When Luke woke up the next morning, Andre was still asleep. He breathed a sigh of relief and hopped off the bed. At least he didn't have to deal with the man for now.
Hurrying to get ready, Luke was dressed and out of the dorm in less than 30 minutes.
After class, Luke stood at the entrance of the sports building. Other than the two times he had gone to meet Coach Daniel, he hadn't entered the building in months.
"Hey Luke," Eric, Mark's partner, stopped in front of him. "Can I borrow your jacket?"
Luke turned to him, confused.
"I'm trying to avoid someone." Eric had just come out of the building and was still sweating from practice. His eyes darted around as he ducked, hiding most of his body behind Luke.
Without a word, Luke took off his jacket and handed it to Eric. "Thanks, bro."
Eric wrapped it around his head and ran off in the other direction like he was being chased. Luke shook his head and entered the sports building.
