As I grimaced at the thought of someone else bringing guns, I immediately recomposed myself by thinking that I wield superpowers beyond human comprehension, so guns wouldn't work on me...right? Right?
But anyways, This should be cheating! They brought guns to a sword fight. Tsktsktsk.
After the students from each schools have finally gathered and divided according to their respective groups, the Dean of our school soon appeared on a floating platform, He was Bairon Nelfem, a Blue Ranked Human Mage. He hovered on top of everyone and seemed to be gazing down on us from above. Behind him, two other inidividuals followed.
By his left, a blonde petite lady with pointy ears followed. She wore the same Military Clothes and the matching musket in her back, but it her Musket to be different than the rest of the students. She was Charlotte Jeanne Von Camelot, breh...quite a longass name, she is from the Garvia Continent and is the Dean of those students with guns.
From what I heard, she is one of the 3 strongest in Garvia Continent, I think they are called "Three Musketeers?" this world is really the same as Earth huh.
Moving on, by the other side of our Dean, a human male with long silky cyan hair cascading on his back and a topknot also hovered behind. Thing though was, he did not stood of a floating device but just a sword. This man was, Chen Xiaoshi, also a Blue Ranked dean from the Astrean school.
As the three of them floated up on us, the dean of our school soon waved his hand as bracelets started appearing infront of us, students and we grabbed it before it could fall to gravity.
"Those bracelets are called [ Life Bracelets ] invented by our respected Mister Mason. You all have been briefed about the exam, right?"
Dean Bairon's words echoed all throughout our ears which made everyone present to look at him with a stoic gaze and answer his question silently.
"Even though you all have been briefed already, I will still do a recap"
Saying those words, he conjured images of the island. In those images, monsters, dangerous terrains and a timer could be seen. The timer appeared [ 7: 00: 00: 00 ] which exactly meant the exact 7 days.
"This island has long been inhabited. It was said that this place used to be the battlegrounds for the Ten Strongest and also a training ground. But after Yao Li Sheng's terror a few decades ago, the history of this place has been forgotten. Some of you might encounter fossils from the past in this place, some might also stumble upon horrors...but that is exactly what this test is all about! Survival! But have no worries..your [ Life Bracelet ] shows your life percentage, and everytime you get hurt or hit, your Life Percentage will decrease and the moment it turns into zero, then you will immediately be transported back to the safe zone which is here."
Following his words, he conjured images of destroyed terrains, a mountain that is shaped like a dragon skull, and also conjured the life percentage on our Bracelets. Our percentage is at 100% by the way.
"In this place too, you can choose to hunt monsters for points or you can choose to hunt down others for points, by the time the timer ends, those 5 with the most points will be rewarded a great prize"
After he said those words, flames were sparked on every student's heart. Including mine too, and we...those who are from Luvaxia Continent felt intense gazes from the other schools. Seems like we have been marked. But speaking of mark...
I glanced at a certain individual from our group, and saw Yuri glaring at the Astrean students. Oh well....seems like she had another targets too.
"Well, Let the games begin!"
The Deans from each school smiled as they raised their hands and we soon get teleported inside the Island.
I found myself in the middle of a swamp and around me....6 Astrean students were surrounding me, and had their weapons drawn. Clearly targetting me.

Leaping from Tree to Tree, I glanced behind me and saw three monkeys with flaming tails and flaming eyebrows chasing after me.
When my master got home after dealing with things in the town, He decided to formally teach me his techniques now. To be honest, I still have mixed feelings about learning his sword style which was called [ Bullshit Swordsmanship ] because of its name, but after seeing my master use one of the basic techniques....I decided to learn it.
According to my master, his sword style is very vulgar and dirty. It apparently aimed to humiliate his opponents and is very cruel too, considering that some strikes aren't meant to kill but to maim. Yeah, the technique he showed me actually meant to maim and not kill, but because of his overwhelming strength...Count Baifel died. Really ridiculous.
It was very different to the Beautiful Lady's swordsmanship which I call [ Dance of The Moonlight ] for now. That swordsmanship was very graceful, enthralling, and beautiful but brutal.
Each strikes were filled with grace, but those strikes aimed to kill. Truly brutal. Behind my master's back, I would practice it but ultimately fail because of how insanely difficult it was, just the step alone will make me stumble and fall.
Anyways, now that my Master had started teaching me his techniques, he decided to teach me the footwork first. He called his footwork [ Bullshit Footwork ], that fucking bastard with his naming sense really....
Apparently, it is a type of footwork where someone can move like they are flying into the air, they can kick through the air and move freely as if they are flying. That is even without them using Ki.
My master demonstrated it infront of me before and I watched how he disappeared like a blur and reappeared in the air like he was flying, he was even walking in midair. It struck me with immense awe. I asked him where he learned such technique to get references but he just chuckled and threw me into the forest, telling me to never go home if I cannot learn it. Bastard even confiscated [ Flesh Eater ] because he said that I have to survive without it.
And here I am right now, playing tags with Monkeys.
Dispelling the Ki wrapped in my legs, I jumped down below and then lessened the impact of the fall by landing on my tiptoes and rolling.
The Fire Monkeys also jumped down from the top as they landed infront of me safely, each one of these guys are of Initiation Orange stage, they are weaker than the wolf guy and the pighead but definitely more agile and smarter than the pighead.
Seeing them, I smiled as I tore a branch from a nearby tree and wielded it like a sword.
"You still haven't caught me so you three are still its"
Chuckling, I infused Ki in my newly made sword. Okay, Geoffrey 4.0 do not disappoint me.
While I was infusing Ki in Geoffrey 4.0, The Monkeys then smiled with embers literally burning in their eyes as they cracked their flaming knuckles. They are slowly approaching me, but I was prepared....or so I thought.
As I prepared a stance and was about to fight back, The Ki wrapping around Geoffrey fluctuated abnormally as Geoffrey exploded to splinters and was destroyed...NOOO GEOFFFREY!! YOU DISAPPOINTED ME!!
'Can it not take in my Ki? But I am still at Pristine Red Stage though....Geoffrey 2.0 was able to handle it'
Seeing that, the monkeys halted their steps too. We stared at each other for a moment before I put away the leftover branch of Geoffrey and raised my hand.
"Uhhhhh, can I have a time out?"
I asked the Monkeys before they started chasing me and I hastily infused ki on my legs to runaway from them.
