Aurora had expected the journey to be inconvenient. But what she hadn't expected was to learn exactly how far away the Wolf Tribe was located.
"Two days?" she repeated in pure shock.
Asher, who had just finished securing the small pack of supplies he insisted on bringing with them once he noticed she hadn't packed anything at all, nodded calmly.
"About two days."
Aurora stared at him. Then stared at the forest beyond the cave. before turning g to back at him.
Two full days of walking. Her legs already hurt just thinking about it.
Sure, her stamina had improved significantly over the past half month. She had lost weight, gained strength, and become far more active than the original Aurora ever was. But that didn't mean she wanted to spend two entire days hiking through forests and mountains.
