinished businesses to take care of."
"C-chiin..Hae-e.."
I took my hand off his shoulder as I realized something was off, I leaped backwards, keeping distance as the creature turned around. My eyes widened, sweats formed on my face. I could feel a chilly feeling ran down my spine.
"You're not… you're not him."
The creature had a distorted face, its flesh rotting. It looked almost identical to Chin-hae apart from the dead look.
