"He asked me to marry him, and I said yes." Serena finally blunted out as she snapped out of her daze, she said, almost like she was still in a trance.
"What!!! You did what?" Kathy exclaimed, forgetting they were in a public place. Heads turn to them, curious murmurs rippling through the crowded hall.
