Chapter 30 - Chapter 30 — Rosa’s Morning Heartbeat

The sunlight filtered softly into Rosa's bedroom, brushing across her pillow and warm sheets.

She blinked awake slowly.

And the first thing she felt was slightly pain in her lower part but it don't she didn't pay attention to it ,

But as she through of last night madness.

Her heart fluttered.

…It wasn't a dream.

She touched her lips unconsciously, remembering the deep kiss with Arin.

Rosa closed her eyes again and let herself breathe.

For the first time since her husband died…

she didn't feel alone.

Arin…

But then worry crept into her mind.

She sat up quickly .

Where is he? Did anyone see him leave my room?

Did he get in trouble?

What if the kids saw—

She pressed a hand over her chest to steady herself.

"…Calm down, Rosa," she whispered.

"He's smart. He knows what he's doing."

Still, her heart raced.

She wasn't scared of being judged—

she was scared of hurting him.

Of putting him in a difficult position.

Of making things harder for him with Gwen, MJ, Mary… and everyone else.

She inhaled deeply.

This… whatever we have…

it needs time.

And privacy.

Until Arin decides what's right.

She touched her cheek, feeling the warmth still there.

But instead of guilt, she felt something else.

Joy.

Hope.

Relief.

She whispered to herself:

"I have someone… someone who cares for me again."

Her smile trembled softly.

"And I'll trust him.

If he wants us to keep this quiet…

I'll wait.

As long as he needs."

She stood up from the bed, wrapped herself in a blanket, and looked at her reflection in the mirror.

Her eyes were brighter.

Her face looked lighter.

I'm happy, she realized.

Truly… genuinely happy for the first time in years.

And as she thought that of Arin a tender warmth spread through her chest.

Rosa traced her fingers along her lips, smiling.

"Arin…" she whispered.

"…Thank you."

Rosa clean herself and walked toward the kitchen.

....

Above the sky Philadelphia

For two days, Dr. Thaddeus Sivana roamed the sky of Philadelphia city like a storm waiting to explode.

His new power—the Seven Deadly Sins whispering in his ear—felt limitless.

But there was one thing he couldn't find.

The Champion.

The new Shazam.

He felt the spark.

The birth of divine power.

The moment of birth of CHAMPION

But immediately after—

Silence.

Like the champion vanished into thin air.

Sivana smashed his fist into a tower, shattering it into piece.

"WHERE ARE YOU?!"

His voice echoed across the Sky.

Envy slithered from his eye, whispering in his skull:

He hides. Cowardly rat. Afraid of your strength.

Sloth rumbled:

Then force him… to come out…

Wrath growled savagely:

KILL. DESTROY. MAKE HIM APPEAR.

Sivana's eye glowed violently.

"Yes… yes, of course."

He looked toward the city skyline—the tall buildings, the traffic, the innocent people going about their day.

Philadelphia.

A fragile city protected only by normal humans.

He smirked darkly.

"If the champion refuses to show himself…"

He raised his hand.

A crackle of demonic lightning tore through the sky.

"…then I will give him no choice."

The Sins laughed inside him—low, dark, hungry.

Sivana floated into the air, rising above the city like a demon descending from the heavens.

"Let's bring some chaos."

He aimed his palm at a busy city district.

"Let's show you, champion ,what REAL power looks like."

He unleashed a blast of arcane lightning, tearing through a row of buildings.

Cars flipped.

Glass shattered.

People screamed.

Alarms blared.

Smoke rose into the sky.

Sivana's smile grew wicked.

"That should get your attention, Champion."

He shot another blast—this time at a crowded marketplace.

Explosions lit up the streets.

The sound echoed through the whole city.

Sivana spread his arms, floating above the destruction like an angel of death.

"Come out, Champion!" he roared to the sky.

"OR I WILL TEAR THIS CITY APART!"

The Sins inside him howled with bloodthirsty joy.

Sivana's voice turned cold and deadly:

"Show yourself… or watch thousands die."
