What do you when people lie to you?
Some people would get angry at the liar.
Some people would forgive the liar.
Some would ignore the liar.
As for the rest? They would seek revenge from the liar. But in rare cases... one might seek revenge for the... liar.
I don't know which category... I fall in. What I do know is, I can't sleep! Why the fuck can't I sleep?! Someone, just please knock me out already!
"Oi! Tone down you idiots! Even a crow's crowing would be much better for my ears' health! Go fight outside!" I yelled angrily.
Michael grabbed Jenni's hair and slammed her on the ground. "Glasses! How dare you! To throw my meat is equivalent to trying to kill me!"
Jenni grabbed a box, and smashed on Michael's head, kicking him away. "You fox bastard! That meat was way beyond its expiry date! You would have died if you had consumed a single piece of that rotten meat! You should thank me!"
"Thank you? I will devour you instead to fill my stomach!"
The both of them started fighting again.
Cillian sneered in disgust and turned towards me. "Michael is a behaving like a brat... and so is she."
I snarled, "They are at it since this morning. Who the fuck awakes up at 5 A.M. in the morning and comes to work?! Hey! Cut it out! Go fight outside, you two bastards! I need my beauty sleep!!"
At that moment, someone knocked at the door.
"Cillian, open the door! It looks like we finally have a customer! Quick! Open the door!" I shouted in excitement.
Cillian glared at me before walking towards the door. His steps were deliberately slow. He has a blank look on his face as if he didn't believe a customer would come to our shop.
With a sigh, he opened the door. Contrary to my expectations, a bunch of kids came inside.
"Kids?!"
"Kids?!"
Michael and Jenni exclaimed simultaneously.
What the hell?! Where is my bigshot customer?! I jumped out of the couch and ran towards the kids. "Are you kids lost? No, before that... have you seen adult outside?"
One of the kids shook her head and said, "No, we didn't see anyone."
"We are at the right place!" yelled another kid.
I ignored them and turned towards Michael. "I see. Michael, these kids have not only lost their way but also, they have lost their minds."
A vein appeared on Michael's forehead as he flicked my forehead.
"You are the one who has lost her mind!" Michael turned towards the kids, "I am sorry about her behaviour. Let me and my brother bring some chairs for you to sit. Until then, feel free to ask question to that idiot over there." The bastard pointed at me.
"You are idiot! Your brother is idiot! Your entire family is full of idiots!" I grabbed Jenni's hand, pulling her along with me. "I am going outside. If you want to do business with a bunch of diaper-wearing babies, then do it by yourself."

After Alexandra left with Jenni, Michael sighed loudly.
The kids were now seated on the chairs, looking at the two brothers with eyes full of expectation.
One of the kids stood up from his chair, and introduced himself. With a cute voice, he said, "My name is Teren. I am ten years old." Serially, all the kids introduced themselves. All of them were in between eight to ten years old.
Michael smiled softly at them. Pointing at himself, he said, "My name is Michael. And I am really glad to meet you all."
"My name is Cillian." Cillian's attitude was cold, whereas, Michael's attitude was warm. It wasn't surprising for him as his brother liked little kids.
Michael glared at him for a moment before turning towards them. He said, "Don't mind him. This guy is always like that. Now the introductions are over, can you tell me why you all here? Where are your parents?"
Teren lowered his gaze. Fidgeting his fingers, he replied, "We... are orphans..."
Michael nodded lightly. He had a feeling that these kids were orphans, but he still asked them for confirmation.
"I understand, and it's nothing to be ashamed of. The two of us are also orphans," Michael offered them a gentle smile, "so, why are you here?"
Teren raised his head and looked into Michael's eyes. Would he help them? But the big sister from before... ignored them.
"Don't hesitate, Teren. You can tell me your problems." Michael's voice was kind.
Teren kept looking into his eyes for almost a minute. During that period, neither of them said anything.
Feeling a bit confident, Teren said, "Big brother, we are here to find our teacher."
"Your teacher? Does he live in this town?"
"Yes, he is from this part of the town. We are from 'Fertel' village. Our teacher always comes to our village on weekends to teach us."
Michael asked, "Why do you think he is missing?"
Teren clutched his hands tightly. His friends rubbed his shoulder, trying to calm his emotions. After a few seconds, he opened his mouth. He said, "It's just we haven't seen him for at least two months now. At first, we thought... he didn't want to teach us anymore. But then, we heard some rumours about him. So, we came to this town to verify with our own eyes."
"So, you think that your teacher is not just missing... but was kidnapped by someone?"
Teren nodded, "Yes, big brother. Our teacher has a grandmother, who was hospitalized yesterday. Someone attacked her... and we think it's the same people who have kidnapped our teacher."
Cillian didn't utter a single word after he had introduced himself. But after hearing Teren's last sentence, he asked, "You want us to find your teacher, don't you?"
Teren turned towards Cillian. He took out a silver coin from his pocket and said, "If you know, then... would you please find our teacher? He is really a good person! No one cares about orphans these days... not after... javanjis invaded our world... so, please... we request you to find our teacher..."
He and the other kids kneeled in front of the two brothers. They were orphans, discarded by the entire world... yet, their teacher never showed any disdain towards them. Instead, he taught them... and tried to make their lives better. For them, he was their only family... he was someone who really cared for them. Their only wish was to get their teacher back.
