After the party ended and the ship docked at the harbor, everyone headed home.
Kai excused himself quietly, then teleported straight into his personal dimension to undergo his breakthrough and evolution. With his current power level, he knew the phenomenon would shake an entire solar system if done anywhere else.
The moment he materialized inside his dimension, he froze.
So much had changed.
There were new planets he didn't recognize, floating like jewels across the void. Entire worlds radiated technologies he had never seen before. Arcane constructs drifted through space like living art pieces. Mythical beasts—ones he didn't remember from any anime, manga, or even mythology back on Earth—soared between planets as if this was normal.
His clones had really gone wild with upgrades.
Despite all the changes, one thing remained exactly where it should: his residential planet. It had evolved too, now looking like a fusion of an immortal realm from a xianxia novel and a futuristic civilization that had mastered both magic and science. The sight stole his breath.
"How long was I away?" Kai asked, stopping one of his clones mid-task. The clone had been calibrating some kind of floating device that projected layered holographic blueprints around it.
"About 140 years, Boss," the clone answered casually.
Kai raised a brow. "One hundred and forty years, huh…"
He took a slow breath. "Well, you did great with the place. Tell me about the upgrades—and everything new."
The clone straightened proudly. "Where do I start?"
"Begin with whatever you think is most important," Kai said.
The clone nodded and tapped a crystal pad. Instantly, dozens of holographic windows bloomed around them, showing different planets, structures, creatures, and systems.
"First upgrade: dimensional stability," the clone began. "While you were gone, we noticed this dimension was expanding on its own—reacting to your rising energy signature. So we reinforced the foundation with a triple-layered mana-ki lattice. The dimension can now handle at least ten times your current output without collapsing."
Kai blinked. "Ten times? You're overestimating me."
"Boss," the clone deadpanned, "you evolve every time you sneeze. We're not taking chances."
Kai rubbed the back of his neck, embarrassed but amused.
The clone continued, switching to another panel. "Second upgrade: planetary ecosystem enhancements. We terraformed thirty-two new worlds. Each specializes in a different training environment—gravity, mana density, elemental storms, temporal distortion, soul-pressure, the works."
Kai whistled softly. "You basically built a multiverse gym."
"Correct," the clone said proudly. "But that's not all."
He gestured, and another image expanded—a sleek, floating continent surrounded by glowing rings.
"This is the Arcane-Scientific Research District. The other clones built it after combining Earth science with the knowledge you absorbed from all your battles. We're developing hybrid technologies that fuse ki, magic, divine energy, and conceptual physics."
Kai stared. "...You guys made conceptual physics?"
"Yes, Boss," the clone said matter-of-factly. we wanted to go further but we needed your permission so we our it a hold for now ."
Kai sighed in relief and spoke seriously
. "Okay don't do such huge things again without my permission. Now And what else?"
The clone smirked. He had saved the best for last.
"For your evolution," he said, "we prepared the Ascension Chamber."
A massive golden structure rose in the distance, pulsing—alive, ancient, and impossibly powerful.
"It synchronizes with your body, soul, ki, and willpower," the clone explained. "When you step inside, it will adapt to your limits… and then push past them."
Kai felt a chill of anticipation run down his spine.
"Good job," he murmured. "All of you."
The clone clasped his hands behind his back. "Whenever you're ready, Boss… the chamber is waiting."
Kai looked toward the glowing horizon, where the Ascension Chamber floated like a sun waiting to be born.
"Then let's start," Kai said softly. "It's time for the next stage."
The path to the Ascension Chamber was a shimmering bridge of condensed energy, stretching over an ocean of floating light. Each step Kai took caused ripples of gold and violet to spread beneath his feet, harmonizing with his ki.
The Chamber itself was massive—almost a living entity. Its structure resembled a sphere made of interlocking rings, each rotating slowly, emitting soft pulses that resonated through the entire dimension. Every pulse felt like it scanned him, reading him, preparing for him.
Kai stopped at the entrance, feeling the weight of everything about to come.
"For what it's worth," the clone said softly behind him, "this chamber was designed by all of us together. A hundred years of work. It won't fail you."
Kai smirked. "Good. Because I'm not planning to fail either."
With a breath, he stepped inside.
