After standing up, 3G just let out another maniac laugh and said, "Had a grudge still existed, I would have taken you out the day you reported my guild. But the actual truth is I had grown not to care. The guild had been getting out of hand like the way you were used as bait many times where you could have died and I hear you weren't the first to be used but you are the only one who survived since you decided to save yourself before death came knocking. Also its demise brought down the heat and bounty on me. The bounty had started even impressing some Saint bounty hunters. For now, rise Kumo for you have my blessing. " He unsheathed a dagger and put it on Kumo's neck then took it back. "With this I show that you gave mw a chance to take your life and I used it. We are fair now."
Kumo then rose and for the first time ever since hearing this man's name who he had only met today, he looked at him with a discerning eye. By looking at him, Kumo could instantaneously tell the man was trouble. He had long black shiny her with a few strands of purple which any sane person could tell was purposely dyed. His eyes eyes darted from corner to corner as if the guy's life was already in danger. He was a lean person but rumours had it his secondary weapon was a battle axe, a very strange weapon for an assassin. He was considered the best assassin in the grandmaster tier. Rumours had it even Commander Vader would have to be wary of him if dude ever broke through to Saint tier. Many people believed if he broke through he would easily be the strongest saint in the world.
Old Josh then coughed to distract Kumo seeing how 3G was feeling out of place with how scrutinizing him. "Kumo I called you here because I like you. I asked you to not bind with a scroll because truthfully you're still weak although here you may be the strongest there is. You have experience with a lot of styles but your foundation is still weak for you have never been in battles that have asked of you a lot or where things have been hard for you. However 3G here is dangerous and a very good assassin and him training you will be much better than Darrien training you for he easily surpasses Darrien. Everyday, 1pm to 4pm you will train. As for your scroll, 3G will tell you what to do. "
Kumo had already guessed 3G was here to train him but hearing Old Josh say so was still a whole new level of shock. Kumo then just said with a serious face, " Well Uncle, tell me one reason. The truth is 3G is still angry about his guild but for you he has promised to forget everything. Why would he forget that and also why would he train me? "
3G just shrugged at Kumo's question giving the impression that something else was in play.
Old Josh gestured for Kumo to come closer and said, " I'm not forcing you to do anything and if you feel like it, go choose a scroll and leave but so you know, I have taken care of you since you arrived here 5 years ago and giving you one last free present that is helping you get stronger is not too much according to me considering how close we are. You are an assassin and I want to help you as the only one who is your family in this world. 3G is just someone who owes me a favour and I just called it in to help you. Please accept it.
