Comments :

ㄴisnt this blud famous? aren't you the one who's always playing thrillers? how're you scared of that man

ㄴeven Digcraft is a thriller to this pusseh lmao. asks for recs and then whines like a baby, smh.

ㄴStill, I heard he beat Inlast without even looking at any guides.

ㄴthat not scary if u turn on mosaics. still hard tho

ㄴyh this guy got solid reflexes at least.

ㄴtard

I've been clearing various games for a good 12 years now. Having beaten them all, I was fretting over the lack of new games to play when I tried one recommended by the community.

The problem was getting my eyes blasted by some bizarre creature that popped out of nowhere.

Truth be told, I've enjoyed my fair share of horror games, as long as there was an option to censor the more graphic content. But when the characters look like that from the get-go, and there's no censorship setting to boot, what's a player to do?!

It's ironic that this game, which deserves to be cursed, is hailed as one of the all-time masterpieces on YouTube.

And what's this about Digcraft being a thriller? Don't tell me they think I'm avoiding the game because I was traumatized by that scene where Endyman opens his mouth and disappears by the water's edge?

… Feeling awkward as unpleasant memories surfaced, I posted again on the community forum.

「Title : seriously recommend me a game no bs

fast bros i's omega urgent

ㄴif you're that scared try installing this, it aint bad (Link)

While scrolling through comments, I spotted an odd link and clicked it without much thought. It was a mod for the game I was playing, but the name immediately made me lose it.

"Oh come on, 'Super Chicken Mod'? Are they mocking me?"

Irritated by these assholes making light of me, I muttered to myself as I scrolled down.

"No matter how you look at it, this is insulting to my pride… Huh?"

The description was incredibly brief.

『Our Super Coward Mod alters the following for you chickens who have smaller guts than a speck in a chick's eye, who find even the original game Snow Castle scary!

Original image: (Insert extremely bizarre, giant tentacled monster)

Modified image: (Insert pretty girl wearing endearing mascot suit)

Not only this, but we've also removed everything in the game deemed disgusting or frightening! Even the weapons become helplessly cute!

Join the Super Chicken Club, ya goon.

And if ya like it, shut up and smash that like button!』

After reading the mod description, I was annoyed by the unnecessarily tough-guy writing, but I couldn't stop my hand from moving towards the download button.

"What a smooth-tongued asshole of a devil. It's clearly annoying, but it makes me want to try it for no good reason."

To think that all the weird creatures in this game would be replaced with harmless, cute things. Some creatures would even go beyond cute to become pretty characters.

This mod creator sure knows their weeb shit.

Worried the mod might affect the story, I looked into it more and found that mods like this didn't really impact the narrative, which was perfect.

It's supposed to be a masterpiece after all, so I should give it a proper go.

The only catch was that the download count was zero, but I decided to ignore that. Maybe the person who left that comment had just created it.

What's the worst that could happen? A virus infection at most, right?

So I clicked the download button right away.

The mod didn't have any viruses and seemed fine.

The only problem was that my computer monitor suddenly emitted a blinding light, and I lost consciousness after seeing it.
