"Eshan, Wake up, It's already too late" my mother yelled.
I woke up and saw my mother standing beside my bed.
"This is the exam day so get ready" said she.
"I know, I know" I replied.
I ruffled my hair, the day has finally arrived. I touched my chest, My heart beats, they are fast.
I stood up and went to the washroom and took a bath in cold water.
I came to the kitchen and saw my mother cooking.
"You woke me up so soon and the food is not even prepared yet" I complained. "Stop ranting, It is almost ready" said she.
My mother served the food, and I sat down to eat it. I started to eat. "Ou... it's hot" I said. I blowed air to cool down the food. I began to eat fastly.
"Don't eat too fast, You will choke yourself" said my mom.
I stopped being fast, she is right, what if I die here? That would be too pathetic. Then I started to eat fast again, because it is just too tasty.
"You never learn" she said.
I began to laugh and choked on my food.
"Here, take this glass of water and suit yourself moron" my mom said as she gave me water.
I drank the water "finally..." I sighed.
"Mom" I said, "What?" She asked.
"I am nervous" I confessed.
"It's alright to be nervous, everyone gets nervous" she said.
I took a long breath.
"I would win with flying colors" I said in confidence.
"How many times I have told you not to boast before winning?" She said.
"Huh! I thought you were cheering me up!" I said with a sigh.
"I was but I didn't mean you to boast" said she.
"What's the problem in boasting?" I said.
"What's the problem? Haven't you heard 'the hare and the tortoise' story?" She said.
"What? Slow and steady progress wins the race?" Said I.
"Yeah, but it also says that do not boast before winning" she said.

I ran outside of the house and marched towards the place where exam is going to be held.
