At night, Alice, who remained in the room, suddenly heard the sound of the door opening, realized that her mother entered her room after dinner in the dining hall.
"Here, I brought you some food, Sweetheart."
"Thank you very much, Mom."
"No problem. Eat it. I'm sure you're hungry because you haven't eaten lunch."
"Fine."
Without further ado, Alice immediately eats spaghetti bolognese with her favorite meat topping as dinner, enjoying it because her stomach is already on the verge of hunger.
Luna who pays attention to her daughter, Alice, who eats so well, can only chuckle slowly behind her hand that covers her mouth, not wanting her daughter to know that she laughs at her cute attitude.
Once she finished eating dinner, Alice drank the iced tea her mother gave her to finish her dinner.
"Mom, can I ask you a favor about what I said earlier?"
"Yes, of course."
By stroking Alice's hair while squatting, Luna does not mind listening to Alice's request at this time.
Alice, who smiles at her mother, who doesn't mind, nods and tells her what she wants.
"I want you to bring a public knowledge book here. I want to learn it."
"Eh? Are you serious, My Dear?"
"Yes, I'm serious."
Unexpectedly, her daughter's request surprised her enough, according to Luna, the book on public knowledge is too complicated for a six-year-old Alice to read.
"But honey, wouldn't it be better if you read the storybook instead?"
"No way! That's boring!"
Seeing her sullen daughter, Luna does not understand why Alice insists on making her bring her a common knowledge book.
"But, it's too much to–"
"Anyway, I don't want to! Besides, you promised me so you had to do what I asked you to do!"
"Ah... That's..."
Unable to avoid her daughter's annoyance, Luna was forced to nod in silence, giving up on Alice's request.
"Alright. I'm gonna bring you the book, but I don't want you to get dizzy thinking about things you shouldn't be thinking about."
"Don't worry, Mom."
Standing from sitting on the floor of her room, Alice confidently leaned her body forward proudly, ruffling her waist before her mother.
"I can handle that."
Seeing her confident and proud daughter's attitude made Luna only laugh slowly because she looked funny, realizing that Alice was absolutely sure that she could handle it.
"Alright, alright."
Taking the dishes and glasses Alice used to eat, Luna comes out of her daughter's room who gives the dishes and glasses to one of the two maids on guard outside Alice's room, while she goes to the library to meet her daughter's current request.
"I don't know why my stubbornness is still in this state."
Unable to be denied by Alice, she insists on doing whatever she wants even she irks and scolds her new mother Luna to get what she wants.
Even though Alice just wanted to read a book, not to be irritated and angry with her mother. But because of her mother, Luna, who constantly urges to read storybooks, Alice is forced to rebel against her previous mother.
"It's nothing. Whether it's now or then, I still haven't changed."
Alice wished herself to be able to change in her present body, hoping her old nature as Nia was not brought to her new body as Alice.
A few minutes later, Luna, who entered Alice's room, brought a public knowledge book that was not too large but like a regular book.
"Here, you can read, Sweetheart."
"Thank you, Mom."
Receiving the book from Luna, Alice immediately puts the book on the table, sitting on a chair while lighting a white crystal to light the room in her room after the lights are turned off by Luna, her mother who comes out of her room.

Chapter 5. Book of
(There is no more explanation because it has already torn the page and the next page)
Even though it's not as thick as I thought, it's still pretty complete.
I must admit that this book is useful for my insight beyond my understanding of the royal family tree and the royal faction of the Kingdom of Thijam, it might be useful to me if I could have a free adventure later.
Well, then, I'll have to start over.
"Hmmm...."
Wait a minute! Why was Chapter 5 ripped out?
Could someone tear it up and take it away without anyone knowing? Or did the author not want anyone to know what's in Chapter 5 from the beginning?
It's really confusing.
Well, just think about it later.
What matters now is that I have to know and learn Chapter 1 about Mana, so that I can understand the work system of this world.
Whether like comics, novels or anime I read or not, I'm really curious to know.
I opened the next page of the list of contents, seen Chapter. 1: Mana
Below is an explanation of mana.
Let's see.
From what I see in the book, how can it be referred to as magical energy for the people of this world, who serve as capitalists for a living thing to survive.