The entrance sealed behind him with a quiet hum.
---
Inside the Ascension Chamber
The interior was impossibly vast—bigger than the structure should allow. Reality folded into itself in geometric patterns, forming shifting landscapes of light and shadow. Time thinned, thickened, stretched.
A voice echoed around him—not the chamber's voice, but his own ki reacting.
"Begin evolution sequence?"
Kai clenched his fists, feeling excitement flare.
"Begin."
The chamber answered with blinding radiance.
Instantly, the environment changed.
Kai stood at the center as countless rings of energy formed around him—physical, spiritual, mental, elemental, and conceptual layers all aligning with his essence.
His ki surged upward, rising past limits he barely recognized anymore. His soul burned hot, then cold, then something beyond either.
Pain hit him—not sharp, but deep, like his very existence was being rewritten line by line.
---
Breakthrough — First Stage
His muscles tightened as forces beyond mortal physics crashed into his body. His bones vibrated with power so intense that fractures formed only to instantly rebuild stronger.
He felt his ki channels widen—no, they didn't widen, they evolved.
They became dimensional conduits, able to channel more energy than any mortal, god, or cosmic being had a right to touch.
His aura ignited.
Gold.
Then white.
Then black.
Then transparent.
Then something else—something indescribable, shifting between all states at once.
His heart pounded once.
The chamber responded with a shockwave.
Breakthrough achieved: Body Ascension – First Layer.
A second wave hit him.
Soul Ascension – First Layer.
A third wave.
Core Evolution Initiated.
Kai gritted his teeth. "Come on… more!"
The chamber obeyed.
---
Evolution — The New Form
The energy around him condensed, swirling into a cocoon-like sphere. His body felt weightless, timeless. Vision and sensation blurred until he couldn't tell where his flesh ended and the universe began.
Every memory he had, every lesson learned, every battle fought… all of it resonated inside him.
His ki core shattered—
—not in destruction, but metamorphosis.
A new core formed, shaped from three intertwined forces:
Primal Ki — the raw essence of living strength.
Arcane Essence — the refined power of magic, thought, and creation.
Dimensional Will — the energy of realms themselves, making space obey him instead of the reverse.
His evolution completed in a single flash.
Kai stepped forward as the cocoon shattered.
His new form was striking—not monstrous or overly flashy, but refined, regal, and overwhelmingly powerful.
His hair glowed a pale silver with streaks of star-like luminescence.
His eyes shifted between colors—blue, violet, gold, and finally a calm, pure white.
His aura looked like a universe compressed into a flame, galaxies flickering inside it as it moved.
This wasn't a transformation.
This was evolution—something irreversible.
His entire existence radiated an oppressive yet serene divinity.
---
The Dimension Reacts
The moment Kai opened his eyes, the Chamber trembled.
Outside, the dimension sensed his new presence and reacted violently:
Planets aligned.
Energy storms formed.
Time warped in ripples.
The sky tore open with colors that didn't exist moments before.
The entire realm resonated with a single truth:
Its creator had advanced.
And because the dimension was tied to him, it evolved as well.
Gravity stabilized across new worlds.
Arcane fields strengthened.
Ambient mana density doubled.
Space expanded by another 10%.
Dozens of pocket realms awakened spontaneously.
Kai looked upward as the entire dimension lit up like a newborn star.
He exhaled once—
—and the shockwave reshaped continents.
The power was intoxicating… but stable. Controlled.
His clones had prepared the chamber perfectly.
He stepped out of the sphere as the rings around him slowly quieted.
Evolution complete.
New form achieved.
Dimension stabilized.
Kai smiled faintly.
"Not bad," he murmured. "Not bad at all."
Kai said before absorbing all his clones back to himself gaining their knowledge, powers and experience before checking hi status window and seeing his to what degree did his evolution allowed him to reach. Just then a new series of notification got him by surprise.

Kai's Reaction
Kai rose to his feet, flexing his hand. Ω-energy swirled around him like a cosmic storm.

One glance at a mountain reduced it to dust.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHA". Kai laughed heartly at his new power.
