My eyes goggle at Ten. The man casually munching some almonds.

"He can't confess straight away because he's not straight," Tuo hangs his hand on my shoulder, giving me a teasing look.
"Shut up, Tuo!" I push his hand off of my shoulder. He dares to giggle at me while casually takes his seat next to Ten. "You better watch your tongue! I don't wanna ruin my repo!"
"Oho, you keep having a bad luck around girls. Why don't you try boys this time?" Tuo crooks up his brows.
"Smart ass!" My book slams his head in a hard way. He winces in pain, but still can laugh about it.
"Why did you think Minghao was behind this? I mean, I never see him lingers around you. Although it's weird since you two are roommates," asks Ten.
"His name is always came along with those long ass reasons! Minghao is more manly, Minghao is romantic, Minghao is attractive, Minghao is a boyfriend's material... sometimes I even thinking, perhaps they date me because I am his roommate!"
Tuo and Ten exchange looks. I notice that Tuo's left brow crook up a bit.
"Those girls who reject you... Did they date Minghao later?" he asks, making me ponder for a moment.
Come to think of it, I never see Minghao with anyone, except his male classmates. Yeah, I did saw some girls confess to him—flowers, chocolates and cards on Valentine and birthday—but never see him date anyone after that.
"Ah! See! Told you he is indeed sabotaging me! Maybe he can't stand watching me going for dates, having a girlfriend when he is single! He is jealous!"
Right... Minghao is jealous, just because he doesn't have a girlfriend!
"Dude, he literally rejected them. How can you said that he is jealous?" Ten says. "Besides, compared to you, Minghao is a complete package!"
"Yah, date him if you want, but don't diss me, okay? My looks is number one top on the list of College's Cute Boy page! They call me cutie and lovely!"

I swing my hand up, almost this close to smack Tuo on his back. He snicker while dodging my hand, hiding behind Ten who laughs along with the joke.
"Steam bun."
I almost jump in shock when Minghao suddenly appears out of the blue. He grabs my wrist and drags me away from Ten and Tuo.
"Yah, why are you dragging me! And, did you just call me Steam Bun?" I wiggle myself. But Minghao ignores me. He keeps walking along the corridor and descends the stairs with me dangling like a broken rose.
We arrive at a small garden next to my faculty building. Wait. I am too shocked to even ask Minghao; what the heck is he doing in my faculty??
"Minghao, I—" my words die immediately when I see Yu, with her friends right in front of us.
"Yu? What are you doing—"
"Senior, like I told you just now. I can't accept your proposal," says Minghao. "I'm in a relationship."
Meh, he just dragged me here to watch a teen fiction drama! What a lame move! Eh, hold on. Why am I involved in this?
"Minghao, I don't think I should be here..."
"You have to be here. So I can make things clear with Senior Yu," Minghao glares at me, before he suddenly grabs my hand.

"Yi Chen and I... we're dating."
What on a drunkard mind does Minghao just said? I date him? Since when??
"You liar! How could you use Yi Chen just to reject me!" Senior Yu looks tense, right now she's definitely angry.
"Minghao..." I tug his the hem of his white shirt. "What the fuck, bro—?"
"I'm not lying. I love Yi Chen, since we were kids. It's just that Yi Chen's family hates my family. We have to be discreet when we still live with them. But, now that we're in college, there's no need to hide it..."
Where the heck is this satire coming from? Until the part where our family hate each other's gut, everything seem out of logic!
"Why I never see you two go for a date? And... why did Yi Chen approach me when he is in a relationship with you?" Yu crosses her hands around her waist.
"That—" I'm trying to revoke Minghao's idea, but the man snakes his hand around my shoulder and throws me the most sweetest smile I ever seen from him for my entire life.
Minghao has completely becoming a different person!
"Although we're far from our family, we do know people are still watching. My parents enroll me in a different college before, thus we were in LDR for about a year. Our love got tested beyond time... I guess, Yi Chen had enough of me. That's why he started to find a replacement. When I heard this, my heart shattered. I don't wanna lose him, that's why I decided to transfer here. I swear in the name of my ancestor, I am this close to call the Oscar committee so they can watch this amazing and spectacular act from Minghao. His words, his tone and his expression; everything is on the top notch! He sounds so convincing, my heart stirs like crazy!

I can't even count on which seconds in the last sixty that his lips touch mine. Minghao, as shameless idiot as he is, casually just softly sucks my lower lips, leaving me flabbergasted! I squirm to escape from his tight hold, but he keeps pulling me closer with his palm holding the back of my neck.
He pulls back when I almost out of breath. My mind is stuck in the spot, and it's hard for me to come back to life. There's only one thing that pounding me at this moment—Yang Minghao; the son of that Hot Sichuan House—my sworn enemy from the cradle—just kiss me!

"Ah, now I know why you're a fluff! You're just that kind of people... you know... bottom? Isn't it?" Yu snickers, while her friends are looking down on me.
"At least, his beauty is authentic. Yi Chen doesn't need a thick make up to look good. Unlike some girls who paste the whole tube of foundation but still look plastic!" Minghao upstands me. "Besides, his pure heart will never match any beauty in this world."
I'm taking aback by the last sentences by Minghao. I don't know. Deep inside, I hope he truly means it.
But nah... knowing this satan... this is just too good to be true!
"Ah!" Yu yelps in frustration. "You two are so disgusting!"
"Go away if you want to vomit. We don't wanna watch your ugly face anyway..."
Yu stomps her feet before she leaves the spot with her friends. I stand, watching her leaving with Minghao still hugging me from behind.
The audacity—!
"Let go of me, you jerk!" I nudge him away. He snickers and laugh while releasing his hands from my waist.
"What the fuck, Minghao! You're using me to reject Senior Yu! You bastard!"
"She's too dumb to even understand a simple NO. So, I thought, dragging you here will help me survive the suffocation!" Minghao laughs faintly. "Ah! What a great day! God, I love this freedom!"
"I hope you're burning in Hell for lying! Not only that, you just tarnish someone's innocence today! Tsk!"
Minghao's eyes linger on me. The way he look at me, that gaze... it's just as same as before.
"First kiss for you, huh?"
"What the—! Can you at least be a bit shameful?!" I smack his head out of frustration. "Jeez, Can't imagine I'm talking about this with you!"
Goosebump all over my skin!
Minghao casually places his hands on my shoulder, crouching down a bit so he can see my face clearly. "Don't worry. Everyone sucks for the first time. We have plenty time to practice."
"Who wants to kiss you again, you stupid!" I push his body away, leaving him chuckles. "I forgive you for today, but to kiss you again? In your dreams! I am a man, I won't fall for another man!"
I storm away as my face is getting hot. I don't know why, but it seems like my lips are talking something that makes my brain wreck in a deep thoughts.
I feel sad somehow.
