Chapter 7 - Vegeta's hope

"Your opinion doesn't matter"I reply to Vegeta bluntly before telling him again,"I told you your no longer a Saiyan your an outcast."Vegeta the pain clear in his eyes asks,"Why don't you just finish me off why let me live only to suffer humiliation and defeat as I have to continue living under that tyrant Frieza still."I lift him up by his hair lifting him to my eye level before giving him a reply,"See it as your King's mercy I'm not like you or your father you may just be a failure Vegeta but you were once a prideful Saiyan none the less cowardly but prideful being spared isn't only your punishment it's your chance to redeem yourself in my eyes to once again become a Saiyan even it only a mere soldier."There's a silence after I finish speaking letting the words sink in before Vegeta asks,"How do I possibly redeem myself as a Saiyan" puzzlement clear on his face not knowing how he could possibly redeem himself in the eyes of the rest of the saiyan's after everything he's done.I reply calmly trying my best not to smile at this all going together so perfectly as I tell him,"Start by no longer being a coward we saiyan's are a warrior race we don't fear death we gave it with honor I as the King of the saiyan's has the responsibility of setting the example of this so go to Namek and seek me out Vegeta there I will show you all what a legendary super Saiyan truly is and slay Frieza and free you all."The eyes of everyone go wide in disbelief at me words hearing the notion of charging towards death head first to rebel against Frieza of all people even Goku and Gohan along with the rest of the Z fighters are in shock hearing this not knowing who Frieza is but knowing he must be far stronger then the Saiyans that I just defeated that no one else could even stand against after all their training.Raditiz, Vegeta, and Nappa all turn pale in fear hearing my words not knowing if it's even possible to fight such a powerful figure and hearing I'm willing to rush in to for their sakes even though I only just become there king instills a loyalty and admirablity in them they didn't think was possible to have for another such qualities no Saiyan king had ever shown for there people before to look death in the face and fight it for them as tears are brought to the eyes of the 3 saiyan's.Raditiz clenches his fist drawing blood as he says aloud,"I will follow you even in death to fight Frieza I will no longer stand back scared living as a cowardly weakling I will live as a Saiyan."Hearing this Nappa and Vegeta fill a resolve building in them and they too follow in suit replying,"We will face Frieza together or die trying we will live as Saiyan."I finally let a smile show on my face having gotten what I wanted to knowing I needed to face Frieza next and that I couldn't do it alone before looking to them all saying,"let's avenge our people or die trying."The 3 all have tears streaming down there face at my words remembering there race and there planet that was destroyed by Frieza the lives they should've had that they're finally going to fight for it like they should've a long time ago.I turn to the Z fighters and Goku and Gohan asking,"are you willing to fight alongside us in this"Gohan looking at his uncle Raditiz still conflicted and not responding and the Z fighters taking a step back hearing my question thinking they'd be crazy to before hear Goku reply eagerly,"absolutely I can't wait to fight this Frieza guy he sounds really strong to be stronger then Raditiz and Vegeta we'll need to get stronger first but I'll definitely help you."The Z fighters look at Goku in shock can't believing he just agreed like that even though it fit his personality they aren't sure if they should help or not still.I look back to them and tell them I'm gonna be blunt with them saying,"Frieza is a inter galactic tyrant conquering and selling planets and enslaving there inhabitants to work for him like dogs for nothing and knowing Earth has dragon balls he'll be coming here next if he's not stopped on Namek."The Z fighters and Gohan and Goku all become serious hearing this knowing that now they have to help no matter what even Piccolo before he asks,"So this planet Namek is gonna be attacked by Frieza first how can you be so sure he's not going to just immediately come here."I smirk at him reply,"I know he won't because Namek also has dragon balls and they're rumored to be more powerful and it's closer to Frieza then Earth."The groups eyes widen hearing that Namek has dragon balls wondering how that's possible before Piccolo asks me,"so is Namek like the saiyan's planet where everyone is a blood thirsty warrior and we're gonna have to fight the whole planet before facing Frieza or what."There's a silence following Piccolo's questions as the Z fighters all stare at me awaiting my answer before I burst out laughing telling them in between the laughs,"Namek is a peaceful race and where Kami and Piccolo are from that's why they have dragon balls."The group immediately sighs in relief excited to see Kamis hoke planet and Piccolo's hear beats in excitement hearing this that he'll get to see his home world learning that he's an alien wondering how the namekians will react to him.I look at Piccolo telling him,"It would be better if you fused with Kami before you go Frieza will easily wipe you and your friends out otherwise I suggest you seriously take my advice this could be your only chance to."Piccolo doesn't reply his face turning towards Kamis lookout hesitating still needing time to think it over."Remember how rapidly Gohan grew in strength from the gravity training I suggest you all refrain from using it besides Gohan and Goku they're the ones that will benefit most from it the rest of you should just train normally we don't have long enough for you powers to make a difference right now."Hearing this the silently agree although hating to attempt if they kept using it they'd just get in the way before they asks how they'll get to Namek."Bulma should be working on a spaceship if she hast already finished it or even multiple she should be able to make 2 before we're out of time I'll stay for a few days before leaving for Namek with Raditiz,Nappa,and Vegeta myself."The Z fighters check up with Bulma confirming my words as she already has another spaceship ready and was working on another one with my help giving her Raditiz's spaceship significantly speeding up the Earth's spaceship technology past the original timeline.I too fly over to see Bulma just to find her working on the second space ship as I walk in.Seeing this I sneak up on her pulling her out from under if scaring her as she screams hitting me playfully telling me that wasn't funny but it absolutely was.I give her back 3 capsules that she gave to me before empty but now field with the spaceships