The "Wedding March" played around the hall as Grace Cleary slowly walked in through the main doors of the chapel.
Grace and Peter Parker stood on the stage, and the guests applauded for them. Aunt May smiled warmly from below the stage.
After Peter placed the ring on Grace's finger, they cut the cake together and drank their cross-cupped wine.
Antonson Lehr and Dr Liam clapped wildly in the audience. Antonson shouted, "Kiss! Kiss!"
Peter and Grace kissed, and everyone cheered to celebrate their happiness.
After the wedding, everyone returned to their own homes. Peter and Grace also bought a house to live in together.
Late at night, Peter hugged Grace and asked, "Do you want to make a baby?"
Grace laughed and said, "A little fast, isn't it?"
Peter hugged her tightly, whining, "Come on, come on."
The entire house filled with laughter.
The scene shifted. Dr Liam was cleaning up the experiment room.
Antonson walked in, looked at the experiments around him, and said, "Who would've thought my dad is actually a mad scientist?"
Then he looked at Liam and asked, "How many experiments do you have to study in a day?"
Liam shrugged. "Around… less than ten."
Antonson glanced at the unused portal placed in the middle. "We should move this portal aside. Leaving it here is kind of an eyesore."
Dr Liam took a look and said, "You're right. Come help me."
The two of them worked together and moved the portal to the side. Liam brushed the dust off his hands and said, "Let's go. It's getting late."
Morning sunlight shone through the curtains onto Peter's face. Exhausted from the night, he woke up and sat at the edge of the bed.
Grace heard his movement, sat up, and rested her head on his shoulder.
Peter stroked her hair and said, "Since we're already married… it's time I tell you a truth."
Grace lifted her head to look at him. Peter said, "I'm actually Spider-Man."
Grace laughed. "If you're Spider-Man, then I'm an alien."
Seeing she didn't believe him, Peter jumped up and crawled onto the ceiling. Grace's eyes widened instantly.
Shocked, she asked, "You're really Spider-Man?"
Peter opened the cabinet and took out his suit.
Grace burst into excited laughter. "No wonder you were so strong last night."
Peter smiled. "Even if I weren't Spider-Man, I'd still be strong."
They hugged each other and kissed.
Meanwhile, Olivia Miller walked into Oscorp.
Olivia pushed open John Davis's office door. John said, "Good timing. I need—"
Before he could finish, Olivia interrupted, "I'm here to take a day off."
She tossed the leave letter and walked out of the office.
Scene change—Olivia's friend asked, "Do you want to ride the roller coaster with us?"
Olivia replied, "Forget it. I'm not going."
"Alright then, we'll go first," her friend said.
After saying goodbye, Olivia went alone to the mirror maze attraction at the amusement park.
She handed her ticket to the staff and walked in.
At that moment, two robbers with guns approached the ticket booth. "Hand over the money!"
The staff trembled. "This is only a ticket booth… there's no money…"
Suddenly, a voice came from behind them. "The money is right here."
The robbers turned around—Spider-Man.
Inside the mirror maze, Olivia continued searching blindly for the exit.
Spider-Man kicked one robber, sending him crashing into the control panel. The brightness of the maze was turned to maximum.
Olivia immediately felt something wrong. The lights grew so bright she couldn't open her eyes, until the bulbs burst and the surrounding mirrors shattered one after another. Olivia let out a scream of despair.
Hearing the scream, Spider-Man webbed the two robbers together and told the staff, "Watch them until the police arrive."
Then he rushed into the maze.
Relying on his senses, he searched rapidly. Soon he exited the maze, seeing no one inside — only shattered glass everywhere.
One week later
Aurora Noah walked into a dark alley. After confirming no one was around, she phased through the wall into a hidden place.
She knelt before the Mage Morquill, saying, "Please let me reach your level of power."
Morquill said, "Reaching my level is not easy. It requires a heavy price."
Aurora said, "I'm willing to pay anything."
Morquill smiled. "To reach my level, you must acquire someone's memories."
Aurora looked confused. "Memories? How do I obtain them?"
Morquill cast a spell, and a glowing light entered Aurora's hand.
She said, "To acquire someone's memories, you need their consent. Then use the magic I've given you to absorb them."
Aurora bowed. "Thank you, master."
As she turned to leave, Morquill added, "The stronger the person, the stronger the power you'll gain from their memories. Choose wisely."
Aurora left through the wall.
Scene change—Peter returned home from his usual mission. Grace looked at his dirty suit and said, "This suit needs washing."
Peter collapsed onto the sofa, exhausted.
Grace walked over and said, "I have good news for you."
"What is it?" Peter asked.
Grace took out a pregnancy test—two red lines.
Peter jumped up and hugged her tightly.
Elsewhere, John sat in his office casually eating pizza.
Suddenly, a voice echoed: "John… John, can you see me?"
John jumped up in fear. "Who are you?"
The voice said, "It's me—Olivia."
The mirrors in the office shattered at once and reformed into a humanoid shape.
John looked with excitement. "Olivia! How did you do that?"
"I don't know," Olivia replied.
John examined her in awe, then said, "I have a mission for you. Go to Oscity's 32nd floor and bring back the portal they're building."
Olivia asked, "Why?"
John replied, "That portal will make the company a fortune. Don't worry, I won't treat you unfairly."
Olivia stayed silent, thinking.
Aunt May was thrilled to hear Grace was pregnant and hugged her tightly.
"Since you're here today, stay and have dinner," May said.
Grace nodded.
Peter stared out the window with a serious expression.
Grace asked worriedly, "What's wrong?"
Peter said, "I need to go."
Dr Liam was studying a new experiment.
Suddenly he sensed something and looked around.
When he reached the mirror, Olivia appeared behind it.
"What are you looking at?" she asked.
She charged forward, knocking him to the floor.
She flew to the side and grabbed the portal.
As she prepared to leave, Liam held onto it tightly. "Let go!" Olivia shouted.
He refused to release it. Olivia pulled harder—and accidentally pierced his chest.
Liam cried out in pain and loosened his grip. Olivia flew away with the portal.
Peter arrived moments later. Seeing Liam on the floor, anger surged through him, and he chased after Olivia.
He shot webs to catch up and punched her in the face. His hand shattered with glass shards, but he kept going.
The portal nearly slipped from Olivia's hands as she sped forward.
Peter chased her—until suddenly he fell into an illusion.
"What is this place?" Peter asked.
A voice echoed, "Spider-Man… I want to make a deal with you."
"What deal?" Peter asked.
Aurora appeared. "I'll grant you one wish. In exchange… give me your memories."
Peter laughed. "No way."
Aurora lifted him with magic, furious. "Give them to me or I'll tear you apart!"
Peter struggled. "If you tear me apart, you still won't get my memories."
Aurora dropped him. "I have plenty of ways. Just wait."
She released him from the illusion.
Peter began falling from great height but quickly shot webs to swing back.
He returned to the lab and lifted Dr Liam.
Liam's eyes moved faintly. "Doctor! Wake up—don't sleep!" Peter shouted.
Liam closed his eyes. Tears fell from Peter's face.
At that moment, Antonson stepped out of the elevator and saw Spider-Man holding his fallen father.
Peter saw Antonson and immediately swung away.
Antonson held his father and cried in agony.
Meanwhile, Olivia successfully brought the portal back to Oscorp.
"Spider-Man almost made me fail," she complained.
John looked at her. "Spider-Man is indeed a threat."
Olivia stared ahead, her voice cold. "Then I'll kill him."
