Chapter 5 - Chapter 4: Q&A Session

The solemn atmosphere within the Temple of Genesis eased slightly from the intense work meeting. Pangu—their father—gazed at his children, a hint of relieved tenderness flitting across his face.

"Very well. I have now conveyed all that needed to be said," he declared, spreading his hands in a more relaxed gesture. "Should any of you have insights or questions, now is the time to bring them forth for discussion."

After a brief silence, the brother overseeing Judgment turned his gaze to the Lord of Order—their eldest brother who held three roles. Furrowing his brow slightly, he voiced his question: "Eldest Brother, I am curious. How exactly do you manage to govern 'Order' while simultaneously overseeing the seemingly opposing 'Freedom' and supervising 'Fate'?"

The Lord of Order—their eldest brother—remained eternally serene upon hearing this question. His answer was concise and direct:

"I possess the authority to appoint every police officer in the world." He stated this matter-of-factly, as if describing the most natural thing. "I manage them. Then, they go out and arrest criminals."

He paused briefly before adding the most crucial line:

"Then they execute the criminals on the spot."

This offhand remark seemed to drop the temperature inside the temple by several degrees.

The goddess of administration sensed a profound anomaly and spoke with uncertainty: "Doesn't this... make maintaining order too... lax? Too absolute? Isn't a trial necessary?"

"Correct!" Pangu's deep, resonant voice took up the thread, affirming his daughter's concern with eyes full of approval. "Precisely why I urgently need both of you!" he turned to his son. "From now on, all criminals—even suspects—must undergo a complete judicial process, passing through your department—the God of Judgment—for a fair trial.

We can no longer act in such... a crude manner."

After resolving this crucial issue, Pangu seemed to have an epiphany, lightly tapping his forehead.

"Ah, right—I forgot to mention something important." His tone shifted to one of plainness, like a father imparting household wisdom. "Your current divine bodies have been pre-endowed with all the knowledge and foundational power necessary to exercise your authority. In short, you require no food, sleep, or rest."

He gazed at the siblings, his eyes brimming with expectation.

"Over time, the knowledge and power within these divine bodies will gradually fuse completely with your souls. The ultimate result is this—you will be able to exist entirely separate from these physical forms, functioning normally through your souls alone, with your authority remaining utterly undiminished."

"Oh, right," he added, as if recalling an agenda item, "I must personally conduct an incognito investigation shortly. Your eldest brother must also assess the performance of those 'officers' under his command."

He glanced at the children and casually revealed, "Each time I transform, I take on a different ordinary body and a different name. So no one knows it's me."

He then specifically cautioned the siblings: "As for you two, do not rashly attempt astral projection until your divine bodies' knowledge and power are fully integrated with your souls—that aspect remains unstable. For now, you may move freely. Should you require mortal currency, request it from your eldest brother."

He surveyed the group. "Alright, any further questions?"

His younger sister blinked, curiosity piqued. "Father, how exactly does one perform astral projection?"

Pangu smiled serenely. "It's simple. There's no need to rush. The time will come when you understand naturally, just as an infant eventually learns to walk." He inquired once more, "Any other questions?"

Silence fell upon the sanctuary. No one seemed to have further questions at this moment.

"If there are no more questions, I shall take my leave." Before his words had fully faded, Pangu's form began to dissolve within the Creation Sanctuary, vanishing abruptly like ink into water.

He left the God of Judgment and the God of Administration alone in the vast sanctuary, allowing them to digest

the overwhelming flood of information and begin their new lives as deities—and members of this extraordinary family.
