Vanessa knocks on the door immediately she gets to the CEO's office and he respond's almost immediately "come in" , she shuts the door behind her and her eyes sweeps the interior of the room which looks to perfect and homey to be someone's office ,Well are you just going to stand there and stare like a lost kitty or you will listen to what I have to say to you ,he asks her with a straight face.
Vanessa cannot help but be mesmerized by the man in front of her she is barely comprehending what he's saying to her , he looks too hot to be real , he looks like a god sculptured just for the purpose of sightseeing,damn he looks to good she mutters and she is taken aback when she notices that her boss just caught her in the act of eye fucking him.
Did you hear anything I said Edward asks ,I'm sorry sir I wasn't listening can you please recap? Just read the manual and make sure you know everything it entails before tomorrow and secondly "he drops a pile of files on his table " take this files and sort them out and make sure you don't go home until you're done with those files, now you can leave my office I have better things , he says nonchalantly ,yes sir Vanessa replies and walks out of the office with the heavy files which looks impossible to sort out within a day."Is this the reason the contract seems too good to be true? Is it because the boss is difficult to deal with that is why he's making the salary so attractive that no one would be able to resist? These questions flood her mind till she gets to her desk and getting to her desk she sees a brown envelope with an inscription boldly written on it "YOUR APARTMENT KEYS AND ADDRESS".
This isn't that bad she mutters at least I can save up more than half of my salary and probably get a studio sooner than I expected she sighs and starts working on the files.
It's past 8pm and Vanessa just finished sorting out the files and it's more than two hours past closing hours, she didn't have the time to eat lunch because she was too busy and she made a mental note not to repeat that again.
She carried the files and walked straight to the CEO's office knowing fully well that he isn't off work yet.
She knocks on the door and an authoritative voice beckons her to come in which she obeys.
Once inside the office she walks straight to the sculptured god before her and hands him the files which he takes without even glancing at her and when she turns to leave he calls her and tells her to wait so he can give her a ride home but Vanessa turns it down and walks away.
