I woke up from a coma like sleep, my body aches as I lie down on ground and what I saw was the sky of evening. "It is late. Evening? The exam is over I think" I said to myself.
The last thing I remember was that I was in a duel with one of the instructors.
"Maybe he knocked me out! Would I pass?"
"If I recollect, first thing was the mental aptitude test, and the second thing was physical aptitude test, and last thing I can remember is that a bald ugly dude knocked me out...it sucks"
"Well let's go home, can't do anything about it now" I talked to myself and walked towards my home. Now my house seems way farrer than it was today's morning.
"Ouch...ahhh"...I moaned in pain as my body is in agaony from that stupid test.
I saw my house, and then I kept walking and walking towards it. I walked into my house.
"Mom?.." I called out..I guessed no one was at home. I lay down on the bed and before I could notice I was asleep.
"Eshan, Eshan" I heard.
I started and I opened my eyes and saw my mom. "What?" I asked.
"Dinner's ready. Wake up and eat" she said.
I looked out of the windowz and all I saw was darkness of the night and the night moon. For how many hours was I asleep? Atleast I am relieved that she didn't ask for the exam.
I went to the dining area and sat on the ground infront of my father who was also sitting there.
"How'd you do on your test?" My father asked.
"I did my best" I said and I didn't make eye contact with him. I was scared that maybe I didn't do good enough.
I had not looked at him but I knew that he was not very pleased with my answer.
Before my father could say something, My mom came from the kitchen and said "No exam talk anymore!".
We all ate in silence.
I knew this silence wouldn't last long and I was right, the result day came sooner than I hoped.