"With such power I'm invincible in the dragon ball world with a power that rival zeno himself no one can threaten me not even Zeno himself unless he want to end with a battle that shatter the entire Dragon ball multiverse and timelines, expet that I could just end him easily with a simple tranfroamtion now my super Saiyan transformation have goten quit empowered themselves I have two options now I can use the variants forms or the divine forms for now lest just go with the variants forms in my battles as for the divine forms lets keep them as my trump cards it will be quit the suprise to my enemies if I were to ever have some and by a crazy power level such as mine I will definitely have some .now let's do some adjustments." Kai realized he still couldn't escape the eternal cycle of skill grinding. The thought made him smile softly.
Ultra Instinct's influence kept his mind calm, balanced, and impossibly serene.
Without hesitation, Kai activated his enhanced self-cloning ability.
Four hundred thousand Ω-clones materialized around him, each radiating the same infinite potential, though only fragments of his full authority.
He sent the majority of them off to continue their various duties—maintaining the dimension and reinforcing it more, expanding its structures, and deepening its stability. The rest he assigned to the endless grind of leveling his skills and pushing every ability toward its maximum limit especially his new variants and divine transformations.
Meanwhile, Kai himself prepared for the deeper journey inward.
He adjusted the time dilation of his dimension, setting it to one hundred years inside for every single motnth outside. Then he traveled to his meditation world—his personal planet—and settled onto a smooth stone platform atop a mountain, sitting cross-legged as he let his consciousness sink into perfect stillness.
---
One hundred years passed in a blink of an eye.
Inside the timeless void of meditation, Kai felt nothing—no hunger, no discomfort, no fatigue. Immortality made the flow of decades feel like minutes, and Ultra Instinct kept his mind unbroken and unwavering.
His clones worked tirelessly.
Some pushed every skill to its limits.
Others expanded the dimension, refining its laws and deepening its authority.
A few engaged in battle simulations powerful enough to shatter lesser universes, testing every technique and form to its absolute peak.
When the century of internal time finally concluded, Kai slowly opened his eyes.
Ω-energy rippled outward in a calm, controlled wave—proof that he now possessed perfect, absolute command over every drop of power within him.
He reviewed his skill list. Every single one had reached the maximum level attainable through training alone. Evolution options blinked at him, ready and waiting… but Kai simply dismissed them with a relaxed breath.
There was no need to rush.
He would evolve them when he felt like it.
For the moment, he wanted something else—clarity.
With a casual thought, he suppressed his power—lowering it layer by layer until it sat precisely at ten times Beerus's level. His overwhelming presence folded inward, becoming subtle and perfectly controlled. Now, unless he allowed someone to sense it, everyone would assume he was simply ten times stronger than the God of Destruction.
But while he was on Earth and not engaging in battles or sparring matches, using Beerus's level alone was more than enough for show. A cunning strategy, yes—
but also a wise one.
There was no need to invite unnecessary trouble when he could simply relax and enjoy peace.
That was his philosophy… at least for now.
Kai took a stroll through his dimension, admiring its growth and savoring the breathtaking scenery. It had taken him months to explore all the places, and he'd taken his time with every corner. But his stroll came to an end when a familiar glow appeared beside him—
a graceful Light Fury, luminous and elegant.
It had been a while.
"It's been some time, Rose. How have you been? I haven't seen you for a few decades now, have I? My lovely wish-granting dragon—did you enjoy your time here?" Kai asked, walking side by side with the Light Fury.
"Oh, I enjoyed it more than you think," she replied with a warm smile. "With your clones running around, upgrading things and keeping everything lively, no one could ever get bored here. But enough about me… how are you feeling now, dear master? You… don't still need a frail little wish-granting dragon like me, do you?"
Her gentle tone tried to hide it, but the uncertainty in her eyes could not escape Kai's senses.
"I'll always need you, Rose," he said softly. "Your place will never change, and your worth will never be lowered. You're special to me, and no one can take that—not the greatest powers, not the strongest temptations. Everything else can be gained one way or another… but honest loyalty and the comfort you give me? Only you can offer that."
He reached out and gently patted her head before resuming his stroll.
Rose froze for a moment, trying to keep her composure, but her racing heartbeat betrayed her. A deep blush warmed her draconic cheeks, spreading like fire. She didn't speak—she didn't need to. His words had reached her deeply.