Nappa, Vegeta, and the crusher core arrived in the ladder being far superior to the Saiyan pods.Seeing the ships she excitedly jumps onto me wrapping her arms around my neck in a hug then quickly pulling away with an intense blush now and looking away from me."Aww your shy how adorable for such a strong beautiful girl"I say further teasing her Bulma tells me to shut up though even while enjoying my complements glancing back at me now before telling me in a whisper,"thank you for the space ships."Bulma then curious about the saiyan's ask me about them as I tell her in detail about how the saiyan's were a powerful race forced into becoming conquers by Friezas ancestors and telling her the story of Yamoshi and Cumber then the first super Saiyan and chilled til how Vegeta father in fear of those with higher power levels then his son sent them away or had them killed directly.Bulma hearing the stories enjoys them listening intently while shyly looking into my eyes the entire time with a blush as I stare back into hers.Hearing about King Vegeta acts and cowardice to have gone as far as to exile infants to another planet if they showed higher potential then Vegeta she firmly believed that the saiyan's became worse before there destruction under Vegeta's father and called him a coward before learning how much more of a coward Vegeta was from me and how he had treated the others like Raditiz and Nappa.Bulma tells me she's glad I'm the king of the Saiyans now though and that I'm way more deserving of it then Vegeta before I put my hand over hers saying,"want to be my queen."Bulma turns a beat red in embarrassment with a blush studdering at my boldness and directness before I smile at her laughing and disappearing before her eyes.I head back towards Raditiz who was currently training with the others in the gravity room back in the wastelands where we had hidden away for the past year.I got a lot from my fight with the saiyan's before my power skyrocketkng from what it was before then gaining Ikari and the destructo disc and even the power ball technique.Lately for the past couple of days I been letting the saiyan's train together in the gravity room letting Raditiz let out some of his anger towards Vegeta on him in less serious spars I only have 6 senzu beans now cause I healed the seriously injured Vegeta with one shortly after our talk last time.In a way I regret removing his tail as I could've used him to gain more attributes in the great ape form but instead now I just get him to give Raditiz as much advice on controlling the form as he can with Raditiz being he's superior now being my royal guard and being much stronger than Vegeta now and keeping that lead with training.After the Initial 6 days had past and Vegeta and Nappa didn't get any significant gains from the gravity training anymore I decided it was time to leave for Namek on and unrelated but important note is like to mention my kaio ken could be pushed to 20x in base form when I used Ikari I can on use the base Kaio ken I didn't discover this til after my battle with the great apes and I also found the reason for this.The strain of using Kaio ken with Ikari was significantly increased which is why I was only able to use the base Kaio ken with it anymore and I wouldn't be able to muster any more fight like when I used the 3 time Kaio ken with it against the great apes.My body was already use to getting much more pressure then Gokus was from already having used gravity training that's why I could already use 20x in base I discovered I also found out it was more effective to use just Kaio ken with Ikari because it was much less draining in ki consumption then just using the 20x in base it was the same multiplier tho Ikari was just less strain on me then using 10x Kaio ken that's why in dire moments even though I could only manage it once I could push myself to use 3x Kaio ken with it.With the much more enhanced spaceship we get to Namek in just 3 days once we land I tell the others to stay with the ship while I look but make it clear I'll be back shortly as I tell Raditiz to help Nappa learn to sense ki seeing that he still had trouble with it and Vegeta learned it after having been beat by me last time.I fly off at full speed towards the highest power level heading towards Nail sensing they Nail informs elder Guru as they wait.I land on the mountain Nail standing before me telling me,"turn around and leave with whoever you came Namek will not surrender to you."I take in his words replying to him with,"move out of my way I'm here for the elder it's mutually beneficial for Namek you'll been invaded by Frieza soon."Before Nail can say anything the great elder hearing this from inside yells,"Nail let him enter"Nail reluctantly follows the command as I follow behind him going into the elder abode.I don't want to take the time to explain so I Point at my head and just say,"Read my memories and understand for yourself."The great elder seeing this is surprise but lifts his hand onto my head doing as I ask before I hear ding! system blocking certain memories from view.Hearing this I hope it's not the ones of Frieza and the saiyan's or z fighters as I hear the system again ding! The host can't have his potential unlocked host has unlimited potential with the system.This sucks to hear but I'm not surprised by it either at least I know it won't work if elder Kai tries later too I think before the elder lifts his hand off sweating at what he saw and offering to do all he can to help me face Frieza for the sake of Namek.Hearing this I smile and ask him to send nail to find a Namekian named Dende and bring him here and to let me inflict just a little pain onto him and Dende.The elder not understanding why but seeing I grew stronger having others battle infront of me in my memories agrees even though he was unable to see the attributes drop in the memories.I take out a small sewing pin I had brought with me for this and like the grand elders hand before hearing ding! Host has gained memory reading skill.Hearing this I poke him again then again and again til his arm is numb and Dende finally enters as I hear they system in my head once again ding! Host gained potential unlock ability.I turn to Dende knowing Nail already explained everything to him I let him heal the elder first then stop poking him.Almost an hour passes as I hear ding! Host has gained healing ability long.I hear this but use it on Dende and find it's just as long as his which in my opinion is pretty fast so I ignore that part and I say goodbye to the elder and Dende and fly off back to Raditiz and the others.I land looking at the 3 with a smile before saying,"I have a gift for you all that I won't let you refuse"my words send a shiver down their spine as they take them in before replying to me that they wouldn't refuse a gift.
