The boy dressed up in a white shirt, black pants, a black coat, and wore a pair of fingerless black gloves. The girl wore her school uniform and grabbed her backpack, which had all her school supplies. The boy handed the girl her lunch, a bento that he had attempted to make, and gave her a head pat. They then wore their shoes and headed out the door, leaving the cat to laze around the house to do nothing.
Once they were out of the shed, they climbed down the stairs of the apartment building and exited the alleyway, until they finally were on the streets of Tokyo. The streets were, of course, crowded with people trying to get to work, as it was 7:50 in the morning.
The walk to the girl's school took about 10 minutes, during which the girl was talking about her life at school and how she did not enjoy school at all. The boy could only laugh and encourage her to continue learning in school and achieving her dreams. When they finally arrived at the school, the girl said bye to the boy, to which the boy waved bye to her.
After the girl found her friends and entered the school with them, the boy decided to go earn some money. He walked into a nearby alley, were he found a couple yen and stored it in his pocket. He then went to the storage rooms nearby and found his designated storage space, and took out his katana. He attached the sword to his belt, and then started to examine the bounties that were listed on a board in the middle of the room. He looked for the highest paying one, which was to kill a leader of a gang that ruled the streets nearby. He saw that the reward for this mission was eight million yen, which was a hefty amount for killing just one person. So the boy decided to accept this bounty and headed out to clear the mission as quickly as possible.
As the boy headed out, he walked through another alley for a shortcut when he was suddenly approached by a group of men, all looking like they wanted trouble.
One of them said, "Hey kid, you shouldn't be all by yourself."
Another added, "These alleys are quite dangerous you know, even if it is daytime."
The boy paid no attention to them and tried to walk past them, which ticked off the men.
"Hey, just because you're carrying a sword does not mean that you can just ignore us!" one of the men said as he tried to grab the boy. However, before the man's hand could grab the boy, it fell right off of the man's arm.
The man screamed in agony and tried to attack the boy, however before the man knew it, the boy had unsheathed his katana and sliced the man's head clean off, causing the headless body to collapse to the ground, spraying blood everywhere.
The boy asked the other men, "Does anyone else want to come and test me?"
The remaining men decided to play it smart and not lose their heads, so they did not approach the boy, as they were also unarmed. The boy then continued walking through the alleyway, navigating which way he was going based on the description given to him on the piece of bounty paper, and finally reached a remote location just outside of Tokyo. The boy approached the building that was in the middle of the field, however he soon sensed something wrong coming front the building. Before he could escape, the world around him turned deep red and he suddenly found himself in a large, empty warehouse.
The boy looked for any ways to get out, however it was as if there were invisible barriers blocking whoever entered it from leaving. As he looked around for other ways to escape, he felt something dangerous coming his way, and dodged just as a slash sliced the wall where he originally stood at. The boy looked back and saw a weird, red humanoid creature with a ridiculously large sword in its right hand. The boy recognized the attacker as some sort of supernatural. It seemed that this supernatural was a trapper, which are supernaturals that create a space that benefits their fighting styles and trap others into the space in battles. Before the boy could say something, the red humanoid slashed its humongous sword at him, in which the boy had no choice but to dodge.
The boy tried to land a strike at the supernatural, however it was faster than it looked, as it easily blocked the incoming slashes from the boy, and counterattacked by punching the boy straight into the ribs. The boy went flying, still somehow holding onto his katana, and quickly recovered from the surprise punch. He then attempted to go for another slash, however before he could register what was going on, the supernatural suddenly seemed to teleport in front of him and rose its left hand for another punch. The boy decided to return the punch by also meeting the supernatural's fist with his own, causing the two fists to collide.
Both the supernatural and the boy flew back, however the boy recovered quicker and charged at the supernatural, successfully landing a couple of strikes at it. Unfortunately, the supernatural did not go down, but instead punched the boy in the stomach, causing the boy to lose his grip on the sword. The supernatural then abandoned its sword and started to hammer down onto the boy, in which all the boy could do was to try and block the incoming strikes.
As the supernatural was beating the ever-lasting crap out of the boy, the boy looked for any openings in the supernatural. It seemed as if the supernatural came to be not too long ago, as it still did not have a crazy advanced space, as the more older ones have a much more detailed space, such as some that resemble hell or an open field. These trappers can also summon different beings to assist them, however this one did not. Lastly, most of the older ones have more experience and intelligence, being able to kill someone easily, however this one seems to not be so wise or smart, as its hits felt random.
As the boy was thinking this, he suddenly found an opening and hit with his full might right into its head. The supernatural staggered, and the boy start to throw hands, hitting all the vital spots with terrifying accuracy. As the supernatural tried to recover, the boy kicked the supernatural, causing not to fall, grabbed his katana, and stabbed it in its heart, finally killing the supernatural.
After the supernatural was defeated, the boy was released from the space, it disappearing slowly, until there was no trace of it left. The boy then looked back at the building, and finally decided to enter to kill the leader and claim the bounty money.
