Koneko's impression of Izumi was simple: he was completely unreliable.

Akeno was equally baffled by Izumi's personality.Was being that direct really okay?
Izumi, however, didn't care about her concerns. His business here was concluded, and he was ready to leave.
Standing up, he turned to Rias.
"Then I'll leave the rest to you, Rias.""You know where I live, right? Just send over the prepared documents when ready.""Tomorrow, I'll bring Asia straight to school to report in person."
Rias nodded. She had no objections. She naturally knew where Izumi lived; it was all registered in the school's records.A quick check would make it clear—hardly any trouble at all.
Helping Izumi with these small matters was just a quick phone call away.It wouldn't take ten minutes.As Student Council President, Sona had no problem assisting a new student.Asia's identification was just a simple reissue, so all of this was minor.
After discussing the details with Rias, Izumi left.
By the window, Rias watched his departing figure and sighed.It seemed her hopes of recruiting Izumi into her faction would have to be abandoned.
Akeno noticed Rias's sigh and immediately understood her thoughts.She couldn't help but smile.
"It's okay, Chief.""Doesn't he already help you?""If he doesn't want to join another faction, then just maintain good relations with him.""Even if he can't be your subordinate, he could still be a boyfriend.""Isn't that the same thing?""If you throw yourself at him, I'm sure Izumi-kun won't refuse!"
Rias froze at Akeno's words.Ruffling her red hair, she muttered nonchalantly:
"We'll see. Let me finish my own matters first.""Akeno, go help Izumi with the paperwork.""I'll handle Sona's side."
With that, Rias left the room.Akeno nodded and, with Koneko, went off to take care of the tasks.
Izumi returned home directly after leaving the school.
Not long after, Kato Megumi came back as well, bringing Asia along.They were carrying several new outfits—all paid for by Izumi, of course.
Now Asia wouldn't have to keep wearing Izumi's clothes.
Seeing Izumi, Megumi asked with concern:
"Everything's settled?""Asia's identification is all confirmed?"
Megumi had worried; after all, Asia had once been affiliated with the Church.Even though humans now shared a common enemy on Earth, the Church and demons still had long-standing enmity.She feared Rias might make things difficult for Izumi.
Asia also looked nervous, silently glancing at Izumi.If he refused, she would truly become undocumented.
Izumi nodded calmly.
"It's already taken care of. Rias will send the materials over shortly.""For her, this is just a small matter. Don't worry."
Both Megumi and Asia breathed a synchronized sigh of relief.With everything resolved, there was no need to fear any accidents.
Megumi didn't linger at Izumi's home. Now that Asia's situation was settled and she saw Izumi hadn't done anything inappropriate, she felt reassured and left.She had school the next day and couldn't stay forever.Besides, if Izumi wanted to do something to Asia, she couldn't stop him anyway.