In other words, the world is like a game.
Where players have to keep their HP's and MP's in order to survive in the face of danger, no matter how hard they face danger, they stay alive because they maintain their HP's and MP's.
I'm the one who's starting to understand this, continuing my reading to the other part, the part that explains which level.
In this section, which level is divided into several sections, namely; elementary, middle, and high levels.
From what is described in this book, an ordinary citizen without the talent and without the skills they have, they still have a class but with which is low enough at about 20% where, making them lead ordinary lives.
That's the basic level.
As for the middle level, someone who has a capacity of 25-50% is an adventurer, they have the gift of skill as well as a capable class to make them survive and earn a living through adventure guilds.
For a high level, it can be categorized as the highest level in adventure guilds, the gold level because most of them have a capacity of 51-80% which is rare for ordinary people and general adventurers to have a capacity of this size.
That means heroes have a higher level than this, yes.
If I'm not mistaken, I once told you the story of the Hero's Party that defeated the Demon King, they have the extraordinary ability to be blessed by the gods to overcome the evil that terrorized men of the demon race.
But, there's no category of explanation about which heroes have.
In other words, Heroes and Demon Kings are in mysterious categories because no one has managed to record their capacity in this book.
Next, I read about the next part which is which process.
There are two ways for a person to be able to train where they are; manual or receive blessings directly from the gods.
For manual steps, it will be difficult for one to maintain one's determination to expand which capacity because most of those who try to do this have given up, not getting any results but only the fatigue that ends in vain.
Meanwhile, for a direct blessing from gods, a person only needs to sharpen his skills so that he can survive as well as earn a living in adventure guilds.
"Hmmm...."
There is another explanation about which process, where a person can see which person and himself are using Appraisal to assess which capacity others and itself are in.
"I see."
Appraisal.
I'm the one staring at me, it's obvious that what I have is not what it says in the book, but it's very small.
So small, I think it's like a candle that lights out the darkness.
"It's really complicated."
Living in another world without the blessing of a god of skill, even my mana capacity seems less than ordinary people as if my existence was unfair from the beginning.
Why did I end up being a weakling?! Can't I be the overpowering protagonist ready to start the journey?!
Even though I'm swearing in my mind, it still doesn't feel like it's what I imagined at all.
If I were to jump to conclusions between myself and the game I'm playing, the level of difficulty I took from the beginning was Hard, which was much more difficult when I as a rookie didn't know how to play this game.
However, I understand this is not a game but a real world, my second world.
If the slightest mistake happens to me, I'll really die. If I die, I doubt a third chance will ever come to me again.
"This is so troublesome."
Whether I should be happy to be reincarnated in this world or sad to be the weakest, this is really confusing.
"....."
Anyway, I can't just give up hope and give up. I have to try to find out if I can enlarge my mana capacity or not.
The next part I read was control mana.
In the next part, it is quite easy to explain because if someone feels something in their body, they can put something they feel in one of the limbs to be able to use which one will turn into magic or power for the user.
"Let me try!"
I'm the one who immediately gets up, holding out my right hand forward while closing my eyes trying to feel where it is in my body.
Vaguely yet certain, there was a warm feeling in the dark like a little candle, I think that's where I've seen it before through the Appraisal.
As soon as I managed to feel it, I tried to drain the mana in my right hand slowly but surely.
When I managed to feel where it was flowing in my right hand, the next I tried to imagine what magic I could use right now, imagining that I could use wind magic, but I imagined the basics by making my right palm let out a gust of wind.
At first glance, there was a fresh taste of my right hand. Slowly that fresh feeling can be felt by me which makes me sure that I can control the wind element based on my imagination.
It's working.
Opening my eyes, I didn't expect my first attempt to succeed without a hitch.
But, why does my body feel heavy?
"Eh?"
I'm the one who can't stand to fall to the floor, my body can't be moved as if I've really been weak reminding me of what happened to me in my previous life as Nia.
Could I ever die again? No, I don't want that.
Although I refused to die, my eyes were not strong enough to stay awake but closed. Not knowing what's gonna wait for me in the dark, scares me that I don't have the next chance to start a new life.
