As we walked through the hospital, heading towards the Alpha's wing, some of the staff nurses greeted Liam. They even bowed to him, this is strange considering he isn't a high ranking in the Pack. He may have been the head doctor but that didn't give him any real ranking in the Pack. Technically, he is just an omega.


"Because they still believe that I should be the Beta. My bloodline has been Beta for decades within this Pack, I was the first to break the chain. A lot of them are used to having a castle as a Beta and not all of the Pack members agree with Bernard's choice of Beta." He explained.


"Do you agree?" I asked, he glanced at me.


"It doesn't matter whether I do or don't agree, it is Bernard's Pack and he is my best friend. So I support whatever decision he makes." He responded.


"I didn't ask that, Liam. I asked if you agree with Nicholas being a Beta?" He sighed.
