(Third Person POV)
On the waters outside the island, a certain Admiral was watching the chaos ensue.
Kong scowled, "What the hell is Caro doing?!" He exclaimed, "Do I have to get in there myself?!"
He was able to see the massive walls of fire caused by Mikael, spotting the large figure of his dragon form. He was taken aback by the sudden emergence of an unknown devil fruit power, one that was able to cause so much destruction.
Kong had sent Caro out as the vanguard during the operation to apprehend Rocks and other notorious Pirates. While the army of marines was capturing the other pirates, it was Rocks and his new recruits that would prove an issue. Kong had spotted that other pirates, such as John had escaped, going away from the island.
"Dammit!" Kong said, "Pull us closer! I'll be taking that guy on if Caro can't get the job done!"
"Admiral Kong!" one of the marines looking through binoculars said, "Ganzui and Edward Newgate are near that monster!"
Kong scowled even more, "Another reason to get in there." He said, "Call the troops! Tell them to steer clear of the fire! Tell the other ships to flank around the island and make landfall through there!"
As Kong's ship got closer to the coast, the Admiral could feel the heat from the flames. He saw the massive black dragon that was rampaging about, clashing with Caro who was covered in scorch marks. There was shockwaves erupting from the clashes, shaking the air as Caro tried his best to put Mikael down.
The flames on Mikael's had disappeared by this point, the Oil having burned away. Caro was now able to strike MIkael all over his body with his advanced armament haki, but was unable to properly take him down. The resilience that Mikael was granted in his Full-Beast form was greater than even the Vice-Admiral had hoped for, which shocked him because Mikael was not using haki in the slightest.
Kong was using his observation haki to observe the battle, "Some kind of massive dragon that is as large as a Giant." He said, "It was capable of reducing that area into a fiery landscape. This won't end well. We'll crush him and take him in, he's but a devil fruit user."
[a/n: Gogmazios is nowhere near the size of a One Piece giant. Probably shorter than WB tbh. But he was scaled to be massive, compared to all the large characters.]
As his ship got closer, he heard a massive explosion to his left. Kong looked to the side and saw as one of the ships next to his was sinking, a massive pillar of flames was rising to the sky.
"What?!" He exclaimed, "They sank our ship?"
Through the flames, he saw another ship pushing forth.
"Vohahaha!!" Rocks's laughter was heard, "Oi, Kong!! Long time!! You came to try and capture me??? Should've brought Garp too, it might've been a fair fight!!"
On the front of the ship that was sailing past the sinking warship, Rocks was seen with his sword on his hand. He had a wicker smirk on his face, taunting Kong, who was caught off-guard by his sudden appearance.
"Rocks!!!" Kong shouted, "You're going to pay for this!"
"Vohahahaha! I doubt it!!" He said as he looked to the side, "OI YA BASTARD!! LET'S GET OUTTA HERE!!"
His voice boomed throughout the air, reaching the island. Mikael, Ganzui, and Newgate heard this as they were fighting.
Mikael smacked Caro away, sending him flying, "We're leaving already?" He said, "You two!! Jump on my back!! I don't know how long I can keep this form up, I'm taking heavy damage!"
Ganzui and Newgate ran towards Mikael who raised his wing arms, the membranes expanding and dripping some oil from them. As they jumped up, Ganzui slipped on some of the oil and hit his face on Mikael's back.
"Ah, dammit!" He shouted, "The hell is this!!"
Newgate landed on his back, "We're good." He said, "Go!"
Mikael extended his wingarms, flapping them hard and taking off into the sky slowly, "I've never used this form to fly, just so you know." Mikael said as Caro shot straight at them, "So if we fall, we fall!"
"You're fucking insane!!!" Ganzui exclaimed, "We're Devil Fruit users! We'll drown!!"
Caro rushed right at Mikael, "You're not going anywhere."
"This fucking guy." Newgate swung his arm at him, "Get lost!"
He struck the air, causing cracks to appear and releasing a powerful shockwave that hit Caro head on. The shockwave sent the Vice-Admiral flying back even more, his face grimacing in pain.
"The Gura Gura no Mi...." Mikael said as he made his way into the sky and towards Rocks's ship
Over to Kong, the Admiral pointed at Mikael's massive dragon form, "Shoot that thing down!!" He shouted, "All ships! Fire at it!"
Mikael heard this, "Ganzui! Make yourself useful!"
"I got it, dammit! Ordering me around!" Ganzui poked his nose and pulled out a booger, "You're lucky these marines piss me off!"
"Just do it." Newgate said
Ganzui pointed at Kong's ship and flicked the booger at him, "Take that!"
Kong launched into the air and coated his arm in armament haki, punching the booger and detonating a massive explosion that shook the air.
"Fucking Kong!!" Ganzui scowled
"He's coming." Newgate narrowed his eyes, standing upright
"Whoa! You're heavy!" Mikael said
Kong shot through the explosion, a serious expression on his face, "Three for one." He said as he swung his fist at them, "I'm sending you to the bottom of the ocean!!"
He then clashed with Rocks's sword, who had suddenly appeared in front of him. The impact of their clash was enough to create a shockwave that shook the air as well. Mikael stumbled in his flight, making his way towards the ship.
"Vohahaha!" Rocks pushed Kong away, "Yer fighting me, punk!"
Mikael reached the ship, and his dragon form began to reach its limit, "Get off!!"
Newgate and Ganzui jumped off, landing on the ship as Stussy and Shiki were watching this. Mikael's body reverted to his human form, and he fell down, hitting the deck hard with a thud.
"Ah...." He said as he rubbed his head, "That...."
Suddenly, Rocks landed on the ship with a chuckle, "Let's get outta here!" He said, "Now's not the time to fight this fool."
"Kong...." Mikael stood up and saw that Kong was landing on the other ship
"We can fight all we want on the seas, but it won't benefit me at the moment." Xebec said, "Deflect all cannon-fire and sink any ship that gets in the way!"
"We're leaving!!"
