"This is Sengoku speaking — who's calling?"
"This is Rob Lucci of CP9."
"CP9?" Sengoku frowned. The Cipher Pol agencies operated directly under the World Government, not the Marines. Why would they be contacting him?
"Fleet Admiral Sengoku, we encountered fugitives from Impel Down during a mission — we engaged them briefly. Their strength is far beyond standard assessment! Requesting immediate naval reinforcement.
The incident is connected to the Ancient Weapon — Pluton."
"What?!"
Sengoku shot up from his seat, his face darkening with shock.
Those damn escapees… instead of laying low, they're causing chaos already?!
"This meeting is over! Target confirmed — Impel Down fugitives sighted again!
Kizaru! Aokiji! You two will lead separate divisions. One to Water Seven, the other to Enies Lobby. Move at once!"
"Understood!"
Early Morning — The Calm Belt
Outside Enies Lobby
The sea was eerily still. Floating across the water's surface were the mangled corpses of dozens of Sea Kings, massive and ancient, their bodies sprawled in ruin.
At the head of the Rocketman Sea Train, Arthur stood tall — his skin blackened with Armament Haki, lightning flickering across his frame like a living storm.
Every member of the Straw Hat Pirates and the Franky Family stood frozen in collective shock.
Even Sniper King (Usopp), usually brave when hiding behind a mask, was trembling and clutching the terrified Franky Family captains beside him.
"W-What… what kind of monster is this guy?!"
The scene replayed in their minds — Arthur single-handedly annihilating an entire swarm of Sea Kings in a flash of thunder.
They'd never seen power like it.
"W-Whoa, that was amazing!" Luffy's eyes sparkled with excitement, oblivious to everyone else's horror.
Zoro and Sanji exchanged a tense glance, more realistic than their captain.
"Oi, Mosshead," Sanji muttered around his cigarette, "that guy's freakishly strong."
"Yeah…" Zoro's hand rested on his sword. "Good thing he's an ally — for now."
"Let's hope he doesn't decide to stop being one," Sanji murmured.
Arthur, of course, couldn't care less about their nerves. His mind was fixed on one thing —
"The next check-in point," he grinned. "Wonder what kind of reward I'll get this time."
As the train approached the gates of Enies Lobby, he gestured for his team to disembark.
Lightning flashed beneath his feet as he leapt straight off the train — onto the sea.
"Oi!" someone from the Franky Family screamed.
"He's a Devil Fruit user, isn't he?! How the hell is he running on water?!"
"No way! I must be dreaming!"
"This breaks every law of the damn world!"
Luffy, naturally, couldn't resist the spectacle. Laughing wildly, he launched himself into the air, following Arthur over the towering gates of justice.
On the other side, Marines and World Government soldiers were already forming ranks.
"Identify yourselves!" one officer barked.
"Just passing through," Arthur replied casually. "Picking someone up."
"Turn back immediately! Do you even realize where you are?!"
Arthur ignored them entirely, striding forward with his companions.
"Sound the alarm! Enemy attack!"
"Enemy attack!"
Gunfire erupted.
The moment the first bullet left a rifle, Arthur's eyes turned cold.
Lightning flared. Every shot that neared him melted into sparks against his Lightning Armor. Behind him, Crocodile, Redfield, and Bundy World deflected the rest effortlessly.
"You started this," Arthur muttered. "Don't blame me for finishing it."
His figure blurred.
Then came the screams.
Where Arthur passed, soldiers dropped one after another — bones shattered, armor crushed, some sent flying into walls, others left twitching in smoking craters.
He moved like a living storm, unstoppable and merciless.
"One step, one kill — leaving nothing but silence behind."
By the time he reached the first massive gate, no one was left standing.
Usopp's jaw nearly hit the ground.
"H-holy crap! That's… that's not even human! That's a literal god of destruction!"
The Franky Family huddled closer, trembling.
"We… we didn't come here to fight… right? We're just here to drop off the god, yeah?"
"Definitely just a delivery job…"
Arthur didn't hear them — or care. With a grin, he raised his hand, lightning condensing into a spear.
"Strongest Spear — Break!"
BOOM!
The enormous gate, a fortress built of seastone and steel, shattered like glass, the shockwave sending debris and guards flying.
From within, new defenders surged out — Marines and World Government enforcers, shouting in panic.
But Arthur was already there, tearing through them like a hurricane.
Man after man fell before him — sliced, shattered, or burned by lightning.
Those who didn't die outright were maimed beyond recognition.
To the onlookers, it was slaughter. To Arthur, it was efficiency.
By the time the first courtyard was cleared, hundreds of Marines lay sprawled across the ground. The smell of ozone and smoke filled the air.
Even the three giant wardens of Enies Lobby — towering figures of brute strength — went down in one hit each. Still breathing, but barely.
The survivors cowered in corners, whispering prayers, too terrified to move.
From the train platform, the Straw Hats stood frozen.
"W-what the hell…?" Nami whispered.
"Did he just…?" Chopper gulped, trembling.
"Yeah," Zoro said quietly. "He just took down everything."
The once-proud symbol of World Government "justice" now looked like a graveyard.
Bodies littered the plaza, weapons shattered, banners torn.
Arthur walked calmly through the carnage, lightning flickering gently around his form like an aura of divine wrath.
Behind him, Crocodile, Redfield, and Bundy followed without breaking stride — a parade of demons in human skin.
Ahead loomed the next checkpoint.
The CP9 headquarters building.
No one dared stand in their way now.
The surviving soldiers pressed themselves against walls, trembling, praying not to be noticed.
The Straw Hats finally stepped through the gate — only to freeze once again.
"T-there's… there's no one left…"
"He really did it. The entire front island…"
"It's like walking into a nightmare."
If Arthur had heard them, he would have smiled and said:
"You're not wrong."
For him, this wasn't a massacre — it was progress.
With the path clear, his system's arrow pointed straight ahead, glowing brightly.
Destination: CP9 Headquarters — Check-in Point.
He cracked his knuckles, smiling faintly.
"All right," he murmured. "Let's see who's stupid enough to come next."
Because if there was one thing certain about Arthur —
When he moved, he crushed everything in his path.
