James, Rose, Scorpius, Frank, and Bobby prepared themselves for the battle ahead. Their mission was clear: find the Dagger, rescue Albus, and uncover Voldemort's secret behind his return.
James pulled out the magical map from his bag and asked, "Where is Dagger?"
The map shimmered, revealing Dagger's location—completely covered by dense, swirling Dark clouds.
Rose's eyes widened."Getting there won't be easy. Even with brooms or magic, the map is filled with Dark clouds. That much darkness means heavy Dark Magic… and maybe even Dark Army guards. Everyone knows Dagger is Voldemort's strongest soldier—clever, powerful, and dangerous."
James clenched his fists."I don't care. He poisoned my father… he kidnapped my brother. He has no heart. And if he hurts Albus, I will kill him."
Frank nodded. "Then we punish him."
Scorpius hesitated, then said quietly, "I… I know that place."
James turned sharply. "How?"
Scorpius looked down as he explained. "I visited it when I was a child. There was a kind man named John who ran an antique shop and a coffee estate. My father's business partner lived next door. John saved my life once… but I don't even remember his face."
James sighed. "Whatever. What else?"
"You can't reach that place fully by broom," Scorpius added. "The weather keeps changing. Some part must be crossed by foot."
"Fine," James said. "Then we start now. Miss Mirael, please stay with Frank and Bobby. Don't take big risks. Dark Army might still be around Hogwarts."
Frank and Bobby agreed, though worry filled their faces.
James fell silent for a moment, thinking about the Slytherin Book—the one that changed Rose.
Later, as everyone slept, James sat with Thorn. He spoke about his bond with Albus and Lily Luna, and the friendship he shared with Rose and Scorpius. Thorn listened calmly.
"I still don't understand why Rose changed after touching that Slytherin book," James whispered. "She said Gryffindor's Sword glowed near it… What is the mystery behind it? And why does the book affect her but not me?"
Before he could think further, they mounted their brooms and flew into the night.
INSIDE DAGGER'S HOUSE
Dagger left his hideout for urgent work. Before stepping out, he told Albus coldly:
"Eat your food. Don't leave the room. If you fall into danger, I won't save you. I'm a bad man."
Albus simply smiled.
Once Dagger left, the creature Dim playfully followed him to the lawn—until suddenly, several Dark Army soldiers surrounded Dagger, laughing cruelly.
Dim growled fiercely.
Their eyes glowed red with vengeance.
"Your brother James is strong," one hissed. "He killed Bellatrix… killed Peter Pettigrew… and even tamed Thorn Claw—the creature that never bowed to anyone. If he grows stronger, he'll kill us too!"
Another sneered toward Albus."Let's play with the boy. We'll make him run… torture him… scratch his face with poisonous nails."
Albus stood firm. "If any of you come near me, I'll kill you."
The Dark Army advanced with evil delight.
Dim howled, frightening a few, but more kept coming.
Albus shouted, "STUPEFY!"Several soldiers were blasted back.
More shadows emerged. Spells flew. Albus ran, attacking desperately. But a curse struck him hard, throwing him against a tree. His wand rolled away.
Wounded and bleeding, Albus crawled toward his wand—only to see a Dark Army soldier break it in front of him.
"How dare you!" Albus shouted, tears in his eyes. "That wand was a gift from my father!"
They mocked him."Harry Potter may be strong, but you're weak. And now you'll die."
Albus closed his eyes, remembering his family… James… Rose… Scorpius… even Dagger and Dim.
But then—
SCREAMS.
A wind of dark flames tore through the Dark Army.
Albus opened his eyes.
Dagger was floating in the air, unleashing terrifying Dark Magic. Soldiers fell screaming.
Dagger landed beside Albus, lifted him up, and Dim ran protectively in front of him.
"How dare you hurt an innocent child?" Dagger roared. "Face your consequences!"
He kicked the soldier who broke Albus's wand, then picked up the shattered pieces.
With a furious sweep of his arm, he cast a fire spell. Flames engulfed the remaining soldiers—they burned and died.
Dagger carried Albus inside, Dim following.
He knelt, gently cleaning Albus's wounds."Sanare Lumina."
Golden light healed Albus instantly.
But Albus pushed him away.
"Why do you act good and bad? Who are you really? Tell me the truth!"
Dagger growled, "I'm bad. Very bad. I killed them for my own satisfaction."
"You're lying!" Albus yelled. "I saw your diary. You were Dumbledore's double agent. Your father David was a great man. You are Tom Riddle's cousin but you still had a pure heart. You sacrificed everything to protect Hogwarts. I know you're good!"
Dagger froze.
A sharp pain hit his head.
"No! I'm bad! Stop talking!"
Dim howled anxiously.
Albus stepped closer."I admire you, Dagger. You ARE good."
Dagger clutched his head as memories flashed violently.
Albus smiled softly, hoping the truth would reach him.
THE ARRIVAL AND THE FIGHT
James, Rose, Scorpius, Frank, and Bobby finally reached the place.
James saw Dagger near Albus and misunderstood."He's attacking him!"
"EXPelliarmus!"James blasted Dagger to the ground.
"STOP!" Albus cried.
Scorpius and Rose ran to hug Albus. Frank held him tightly. Dim almost attacked James, but Albus yelled, "No, Dim!"
Dagger attempted to lift his wand again, but he was dizzy, confused, and still in pain.
"I'm bad," he told Albus. "If you want your father back… attack me."
James stepped forward.
A furious battle began.
Spells flashed. The air burned. Trees cracked. The sky itself darkened.
James shouted for everyone to stay back. Rose immediately cast a protective barrier around the group.
Dagger deflected every spell James fired.
"You're strong," Dagger said. "Far stronger than your age. But you still need training."
"And you're a monster," James replied. "For poisoning my father and kidnapping my brother, I will kill you."
Both grew exhausted, but James still refused to stop.
Finally, he lifted the Gryffindor Sword.
Dagger stood proudly and shouted,"If you have the guts—strike me!"
James charged.
Albus screamed,"JAMES, STOP! DAGGER, STOP! PLEASE!"
Scorpius held Albus tightly to stop him from running into the duel. Dim cried helplessly.
But James didn't stop.
He stabbed Dagger.
Dagger gasped, collapsing to his knees as dark smoke leaked from his body.
Albus broke free, running forward.
"DAGGER NO!" he cried, tears streaming.
Dim wailed loudly.
James tried to stop Albus, but he pushed James away and fell beside Dagger.
"Please don't leave me," Albus sobbed.
Dagger looked up at him… and even through the pain, he smiled softly.
