[Hashirama]: "That boy's Wood Release… he's got decent form!"
[Tobirama]: "Big Brother, now's not the time to admire technique. Who is that old man?"
[Darui]: "Man… this is brutal."
[Kurotsuchi]: "Too brutal… poor kid."
The chat fell quiet.
Everyone understood now — this was how Uchiha Obito fell into darkness.
He'd lost everything.
No parents. No clan.
And now the only light in his world — Rin — was gone too.
Even if she never loved him back,
she had once told him gently:
"Obito, I'll always be watching you… your cool, heroic back when you save the world."
But fate was cruel.
The boy meant to save the world… would one day burn it down.
Inside the Kamui Dimension, Obito stared down at his hands.
"Rin… I couldn't keep my promise."
His voice trembled as he clenched his fist, the spiral mask lying beside him.
[Nagato]: "This… is despair itself."
[Zabuza]: "Yeah. The kind that turns angels into monsters."
[Konan]: "I don't know why… but every time I see his eyes, I feel warm inside."
[Naruto]: "Same here…"
[Neji]: "…not me. My chest just hurts."
The Return to the Cave
Obito stepped back into the cavern — the place where he had been reborn.
The old man was waiting for him.
"I knew you'd return."
Madara raised a frail, wrinkled hand.
Slowly, he began to explain his dream — his Moon's Eye Plan.
Obito's shadow stretched under the pale moonlight.
Each step he took led him further from the boy Rin had once believed in.
Each breath drew him deeper into the abyss.
"Rin… you wanted me to save the world," he whispered.
"I'll do that. But not this world."
[Ōnoki]: "WHAT?! Uchiha Madara is still alive?!"
The old Tsuchikage jerked in shock — and immediately threw out his back.
"Ahhh, my spine!"
[Kurotsuchi]: "Grandpa, please! Don't move! He's ancient, how strong can he be?"
[Raikage A]: "Humph! If Madara's alive, I'll fight him myself!"
[Killer B]: "Yo, big bro vs. the ghost, that's a show!"
[Rasa]: "Count me in too."
[Mei Terumī]: "If everyone's doing it, I'll bring some lava for the occasion."
[Tsunade]: "Wait, didn't Grandpa say they're about equal in strength? So… Kage-level?"
[Hashirama]: "Tsunade… you really don't understand your Grandpa's full power, do you?"
[Tobirama]: "Enough family bragging. The real question — what is this Moon's Eye Plan?"
[Madara]: "Hmph. Watch and learn."
The Eye That Sees Everything
Years passed.
Madara's aged body finally gave in —
but he had left behind seeds of terror.
His Rinnegan, stolen from his own eyes, was entrusted to the Uzumaki orphan Nagato.
That single act set a chain reaction that would change the world.
Nagato, Yahiko, and Konan —
three children who dreamed of peace amidst war.
They grew up together and founded the Akatsuki,
hoping to end suffering.
But then came the man in the mask.
Obito — now claiming to be Uchiha Madara.
"The Rinnegan," he said, voice echoing in the rain.
"The eyes of God."
"I've come to guide the one who awakened them."
Nagato's gaze sharpened. "You… know my eyes?"
Obito nodded. "Of course. You were chosen by destiny.
The reincarnation of the Sage of Six Paths himself."
He stepped forward, words dripping with manipulation.
"The great nations live in comfort, while small villages drown in endless war.
You alone can correct this injustice.
With your eyes — you can bring true peace."
He extended his hand.
Nagato hesitated—
then Yahiko shoved his arm aside.
"Don't listen to him. He's lying."
The rain between them grew heavier.
For the first time, Obito's words failed.
He turned and vanished into the mist.
[Boruto]: "Wait, so Uncle Obito's pretending to be Madara now?"
[Iwanami]: "Basically. Dude's running the world's biggest catfish."
[Kakashi]: "Obito… please, just come home."
[Obito]: "It's too late for that."
The Seeds of Tragedy
Years later, Danzō's paranoia struck again.
Fearing Nagato's Rinnegan, he and Hanzō of the Salamander conspired to crush the Akatsuki.
They captured Konan — bait.
Nagato and Yahiko rushed to save her.
Then, the unthinkable happened.
Yahiko—forced into an impossible choice—
threw himself onto Nagato's kunai to save his friends.
That moment shattered Nagato's soul.
Rage consumed him.
He summoned the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path,
its roar shaking the heavens, annihilating Hanzō's forces in an instant.
The world watched, silent.
[Gaara]: "That power… that's not human."
[Kurotsuchi]: "So that's the Rinnegan? It's terrifying."
[Konan]: "Yahiko… forgive me."
In that despair, Nagato forged his new ideal.
Peace through pain.
And with Obito's shadow guiding him,
the Akatsuki evolved into the weapon of war we all knew.
One hunted the tailed beasts for peace by force.
The other plotted a genjutsu that would end reality itself.
Both called it "salvation."
[Boruto]: "Wait… Grandpa Nagato's eyes were actually Madara's?"
[Konan]: "He's taking deep breaths, I can hear it through the screen."
[Nagato]: "So that's why… my body was always weak…"
[Hashirama]: "Madara, you're still causing trouble even from the grave."
[Madara]: "Grave? Who said I was dead?"
The audience fell silent.
Their hearts pounded as the truth settled in.
Madara Uchiha — the ghost of the old world — was not gone.
He was the hand pulling every string,
and Obito had become his blade.
The Infinite Tsukuyomi —
a dream of peace built atop endless lies.
And the shinobi world had just opened its eyes to the nightmare.
