"Those despicable people!"
Despite already hearing about what happened from Ashley and Mr. Edwards, Grandpa Ewan still slammed the floor with the end of his cane fiercely when he heard it again from Arthur, especially knowing that Ian couldn't even leave the house right now.
"You already know this, so calm down," Cynthia stroked her husband's back. "Watch your blood pressure, Honey."
"But didn't you hear what they did?!"
"I did, but are you going to let me live alone in this world?" Cynthia smiled sharply.
Ewan cleared his throat and shifted his cane to the side. "I'm calm..."
Arthur rolled his eyes. "Stop denting the flooring too, Grandpa."
"Shut up!" the old man hissed. "So, what now?"
"Eugene told me Sophie's bodyguard is already there," Arthur looked at his phone, which was filled with Eugene's updates, which came when he was on the way to his grandparents' house. "He's also talking to a therapist, so hopefully..."