Without another word, she quickened her pace and walked beside him. They spent a few years together Kai changed the time flow again to make it faster, enjoying one another's company and the simple pleasures his personal dimension offered.
It was simple.
It was fun.
It was peaceful.
And above all, they were happy.

Back at the Son Family Mansion
The family sat around the dinner table, enjoying their meal. Videl—six months pregnant—was the newest addition to the household's chaos and warmth.
Goku looked at Chi-Chi while munching happily.
"So, Chi-Chi… any news from Kai?"
"Unfortunately, no," she sighed, setting her plate down. "It's been six months since that day he fought Beerus on the ship at Bulma's birthday. And ever since then… nothing. I know he must be in that pocket dimension of his—"
(Yes, they still believed it was just a pocket dimension.)
"—training or evolving or whatever it is he and Lord Beerus talked about… but I can't help worrying."
"You don't need to worry, Mom," Goten said through a mouthful of rice. "Kai's smart. He never does anything unless he's sure about it."
"Goten! Don't talk with your mouth full!" Chi-Chi snapped.
"Sorry, Mom…" Goten shrank his neck, but the smile never left his face.
"I'm sure brother-in-law is safe and well, Chi-Chi," Videl added, gently rubbing her pregnant belly. "He's quite formidable."
"Don't worry, honey," Gohan said quickly, adjusting Videl's seat cushion like a nervous servant. "My brother is strong. You just focus on taking care of yourself and our little jewel inside."
"Hehehe… that kid sure grows fast," Goku chuckled.
Suddenly, the air inside the Son home shifted.
Not violently.
Not loudly.
Just… subtly.
A warmth spread through the house—gentle, comforting, familiar.
Gohan paused mid-bite.
Videl looked up.
Chi-Chi froze with her chopsticks lifted.
Even Goku blinked, sensing it.
Then—
A soft knock on the front door.
No ki flare.
No dramatic entrance.
Just a quiet, polite knock.
Goku grinned.
"That's him."
Chi-Chi bolted up from her seat, nearly knocking her chair over.
Videl gasped with relief.
Gohan stood, smiling.
Goten jumped up excitedly.
The door opened slowly.
A calm, relaxed Kai stepped inside, hands in his pockets, a gentle smile on his face. His presence was so perfectly controlled that he felt… almost human.
Almost.
"Hope I'm not too late for dinner," he said casually.
Chi-Chi didn't even think—she launched forward and wrapped him in a tight hug, half crying, half scolding.
"Six months, young man! Six months! You better have a good explanation!"
Kai hugged her back gently. "I do. And a few surprises too."
Behind his calm smile…
Rose's faint glow shimmered in the distance, unseen by the family.
But that revelation would come later.
For now…
Kai was home.
Dinner at the Son household quickly shifted from quiet to chaotic the moment Kai stepped inside.
Chi-Chi refused to let go of him.
Goten peppered him with questions.
Gohan tried to keep Videl comfortable while smiling proudly.
Even Goku kept staring at him as if trying to measure something he couldn't quite sense.
Kai simply took it all in with a small smile.
After dinner, Chi-Chi forced him onto the couch, insisting he "explain everything," while the others sat around him like an audience.
Goku was the first to speak.
"So! Did you evolve? Did you get stronger? Did you fight anyone? Is your hair different now? Did—"
Chi-Chi smacked him lightly on the head.
"Let him breathe!"
Kai chuckled softly.
"I did evolve," he said, choosing his words carefully. "But more importantly… I learned how to relax. To take things slowly."
Gohan nodded. "That actually sounds like progress."
"Yeah," Goku added, smiling wide, "strong guys who know how to chill are the mightiest."
Kai spent the time with his family telling them about his evoltion and his new powers ofcourse he didn't tell them the truth but at most a fabricated version to satisfy their curiosity of his progress but even that version shocked them greatly but not for too long as they have long gone stopped using common sense with a case like Kai.
Meanwhile at the destruction realm :
Beerus and Whis sat at a large wooden table, enjoying another selection of Earth delicacies—courtesy of Bulma's endless generosity.
They were halfway through their meal when both suddenly paused.
A pulse of energy—unmistakable, dense, refined—washed through the realm like a ripple of compressed gravity.
Beerus slowly lowered his plate.
