POV Loona
"Awe come on, Looney! Aren't you happy we got our parking space back!?"
"FUCK YOU BLITZ! LEAVE ME ALONE!"
I quickly walked into our business office and slammed the door before anyone else walked in behind me. God, why does Blitz have to be so annoying sometimes! I pretty much got rejected by Vortex before I even got the chance to ask, and all he cares about is that dumbass parking space. Ugh!
I stomped my way to my desk and sat down and began doom scrolling through Sinstagram. I could hear the others walking in through the door, but I don't bother as I put in my earbuds and listen to my rock music.
A couple seconds barely go by before a new scent hits my nose. I look up to notice Blitz, Moxie, and Millie in a combat stance with their weapons out. What could possibly make them so on edge that they'd have their weapons out?
I turned my head to my right and before I knew it I was up from my chair, growling at this person in front of us. I don't know why, but the moment I laid my eyes upon her every fiber of my being screamed danger!
What was shocking was that this person looked completely human. She had redish colored hair that was tied in a single braid down to the middle of her back. A simple business attire adorned her body while she stood firm, her hands folded behind her back.
What terrified me, and what I am assuming also terrified the others, were her eyes. Those weird, yellow eyes with two sets of red rings in them. They felt as if they were peering into my soul!
Even though she looked human, it felt as though a far superior demon was standing before us. As if she were a part of the Ars Goetia or the Sins themselves.
"My, my. No need to be so scared. I am not here to hurt you." The woman spoke; a gentle smile appeared on her face. That smile, which tried to seem like it was reassuring, only made my body shiver more.
"How the hell did you get in here!? Are you a client or something?" Blitz spoke with slight hostility in his voice.
"No, not exactly. I would like some help, and you are the perfect person to do so."
"Sorry lady, but if it doesn't involve killing someone up top for you then we can't be of any help."
"Oh, but you can." The woman said while slightly tilting her head with a finger on her chin. "You see, I have some really important business to do up on Earth and you, Blitzo, can help me access Earth."
What the hell? She knows Blitz's real name? She also knows we can access Earth? Who the hell is she!?
"How the hell do you-"
"How I know your real name does not matter. Nor does how I know you can access Earth. What does, though, is that I need access to Earth. And you have a way there. It would be quite unfortunate if some demon royalty besides Stolas, or Hell forbid, Satan, finds out some lowly imps and a hellhound were illegally accessing the mortal plane. Now, wouldn't it?"
While the woman's smile never changed, the tone behind it was clearly threatening! The fact she knows so much about us is terrifying!
Blitz couldn't help but scoff, "You think a threat like that is going to make us cooperate with you!?"
"Sir, maybe we should? This woman seems dangerous, and we could get into some serious trouble if Satan of all people finds out what we're doing!" Moxie couldn't help but whine out.
"Oh, grow a fucking backbone, baby dick!"
"Moxie's right, Blitz. This situation doesn't look good for us!" Millie worriedly said.
"Ah, I see." The woman suddenly said, nodding her head as if she understood something.
"I shouldn't have focused on something like Hell's laws for hell born demons. Afterall, you wouldn't be in this type of business if you cared so much about them. So, how about this?" The woman began as her eyes seemed to lock with mine. "You seem to care a lot about your adoptive daughter Loona, right Blitzo?"
A shot rang out before anyone could register the subtle threat the woman made. I turned to see Blitz had just fired a shot from his custom musket pistol. A moment of happiness ran through me before it disappeared just as fast.
I turned to see the woman was completely untouched. In fact, the bullet Blitz had just shot was hovering an inch from her face. As if some invisible barrier had stopped it in its tracks.
"Wow, you care so much for your adopted daughter, Blitzo. It would be a shame if-."
The woman suddenly appeared in front of me with her middle finger and thumb pressed together, a slight purple hue coming from her fingers.
"-She disappeared, wouldn't it?"
*SNAP*
Instantly, my vision went dark. When I came to, my entire body was covered in sweat. I noticed I was heavily panting, fear running through my veins. When I focused on my surroundings, I noticed I was surrounded. Millie and Moxie were wrapped around my shoulders while Blitz stood right in front of me, arms spread out to protect me.
I could feel Millie and Moxie shaking violently. I could see Blitz doing the same thing. When I looked up, I noticed the entire top half of the building we were in was completely missing. Not a single bit of debris was around to be seen.
W-was that supposed to happen to me!? That could have been me, right? I couldn't help but start shaking violently like the others. If whatever attack that woman used hit me, I would be dead right now. Erased without even knowing what happened.
"So," The woman spoke, that simple smile still adorning her face. She appeared right in front of Blitz before speaking again, reaching her hand out. "Will you consider what I said earlier? We can make it a deal. Allow me access to Earth for a day and, in exchange, we keep this little incident between us. Hell, I will even be generous and manage to get you the deed for this entire building so you can own it. How does that sound, Blitzo?"
I could see Blitz silently clench his fist before a haggard sigh escaped his lips.
"Fine," Blitz said as he reached for the woman's hand before stopping. "You got a deal, miss?"
"Makima."
Blitz sighed one more time before grabbing the woman's hand. "You got a deal, Makima."
Nothing eventful happened, but I could see Blitz's body stiffen up in fear, as if something had just run through him.
"Now, open that portal to Earth." Makima said, ignoring the state my da- Blitz was in. "There are many deals I would like to make that I use to have prior to coming here."
