She came here because she wanted to ask them why they beat Dan, suspecting it wasn't just about stealing the exam papers, as Dan refused to tell her anything more.

His intention was clearly related to Dan, as Dan was the one helping the teacher safeguard the 10th and 11th-grade exam papers. Pud clearly intended for them to steal the papers and to make It look coincidental for Dan to see. When they brought the papers, they said someone had seen their theft! Phud, seeing his plan working, and he told them to deal with that person every day to keep him quiet! He try to make like don't know Dan so he call Dan that person to make sure those students think it's coincidentally,San found out about pud's trick, and pud didn't deny it, and they fought. Pud left with the phrase that San was "very stupid," seeming to imply he had lied to San about something else, but San didn't tell Likan that part! Likan exclaimed, "Oh! So that's what happened!" Then she said San lied about fighting during football; he was really good at lying! Then she thought, San doesn't know about the threat to ruin his hand or about Dan throwing the ball at the window, does he? She wondered if she should tell him. She recalled Dan's plea not to tell San! She decided not to tell him yet, but she didn't think she would keep it a secret forever; she would think about it again at home. Then she said San was so brave. "When did you learn to fight? When you were little, you were afraid of worms!" San ruffled her hair and said it was different now that he was grown up! Likan confirmed, "The person who caused trouble for San and ordered the 11th F students is named pud?" San nodded. Likan seemed to be thinking about something.
