"Hey, Luna." Kio's voice instantly pulled me back to reality.
"Huh? Yes?" He gave me a sharp look, his brows slightly furrowed.
"I've been talking for a while now, but you're clearly not listening." He leaned closer, his face only inches from mine, causing me to freeze. "Hey… what's on your mind?"
"Ah, nothing." I turned my head away, because it genuinely felt like he was reading my thoughts.
"Luna, are you worrying about Hevis?" I snapped my gaze back to him so fast I almost hurt my neck.
"Uhh…"
"Luna, you don't have to worry. The doctor said he's fine, right?" He gently held onto my arm, squeezing it as if reassuring me. "It's a pity he didn't die, though."
"What?" I stared at him. He only smiled innocently.
"Ah, forget what I said. Just focus on me instead." He met my eyes, and a soft blush dusted his cheeks. "Your attention should be on me and no one else."
