Chapter 11 - Magic Bureau: Impossible! Absolutely impossible!

Inside the Great Hall of Hogwarts, the students who were still practicing hand seals watched Hermione, her two friends, and Jack talking, their faces showing dissatisfaction, envy, and jealousy.

"That guy is really lucky to have become Professor Jack's class representative! He might even be able to secretly learn more!"

"Why should he? That guy is just a Mudblood. The class representative for combat magic should be a pureblood mage like us!"

"It's definitely a conspiracy by the West family. They were only currying favor with Harry Potter before, but now that they hear Hermione has become the class representative, they're starting to fawn over Hermione too!"

"It's a disgrace to our pure-blood family! To actually befriend a Mudblood! The West family should be kicked out of the pure-blood family!"

The students portrayed envy, jealousy, and hatred to the fullest extent, especially Malfoy, who stared at the three of them with eyes practically spitting fire.

"Damn it! What right does that Hermione have to be the class representative! And that shameless Ron West, he actually went to see Professor Shaw! I, Draco Malfoy, should have been standing there!"

Seeing that Jack seemed quite satisfied with the three of them and kept smiling, Malfoy became even more dissatisfied.

Suddenly, a golden light flashed, and the four people disappeared from the spot, leaving everyone stunned.

"Holy crap! Where did they go? How did they suddenly disappear! Is this also combat magic?"

"Could it be that it was teleported to somewhere else? Like the Filu fans in the Filu Network's wall-mounted boiler?"

"My god, if I could learn this, I could teleport anywhere! This combat magic is awesome!"

"Don't talk to me. I need to keep practicing the hand seals. I must be the first person to unleash the clone technique!"

The professors who hadn't left yet looked at the spot where Jack had disappeared, their brows furrowed.

"This is... Apparition? But isn't there magic that restricts Apparition within the school?"

"That's advanced magic, extremely dangerous, but Professor Jack knows how to use it, so it shouldn't be a problem. It just looks a little different!"

"I've never heard of Apparition having a light effect! What's with the golden light?!"

"Could it be some other kind of magic?! The conditions for Apparition are quite complex. Although Professor Jack is very powerful, is it a bit exaggerated that he can teleport someone with just a touch?!"

"Other magic spells are ridiculous! Everyone knows that teleportation magic is just apparition, but now suddenly there's a teleportation spell that's never appeared before. That's ridiculous!"

"I don't know what else to say about Professor Jack besides 'awesome'! Just watch, the Ministry of Magic is coming soon! The wizarding world will be thrown into chaos because of him!"

As the professors said, everything that happened at Hogwarts, everything that happened in the classroom, was rapidly spreading throughout the wizarding world.

No secrets stay hidden forever, and Hogwarts had no intention of stopping the spread of information. Students were sending messages home, and spies throughout the school were passing information to various factions.

Less than five minutes after class ended, the Ministry of Magic already knew about the situation with battle magic.

The highest authority in the magical world in Britain was originally called the "Wizards Council," while similar organizations in various countries came together to form the "International Federation of Wizards."

The International Federation of Wizards is responsible for the registration and certification of magic schools, the core organization of the wizarding world. At the same time, the Quidditch Committee under its jurisdiction is the governing body of this most important sporting event in the wizarding world.

The importance of the International Federation of Wizards to the wizarding world goes beyond this. In response to the growing unease and fear in the Muggle world at the time, the International Federation of Wizards signed the Law of International Secrecy of the Wizarding World in 1689.

This law strictly requires wizards to conceal their identities in the Muggle world in order to protect the wizarding world and marks the beginning of the modern wizarding world.

In 1707, the "Sorcerers' Council" was renamed the "Ministry of Magic," with its headquarters located deep underground in Whitehall, the government office.

Cornelius Oswald Fudge, Minister for Magic, a lucky man, was sitting at the conference table looking at the heads of several departments around him.

What do you think of the news coming from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry?

The head of the Magic Bureau shook his head. "To be honest, I don't quite believe it. Researching magic isn't that easy. How could that young man named Jack invent so many new spells at such a young age? Even our Magic Bureau doesn't have that ability."

The Bureau of Magic, under the Ministry of Magic, is the most "magical" department within the Ministry of Magic, responsible for researching magic.

It's said that the Magic Bureau is the place in the entire magical world that understands magic the most, but now someone suddenly tells him that a young man has invented many spells that have never been seen before, he certainly doesn't believe it!

The Magic Bureau has so many people who have studied magic but haven't invented many spells. How could a little kid like him invent one?

Impossible! Absolutely impossible!
