The headquarters was quiet—too quiet.
That silence shattered as the Den Den Mushi on Sengoku's desk jolted awake, its face twisted into panic.
"Fleet Admiral Sengoku! Emergency report—urgent!"
Sengoku was already standing. Something in the soldier's voice told him this wasn't ordinary.
"Speak," he ordered.
The voice on the other end trembled. "Sir… three Celestial Dragons have been killed. The entire family of Saint Charlos. The island is in ruins—two unidentified individuals responsible. One matches the description of the man who fought Admiral Kizaru."
Tsuru's eyes widened beside him. Garp leaned forward slightly, arms uncrossing.
Sengoku's jaw clenched as the Marine continued.
"Witnesses describe gravity manipulation… and lightning. Sir—those responsible just left the island. They made no attempt to hide it."
That was the final spark.
Sengoku slammed his fist onto the desk so hard the wood cracked under his palm.
"DAMN IT!"
The Den Den Mushi flinched.
"Not even a month," Sengoku growled, breath heavy with fury. "Not even a month since he killed Charlos, and now he wipes out the entire bloodline?!"
He paced, hands shaking in frustration—not fear, but the frustration of a man watching the world edge toward chaos.
Tsuru placed a hand on the table, voice calm but sharp. "We underestimated him. Again. And now he has an ally."
"A Devil Fruit user," the Marine added quickly. "Lightning-based. Extremely destructive."
Lieutenant ink stepped forward.
"Fleet Admiral Sengoku, the second individual has been confirmed."
Tsuru turned. "Confirmed? Already?"
"That's my job," Ink replied weakly, having just used his fruit to get the information. The man traveling with Nagato is—without question—the former ruler of Skypiea."
The room stiffened.
Garp blinked. "Ruler? You mean that lightning brat?"
Ink continued. "Designation: Enel. Former self-proclaimed 'God' of Skypiea. He terrorized the populace, overthrew the prior leader, and controlled the island through fear and divine punishment."
Sengoku's expression darkened even further.
Ink's voice didn't waver. "He possesses the Goro Goro no Mi… one of the most dangerous Logia Fruits in existence. Capable of island-level destruction, near-instant movement, enhanced senses, and immense range with his observation haki, having been called mantra on skypia."
Sengoku clicked his teeth. "And now he's teamed up with the guy who manhandled Kizaru and wiped out the Charlos line. Wonderful."
Tsuru folded her arms, mind already racing. "Nagato's influence… he must have convinced Enel they share a purpose."
Ink continued "Reports from Skypiea describe Enel's obsession with divinity. With Nagato claiming godhood and displaying superior power… it's likely Enel now serves him."
Sengoku's fist clenched again.
"Two self-proclaimed gods," he muttered. "One who can control gravity, lasers, and who knows what else… and one who commands lightning."
Ink delivered the final blow.
"And both are moving freely across the Blues."
The room went silent.
Until Sengoku straightened, rage simmering beneath his composure.
"Then we act immediately. Raise their bounties. Mobilize every available Vice Admiral. And alert Kizaru—he's dealing with both this time."
Ink's Den Den Mushi dipped its head. "Understood. I'll distribute the identities worldwide."
Sengoku exhaled slowly, voice low and grim.
"The Five elders won't let this slide.."