"He's finally out," Beerus said, a grin forming at the corner of his mouth. "I can't wait to see what heights he's reached after this so-called evolution."
Whis tapped his staff lightly on the floor, creating a soft echo.
"Yes… his energy has changed. It feels calmer, but heavier—almost layered. He isn't simply stronger. His entire existence has become… different."
Beerus' eyes gleamed with excitement.
"Tch… I knew it. The kid wasn't done yet."
But beneath his confident expression, his thoughts stirred:
He's even stronger than before… much stronger.
Ten times my full power in base… evolutions fiftyfold…
Hah… it almost feels unreal. But if anyone could pull it off, it's that monster.
Whis looked toward the direction of Earth and smiled knowingly.
"He won't stay hidden for long. Kai never does."
Beerus huffed. "Good. I'm sick of waiting."
He leaned back slightly, his tail flicking with impatience.
"Six months felt like six thousand years. I want to see it for myself."
Whis nodded.
"I imagine he'll visit his family first. Then, knowing him… he'll come here."
Beerus smirked.
"Then he'd better hurry. I've been holding back this excitement long enough."
Whis tilted his head.
"Oh? Are you planning to spar with him immediately, my lord?"
Beerus bristled slightly.
"What, and wait another six months? No! I'm not wasting this chance. We'll fight as soon as he arrives. Not at full power—unless we want the universe to collapse—but enough for me to taste how far he's gone."
Whis smiled faintly.
"That sounds like you're looking forward to it."
Beerus clicked his tongue.
"Don't twist my words. I just… appreciate a good rival when I see one."
Whis's eyes sparkled with amusement.
"So you finally admit he's a rival?"
Beerus slammed his hands on the table.
"I DIDN'T SAY THAT!"
Whis lifted his plate and continued eating.
"Of course, my lord."
Beerus glared at him, cheeks twitching, then muttered under his breath,
"…Stupid angel…"
Whis pretended to not hear him and simply chuckled at his antics.
Beerus's tail flicked once — a tiny, betraying gesture.
Good. Good! A rival worthy of me… finally. About time the universe coughed up someone who can stand at my level without Whis babying them. Hmph… maybe even a friend.
He better not disappoint me.
Beerus coughed, regaining his regal expression.
"Well then. Whis, bring him here. There's… ah… important business."
Whis smirked. "Of course, Lord Beerus."
A ripple of blue-white distortion bloomed in front of the temple as Kai stepped out, relaxed, calm, dressed casually.
Beerus stood immediately.
He tried to appear stern, but his ears were perked up like an eager cat.
"Kai," he said, arms crossed. "I assume you've grown stronger."
Kai smiled. "A bit."
Beerus twitched.
"A. Bit?"
Whis chuckled softly. "His suppression is flawless, Lord Beerus. Even I can barely feel his current output."
Beerus bared his teeth in a grin.
"Good. Then fight me."
Kai blinked. "Now?"
"Yes, now! Unless you're afraid."
Kai sighed. "Fine. But I'll try not to break anything."
The Battle That Lasted One Move
They moved to the training plateau — far, far from the planet itself.
Kai stood casually, hands behind his back.
Beerus took a stance, power rising, divine sparks flickering around him. He wasn't holding back. Not even a little.
Whis watched silently.
Beerus shot forward, fist crackling with purple destruction energy—
—Kai vanished.
A soft tap echoed behind Beerus.
Kai's finger rested gently on the Destroyer's back.
"I win."
A shockwave ripped the sky apart even though Kai used less than a fraction of a fraction of his strength.
Beerus crashed to the ground, skidding across the surface, stopping only after Whis flicked his staff to reinforce the terrain.
The Destroyer lay there blinking up at the sky.
He didn't even feel the attack.
That was how far beyond him Kai had gone.
Beerus sat up slowly.
"…One move," he muttered.
Kai scratched the back of his neck apologetically. "Sorry. I held back."
Beerus stared at him for a long second… then a huge grin spread across his face.
"HAHAHAHA! Finally! Someone who can push me past my limit! Whis, we're training. Starting now. I refuse to fall behind this brat!"
Whis couldn't help laughing.
Beerus — Destroyer of Worlds — was happy.
He hadn't felt this alive in eons.
And he was already planning their rematch.
