Chapter title - Caught
"Murderer!" The word bled from her lips with raw anger and hatred. But the volume was too low, overwhelmed by too many emotions. "You Murderer!"
She should be afraid, but her rage was too much, blinding her. Her emotions were high and it didn't help that he had suddenly appeared behind her after she had seen Grandpa Alfred's corpse being treated this way.
Logic, where?
It was just too much. She loved that man and after her parents had died, he was all that stood by her. Despite how they had met, despite the loss her presence had brought to him, he accepted her. He cared for her. He loved her.
And when having her around became too dangerous, he offered her a home.
How dare Mr Lythoryn treat his body this way? How dare he hinder his full ascent to Argon's moon this way? Who gave him the audacity to do this?
