First, of course, would be Shizuka Marikawa for two big, soft reasons along with her tendency to act naughty and lewd.
Second was Saeko Busujima, the cool beauty with the gap between her innocent, kind-hearted nature and the violent instinct she kept hidden within. Not to mention, she was already 18 in the timeline of the original story—which, of course, was the legal age for consensual intimacy. At least from Nach's perspective.
Miku Yuuki would rank third simply because of how erotic she was, both in looks and personality. And for the sake of the plot—Yes, the plot. What else could it be—she was the same age and year as Saeko.
Fourth would be Kyoko Hayashi with her mature erotic look and her image as a capable woman.
Fifth would be Shizuka's friend, Rika Minami, with her dark-toned skin and striking beauty.
Sixth would be Yuriko Takagi, Saya's mother, because Nach couldn't deny that he was a man of MILF culture.

Because to Nach, Rei was the classic generic heroine type, and one that didn't have anything that particularly made her stand out. She held the childhood friend title, but that was all.
She had a sexually erotic body, but all the female leads and side characters had that too. She could fight, but not as cool as Saeko. She had the tendency to act lewd and naughty with Takashi, only to fail in comparison to Shizuka. Even her troubled personality and backstory were overshadowed by Saya's.
Rei's clinginess and possessiveness—even her jealousy—could be her assets, but once again, there wasn't enough of it from Nach's perspective.

Going back a few moments before Rei's life and chastity were put in danger, right before Act.3 ended and Act.4 began...

In the original plot of the story, Rei and Takashi would encounter a motorcyclist undead as they escaped the blazing fire and flaming undead at the site of the bus crash.
The undead would lunge at Takashi, straddling him on the ground off guard, and he was luckily not bitten because the motorcyclist undead was still wearing its helmet—until Rei saved him by smashing the undead's head through its helmet using a concrete cover of the roadside drainage.
But with the changes in the story—with Nach being together with Rei instead of Takashi or Hisashi—Nach was aware of the ambush thanks to his knowledge of the plot and quickly spotted the motorcyclist undead.
He quickly leaped back with Rei still on his left shoulder, avoiding the undead that had fallen from the higher ground at the roadside, then swung his blackened baseball bat even before the undead could rise, breaking its neck so hard it was almost decapitated. He then knelt down and took off its helmet to offer it to Rei.
"No! It's drenched in blood inside."
"Ah... Right, sorry about that," Nach said, realizing the answer to his dumb complaint—as to why neither Rei nor Takashi took the helmet in the original story.
After tossing the helmet straight into the face of an approaching flaming undead—smashing its head and breaking the helmet—Nach proceeded to the motorcycle the motorcyclist undead was supposed to be riding and found it not far away.
"Do you even have a license, Sensei?" Rei asked, watching Nach lift the fallen motorcycle after finally putting her down.
Driving without a license is a high school student's right!
Nach thought, remembering Takashi's dumb excuse. Not that his own wasn't just as dumb.
"I have, of course." he said as he sat on the motorcycle, then looked at Rei, prompting her to hop on.
"But I certainly don't have it with me—and it expired three years ago."
