The cat king first send around 5 of it's minions at Nil, which were the ones that first took a taste of Nil sword.

He slash at the couple of cats that came at him, not with any footwork but with pure unfiltered intent to kill.
And the five of the cats drop dead immediately, not waiting for the second hit.
They are not worthy of taking another hit from Nil afterall.
When the cats king saw that it's minions have been killed without much effort, it quickly meowed.
Ordering the rest of the cats to attack Nil.
However Nil did not even let it give the order before he struck, wreaking havoc, reaping life where he stood.
With over 50 cats sorounding him, the weakest among them being at the 1st round of core strengthening, yet he was not fazed by them and rather had a twisted grin on his face.
"It's been long since I've had this feeling." Nil smiled gleefully.
He could feel the deaths transforming the aura in the sorounding of the fight being twisted, transmuted into something else which make his glee more pronounce.
Revelling in the glee, he harvested three more live whilst dodging attacks from some of the cats.
And he did not only dodge, wherever he dodge to, he will quickly use that moment to attack more cats in the direction where he dodge to.

The king cat finally intervened when it notice that it's minions are not capable enough to defeat the intruder, furthermore they are dying fast which is the more reason it intervened.
Leaping at Nil with one swift motion, it open it's mouth wide trying to devour Nil head with one swift bite.
It had leaped at Nil with such speed, that it became a blur to Nil.

If before the cat King had look like a train moving at full speed, now it look like it is walking in slow motion.
Nil did not immediately attack the now Vulnerable cat King, but move to it's minions which motion looks even more exaggerated.
The king cat could at least move it's eyebrow, blink once in a couple of seconds, while it's minions now look like they have exchange their seep with a degenerate tortoise.
They could not even blink once in a minute minutes.
If one is to look from Nil perspective, a blink have stretch to 2 minutes or more for them.
From observers perspective, it will seem like Nil stretch time, however it is not time Nil stretch.

Where there are rocks before, now stood blood covered rock.
Where once stood sand dunes now stood sand dunes covered with blood.

The king cat make the most exaggerated growl it could summon after seeing it's minions, it's family dying all at once.
Now it had a crazed look on its face like Nil is it's sworn enemy who kill it's family and friends which is actually true.
Nil have deactivate the skill Charge because he want to let the cat King see all it's family dead, setting it in rage.
But that is not the only reason he deactivate the skill, he deactivate it because the usage of the skill at full charge is something Nil can use for more than 2 seconds yet.
Two seconds in normal time, over 20 seconds in the flash perspective.
With a look that suggest more than craziness but madness included, the cat King sprint at Nil activating all it's skill at the same time.

Nil could barely dodge the attack by rolling to one side, not even daring to counterattack at that moment.
If he had counter attack that, he would have dodge late by a split second which would have undoubtedly make the cat attack reach him.

He knew the attack is not one he can dodge, so he did the next best thing while bracing for impact, he made sure the place where the attack will land are part of his body which can receive shockwave the most.
