Heera turned around to start talking to her chat. Her fake cheerfulness filled her voice as she addressed the people she was talking to.
Cane went back to his chat as well, telling them what he had planned for today.
"Hello, everyone. As you can see, I have returned with a new game for you. And to have fun, I have set an impossible task for myself- to raid a level 50 dungeon with another streamer."
[HaremKingXXX: !!!! Level 50 dungeon at Level 10? Have you gone mad?]
[NoLoser: !!! Too OP! If you win, I will donate 100 dollars.]
[WinWinWin: I bet he'll die within 5 minutes.]
More and more messages called out to Cane, calling him either a fool or too daring for what he was proposing.
He let those people chat among themselves for some time before Heera gave him a signal to get moving. Then, he addressed his chat.
"Aren't you people underestimating me a little too much? Let me tell you- this new account i got is special and unlike any you have seen before. I am going to blow you all away with my skills."
Cane boasted, but no one believed his words. Not that he tried very hard.
He had skills to match his claim, so he was going to show them rather than tell them what he could do.
"Alright, we have the entry pass for level 50 dungeon now. We can start heading in now. I'll teleport us since you do not have access to the teleportation point for the dungeon."
The female told him before his body felt light. For a few seconds, it felt like his whole body was being torn apart and then he appeared in front of the dungeon.
Somehow, these sensations were very different from the ones he was used to feeling.
'How weird. Is it only me…or did that feel different? Why do all the sensations feel so…real to me? The beta was truly not like this.'
"Hey, are you alright? Was this your first time teleporting? Don't worry, it can feel a little disorienting. You will get used to it."
Heera assured him as she walked past Cane. She had no problem walking around and she also wore a look of superiority on her face.
Cane did not dare look at his chat because he already knew what they would say. Instead, he turned his attention toward the dungeon.
The pressure coming from inside the dungeon pressed down on his body. It was a warning to under-leveled players not to try their luck.
But Cane was nothing if not stubborn, so he pushed past his limit and followed after Heera.
Ten steps in, and he heard the first sound of monsters heading their way.
"Be ready. The monsters are nearby."
Heera warned Cane seconds before the first monster attacked. It was a small lizard-type monster and was incredibly fast. It was also venomous and bit Cane with its sharp teeth.

Cane's leg had turned blue where he had been poisoned, but the pain was offset by his buff. Even the 10% HP loss was nothing in the face of a 500% recovery boost.
Now healthy once more, Cane grabbed his gun and began to shoot at the monsters.

In the span of five minutes, Cane ended up leveling up ten more levels. His power and skills were also increasing, but he had no time to look at all the buffs he gained.
After clearing the first nest, they continued forward. Their end goal was not to reach and defeat the boss, but to get to the enhancement ores.
"Finally, I am done with this side. Do you need any help-? Why the hell-! How are you already done?"
Heera quickly came back to Cane's side before she looked at the monsters he had killed. Their corpses filled the ground.
When she turned to him next, her voice was low and accusing.
"Hey man, you are not seriously cheating, right? I know that it's impossible to tamper with the VR tech and all, but aren't you ridiculously strong? What's your secret?"
Heera sounded invested in knowing more, and she was not the only one. Cane's chat had gone into overdrive as well.
[TooAwesome: Woah-! Didn't Cane get poisoned? Then how the hell is he fine?]
[LowLevelEnemy: Nevermind that! Did anyone manage to get his system window's screenshot? What level is he at? And what class? He never officially said that, right?]
[EnemyKiller: Hacks-! I call hacks-! I am going to report Cane's account for hacking.]
"I am not hacking. If you want to report me, then go ahead. But I can assure you that my account is 100% genuine without my tempering. It's just… a little glitched and acts up sometimes."
Cane did not hide what was going on with him. Instead, he decided to tell the truth. Whether others chose to believe him or not was not his problem.
Heera herself did not seem to believe him. Cane might have made the claim of being glitched, but she had never heard or seen it happen before.
Even her chat had gone into overdrive because of Cane's reveal. More and more people were starting to join, and she was getting more traction than ever.
This was a much more explosive reaction than she expected.
'It seems like I made the right choice by choosing to stick by Cane's side. But I also need to be careful. He's not as simple as he is making himself out to be. If I am not careful, he might end up devouring my career.'
